This pivotal role drives the design and implementation of high-value features and the foundational Error-Reporting/Backtrace platform. This is a strategic product in the Sauce Labs portfolio, and you will be instrumental in enabling customers to analyze multi-dimensional data and debug at scale to resolve their business-critical production issues. As a Solution Architect, AI / Cloudflare Developer Platform and a member of the sales team you will help customers understand the technical details and business value proposition of the Cloudflare AI / Developer Platform and demonstrate the path and advantages of building applications with our products.

The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer you will provide technical leadership to the group responsible for architecting, developing, and owning Addressability part of the Zeta Marketing Platform. The problem: running LLMs in production is a moving target. The "right" model and serving configuration for a workload depend on traffic shape, sequence-length distribution, batch dynamics, GPU SKU, memory bandwidth, quantization tolerance, and a dozen other variables that shift week to week. Most teams pick a model once, over-provision GPUs, and absorb the cost. Kimchi is the system that makes that decision automatically - continuously matching workloads to the most cost-efficient, best-performing LLM and serving configuration on a customer's infrastructure. We're building the optimization layer between the model and the hardware, and we need engineers who understand both sides deeply.

This isn't a reporting role; you are the single-threaded owner responsible for optimizing one of the company's largest technology investments. Your mission is to transform our cloud spend from a complex cost center into a predictable, efficient engine for innovation. You will report to senior leadership and be empowered to support the negotiation of multi-million dollar contracts, drive cultural change across engineering, and provide the financial clarity required for strategic business decisions.

HelloFresh Canada uses AI-integrated technology to help us process and evaluate applications more efficiently.
