JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring high-value new partners across the fitness, wellness, and emerging verticals for the ClassPass platform within their assigned market and broader region. This role requires strong industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a passion for connecting with leading fitness and wellness brands.
The Sales Manager will be deeply embedded in their local markets, developing strong relationships within the fitness and wellness community and staying ahead of trends — knowing where the best studios, spas, and new openings are before anyone else.
ClassPass launched in Germany in 2019 and now operates in more than 10 cities with over 1,800 partners in the boutique fitness and wellness sectors. As we continue expanding across verticals and regions, this role plays a key part in driving growth and strengthening our presence in the DACH region.
This position is based in Germany and involves a mix of inside and field sales. The focus will be on our core cities in the DACH region and will require occasional travel.

The work centers on two complementary research directions:

One Acre Fund seeks two entrepreneurial fundraisers to spearhead our strategic expansion into Europe. One position will focus on the Swiss market and the other on the German market. In these roles, you will have the unique opportunity to build our profile, network, and fundraising capacity from the ground up while being supported by an established, high-performing global team. Working closely with our writing, finance, and program teams, your objective will be to secure new donor relationships and grow our fundraising portfolio in one of these key markets.

The Senior Regional Sales Manager is accountable for the overall commercial success of the DACH region, with a primary focus on scaling Enterprise and upper Commercial growth through strong, experienced sales leadership. This role leads a multi-layered sales organisation and sets the regional strategy, execution cadence, and performance culture required to consistently deliver against ARR and growth objectives.

The Senior Regional Sales Manager directly leads a team of senior sellers while also providing second-line leadership to Account Executive teams in Enterprise, and cross-functional leadership across Commercial SMB motions. With a strong channel-first mindset, the role works closely with Channel, MSP, GSI, and Alliance partners to maximise regional coverage, relevance, and scale.
