Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. One Acre Fund seeks two entrepreneurial fundraisers to spearhead our strategic expansion into Europe. One position will focus on the Swiss market and the other on the German market. In these roles, you will have the unique opportunity to build our profile, network, and fundraising capacity from the ground up while being supported by an established, high-performing global team. Working closely with our writing, finance, and program teams, your objective will be to secure new donor relationships and grow our fundraising portfolio in one of these key markets.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of consistent annual 7-8 figure fundraising results, a strong existing and relevant network, and a passion for helping organizations build new relationships. You will have annual fundraising targets that inform performance assessments. We are looking for someone who enjoys building - and connecting with - their network in an authentic way, every day.
If successful, you will help raise the funds to catalyze the next phase of One Acre Fund’s growth, supporting our ambitious 2030 vision to deliver $1B in impact to 10 million smallholder farmers and their families, including 55 million individuals. One Acre Fund is seeking a forward-thinking Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst to help architect the next phase of our fundraising infrastructure. As we support thousands of donor records and institutional grants with complex global integrations, this role will be the engine of our technical evolution.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be a key technical partner in the CRM Group, focused on optimizing our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) environment, improving our data quality across thousands of donor records, automating manual workflows, and ensuring our data architecture provides a clear, high-definition picture of our global impact. This role has the potential to evolve over time into that of a system architect, ensuring that One Acre Fund’s donor data strategy aligns with our future growth and CRM evolution.

By 2030 our organization will serve 10 million farm families annually. This growth will be fuelled by fundraising, and at One Acre Fund our fundraising relies on industry-leading grant writing. We employ a dedicated 15+-person writing team that drafts clear, data-driven, and farmer-centric proposals and reports.
We are looking for a skilled grant writer and project manager, with a depth of experience with bilateral and multilateral funding mechanisms, to join our public fundraising team. You will report to the Public Fundraising Team Lead and immediately take on a portfolio of high-value reports and proposals while stepping into a leadership role within the team, acting as a strategic deputy to the team lead.
