Job Summary

As a Business Process Transformation leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing business processes through process reengineering, digital/ automation solutions and innovation. • Lead Transformation Initiatives:

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in business or engineering

The total compensation range for this role is $225,000-$300,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

• Validate that system behavior meets system requirement specifications (SRS) under nominal conditions, boundary conditions, fault injection scenarios, high bus load scenarios, low voltage and cold crank conditions.
• Ensure feature-level integration synchronization, power mode management, Wake-up/sleep strategy robustness.
• Own system-level regression test planning, drive root cause analysis of cross-domain issues and help support integration war-room activities during DV/PV builds.
• Release and validate functional KPIs such as defect leakage rate, integration maturity index, build stability metrics, bus load margins, SW flash success rate etc.
• Validate wake-up/sleep strategies across ECUs, ensure no unintended current draw or parasitic drain and correct power state transitions during vehicle power cycles, start/stop/sleep, OTA updates/events.
