About the Role

We're looking for an ML Engineer with 5+ years of production experience to own a high-impact client intelligence initiative. Following a successful proof-of-concept with an external consultant, we are bringing this project fully in-house. The ultimate goal is to generate a comprehensive, enriched list of all potential clients globally — understanding their product requirements, industry verticals, and overall revenue potential — and deploy a scoring model that feeds directly into our sales pipeline.

This is an end-to-end ownership role. You will build from the ground up: data collection, enrichment, modeling, and production deployment. The project is co-managed by company executives and has a high strategic value.

What You’ll Do

• Build a market intelligence data-base via collecting different types of data (scraping, enrichment), fixing data pipeline and creating an ML model for scoring and analysis of the raw data.
• Design and operate scrapers to extract key signals from nonprofit websites, including products used, payment tools, and industry vertical indicators.
• Develop critical filters such as an "Is this website for fundraising?" binary classifier, alongside other features that distinguish high-potential prospects.
• Source and integrate financial data from international nonprofit registries, as well as third-party signals from SimilarWeb and Facebook.
• Store and structure the enriched dataset in our internal database, making it accessible and useful across the broader team for research and analysis.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand their qualification criteria. Analyze disqualified accounts in Salesforce to identify common exclusion patterns and refine scoring accordingly.
• Deploy the scoring model and own the process of integrating outputs into Salesforce in a clean, maintainable way.
• Build a scraper to monitor existing clients' websites, tracking whether Fundraise Up tools are correctly implemented across their properties.

• At the scale of ~1 million domains, expect domain duplicates, inconsistent data, and significant noise. You'll need to develop robust, cost-efficient filtering pipelines.

About the Role

We're looking for an ML Engineer with 5+ years of production experience to strengthen our ML team. We operate as an internal service and centre of excellence for 10+ product teams at Fundraise Up. This means you won't be tied to a single feature: one day you might be optimising donation amounts and upsell offers, and the next you could be building a smart assistant for the admin panel or working on transaction classification.

We actively use not only classical ML, but also RL, and we're expanding our LLM-based solutions — prompt engineering and pipeline design with LLM APIs (OpenAI and equivalents). That's why we're looking for someone with a broad mindset who isn't afraid to experiment and can choose the most effective approach for each task.

The project's main audience and business team are based in the US. Although the product development team is Russian-speaking, you may occasionally need to write in English.

About the Project

As an Associate AI Engineer, you will join the team building internal LLM projects, ranging from client-facing demos to cutting-edge R&D initiatives. These projects will give you hands-on experience and prepare you to contribute to commercial client engagements.

What You’ll Do

• Build LLM and Agentic applications
• Brainstorm ideas for those projects and their implementation
• Take part in the full cycle: from ideation and brainstorming, through implementation, to testing and evaluation of the solutions

What You Bring

• Strong fundamentals in software development and problem-solving (Python preferred)

Life Skills Autism Academy is looking for exceptional behavior technicians!  Candidates must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be willing to complete a 40 hour training course and sit for their RBT competency exam within 45 days of employment. Mission:

The Head of AI will play a key role in driving the success of Smartcat’s mission to become the end-to-end Language AI platform for global enterprises. In this role, you will shape Smartcat's AI strategy, unlocking the potential of AI to create new, innovative use cases or reinvent existing user experiences, delivering measurable value to our enterprise clients in multilingual content generation, translation, and analysis.

Outcomes:

