The Director, Employee Experience India will report to the Head of Regional HR, APAC and will be the face of the People Team to the India employees and managers while serving as the main point of contact for escalated inquiries and concerns, performance management, employee well-being, employee relations, and compliance. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Workday HCM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for supporting our ongoing HCM initiatives and enhancements. The role requires 5 – 7 years of hand-on experience supporting Workday HCM. As a self-starter, you will be responsible for both the daily support and the strategic improvement of our Workday platform, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.
