The Senior Regional Sales Manager is accountable for the overall commercial success of the DACH region, with a primary focus on scaling Enterprise and upper Commercial growth through strong, experienced sales leadership. This role leads a multi-layered sales organisation and sets the regional strategy, execution cadence, and performance culture required to consistently deliver against ARR and growth objectives.

Operating with a modern, platform-led go-to-market approach, the role positions Jamf as a strategic enabler of secure, compliant, and well-managed Apple environments—integrating seamlessly with customers’ existing security, identity, and SaaS investments. Apple-first and Apple-best remains foundational, but success is defined by business outcomes, platform adoption, and long-term customer value.

The Senior Regional Sales Manager directly leads a team of senior sellers while also providing second-line leadership to Account Executive teams in Enterprise, and cross-functional leadership across Commercial SMB motions. With a strong channel-first mindset, the role works closely with Channel, MSP, GSI, and Alliance partners to maximise regional coverage, relevance, and scale. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep experience building and growing high-performing teams in the DACH market.

What you can expect to do in this role:

• Own full regional performance and results for DACH, with accountability for commercial ARR growth, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and long-term market development.
• Directly lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers and a Senior Sales Manager, who in turn manages a team of Account Executives.
• Provide cross-departmental leadership and alignment for Commercial SMB sales teams, ensuring consistent execution, prioritisation, and messaging across segments.
• Build, coach, and retain a high-performing, Enterprise-grade sales organisation with a strong leadership bench and clear succession planning.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop senior sales talent, ensuring team structure and coverage are aligned to Enterprise and Commercial growth priorities.
• Lead teams to attain annual and quarterly bookings targets, KPIs, and operating rhythms across all DACH sales teams.
• Establish and maintain a high-performance culture through regular coaching, deal inspection, pipeline reviews, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Drive a channel-first GTM approach, working closely with resellers, MSPs, GSIs, and Alliance partners to generate, qualify, and close Enterprise and Commercial opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Channel, Alliances, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering teams to build sustained, high-quality pipeline across segments.
• Enable the shift from product-led selling to value- and platform-led selling, emphasising integration with existing enterprise security, identity, and IT ecosystems.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key Enterprise customers, partners, and regional ecosystem stakeholders.
• Coach teams to lead complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise sales cycles, including executive engagement, business case development, and long-term account planning.
• Oversee complex deal strategy, commercial structuring, and negotiation, including legal and contractual discussions.
• Ensure rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, and Salesforce discipline across all teams.
• Represent the DACH region in EMEIA-wide leadership forums, contributing to GTM strategy, best-practice sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a senior mentor and leadership role model for sales leaders across EMEIA.

What are we looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise technology sales (SaaS, Security, Mobility, or adjacent enterprise platforms), with a strong track record of regional growth.
• 7+ years of senior sales leadership experience, including managing managers and leading multi-layered sales organisations.
• Proven success building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams in the DACH market.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise buying centres and experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong background in platform, ecosystem, or solution-based selling that complements customers’ existing technology investments.
• Solid knowledge of Enterprise security, endpoint/device management, identity, compliance, or modern workplace technologies; experience in the mobile and/or endpoint security space strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success operating within a channel-first sales model, including close partnership with resellers, MSPs, GSIs, and strategic alliances.
• Strategic, metrics-driven leader with a strong cadence around forecasting, pipeline management, and execution discipline.
• Ability to translate technical and platform value into clear business outcomes for senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Highly credible, trusted leader who sets high standards and builds a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous development.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with significant regional ownership.

What you'll do at Jamf:

The Senior Enterprise New Logo Account Executive is an experienced enterprise hunter to lead Jamf's new logo acquisition at the enterprise level. This is a fully new logo role — your responsibility is to identify, target, and close new enterprise accounts (with 4,000+ employees). You'll manage the entire sales process, develop relationships with C-suite executives, navigate complex buying committees, and secure high-value logos that lay out the groundwork for long-term customer partnerships.

What you can expect to do in this role:

New Logo Acquisition

• Build and execute a focused territory strategy to land net-new enterprise logos within an assigned segment (vertical, account tier, or named accounts).
• Develop deep segment expertise — buying behaviors, compliance requirements, Apple ecosystem maturity — to sharpen pipeline targeting and Jamf's value proposition.
• Develop a robust pipeline by outbound prospecting, collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns, and coordinate with our key Channel partners to facilitate strategic introductions.
• Engage diverse stakeholder groups including IT, Security, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and C-suite with customized business cases.

Complex Deal Management

• Ability to structure multi-year, multi-SKU commercial agreements, including expansion ARR, professional services, and terms.
• Experience selling against a land-and-expand motion — sizing the initial footprint for speed to close while protecting long-term ARR growth
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to contract signing — including long cycles. changing stakeholders, enterprise procurement, legal, and InfoSec processes.
• Map and manage multi-threaded buying committees; understand stakeholder roles, internal politics, and how consensus gets built in large organizations
• Navigate SLASA, DPA, and security reviews with confidence; guide internal and external stakeholders without losing deal momentum.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, with support from Jamf Legal teams, that emphasize value-based positioning and the potential for long-term partnerships across Jamf's entire portfolio.
• Maintain deal control in competitive scenarios where incumbents are entrenched, and switching costs are real.

Executive Engagement & Partner Leverage

• Build multi-threaded C-suite relationships early, before formal buying processes start — never rely on a single thread.
• Position yourself as a trusted advisor on Apple enterprise management and endpoint security, bringing a segment-informed point of view.
• Deliver executive presentations and ROI business cases tied to board-level priorities: security posture, workforce productivity, compliance, and TCO.
• Own strategic relationships with Apple's enterprise team and key channel/SI partners, with joint business planning that creates a durable pipeline.

Forecasting, Pipeline & Team Impact

• Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline with disciplined stage progression and accurate monthly/quarterly forecasting in Salesforce.
• Generate — not just consume — segment intelligence: competitive dynamics, regulatory shifts, Apple ecosystem trends, win/loss patterns.
• Contribute to segment playbooks, ICP definitions, and GTM priorities; mentor other AEs on prospecting and enterprise deal strategy.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 8 years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of quota attainment (Required)
• Proficiency in MEDDPICC or equivalent enterprise qualification methodology; ability to rigorously apply it across long, complex sales cycles to improve forecast accuracy and accelerate deal velocity (Required)
• Proven success winning net-new enterprise logos — complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the 4,000+ employee segment (Required)
• Experience navigating complete enterprise buying cycles, including IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and C-suite.
• Advanced consultative, solutions-oriented selling style; able to connect technology capabilities to executive-level business outcomes.
• Deep experience in enterprise procurement processes: DPAs, SLAs, security reviews, and InfoSec requirements.
• Experience in direct and indirect (channel/partner) selling models.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency and forecasting discipline.
• Strong familiarity with Apple enterprise ecosystem or endpoint management/security technologies (preferred).
• Executive presence and communication skills that earn credibility at the C-suite level.
• Self-directed; thrives in fast-paced environments with long deal cycles and ambiguous buying processes.