• Create, enhance, and maintain Smartcat’s AI strategy, solidifying our market position as the leading Language AI platform for enterprises
• Lead with a vision on the future of AI, anticipating where the industry is heading and how to create strong tech IP and defensibility in the areas that are aligned with the company strategy
• There are three high-impact areas to focus on over the next 12 months:
• Language AI Quality: Smartcat delivers distinctly higher quality in AI-generated translations and content for enterprise customers, thanks to continuous feedback from their employees, which helps improve AI output. Your goal will be to introduce a holistic approach to measuring language quality across various use cases for translation and multilingual content generation. You will aim to achieve consistent improvement in these metrics quarter over quarter for our enterprise customers, significantly reducing the required editing effort on their end. (We are already making progress in this area and have achieved measurable results, but there is still enormous potential for innovation and breakthroughs.)
  You will also lead the development of a systematic technological approach to AI quality customization, using use case-specific AI agents integrated with our platform and data layers.
• Redesigning Product Experiences: Working with the UI/UX and other product teams, you will redesign every existing product experience and use case with an AI-first approach, focusing on improvements in quality, turnaround time, and creating innovative user experiences.
• AI-Driven Customer Lifecycle: Smartcat has strong inbound and PLG/PLS motions, with thousands of new verified logos signing up on the platform every quarter. You will lead the creation of an AI-driven customer lifecycle product within the Smartcat platform, leveraging real-time data on each user’s intent and in-product actions to deliver best-in-class, customized onboarding and support experiences. This product will also tailor the overall UX and guide users through their next steps within the platform.
• You will continue building and managing a team of top AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, urgency, and customer-centricity.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as an Engineering and Product leader with at least 2+ years leading AI/ML unit for a tech company
• A deep understanding of the current state of ML and AI, along with a natural passion and curiosity to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and drive innovation within it.Experience creating and driving a strategic AI roadmap with the ability to inspire and align a team

• Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client’s individualized treatment plan built by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Utilize safe and appropriate procedures when working with clients and appropriately report all critical incidents and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• If extended an offer, must be willing to participate in the company’s background check process.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma of GED is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and in some cases, proof of driver’s license and valid car insurance.
• Need to be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification along with a TB test if you had not had one in the past year.
• Must be able to physically perform this job, including getting down on the floor and standing up many times, lifting up to 50lbs and the ability to run/move quickly if required to do so for the interaction with and safety and protection of the children with whom you work.
• Need to be very reliable and able to show up for each scheduled therapy appointment.
• Must always be professional in terms of both presentation and conduct.
• Need to have patience to help keep our clients on task.
• Able to maintain emotional control even if a client’s acting out physically or verbally.
• A positive attitude and drive to help a child acquire new skills is a must.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to do repetitive things in a precise manner.
• Ability to follow and carry out detailed instructions.
• Strong understanding of technology to be able to record data on a mobile device and navigate digital applications.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build the core Machine Learning foundations that power Nova’s agentic experiences. This role focuses on applied Machine Learning in production environments: retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, and model integration layers that make AI features reliable, scalable, and repeatable. You will design and implement the underlying components that support rich, intelligent interactions in the Iterable platform.

You will work closely with backend, frontend, and product teams to shape how Machine Learning is introduced and maintained across the company. The work blends hands-on engineering with system design, and is ideal for someone who can drive complex efforts independently, make practical architectural decisions, and collaborate in a fast-moving, cross-functional product environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build Machine Learning platform components that support agentic systems, including retrieval pipelines, indexing strategies, and model integration layers.
• Introduce and operationalize RAG use cases, from data sourcing and embedding generation to runtime retrieval patterns.
• Develop generalized evaluation frameworks for LLM- and agent-based features, including offline metrics, golden datasets, and continuous monitoring.
• Implement abstractions, tooling, and reusable patterns that enable other teams to build ML- and LLM-powered experiences efficiently.
• Partner with backend engineers to productionize ML features with strong reliability, observability, and performance characteristics.
• Prototype applied ML solutions to validate feasibility before investing in full builds.
• Ensure secure, robust handling of data used in ML workflows and retrieval operations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to align ML system design with user experience and product goals.
• Contribute to iterative improvements of the Nova agent framework, including workflows built with Mastra and TypeScript.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role focused on production systems.
• Strong engineering skills with Python or TypeScript, including experience building ML workflows in frameworks like Mastra or comparable agent/LLM toolkits.
• Experience with retrieval systems, vector databases, search technologies, or RAG architectures.
• Prior work integrating ML or LLM-powered features into production applications.
• Understanding of ML evaluation techniques, experimentation design, and failure analysis.
• Ability to lead complex projects, make practical trade-offs, and work independently in areas of ambiguity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience building ML or LLM platforms, tooling, or developer-facing frameworks.
• Prior work with embeddings, search–ranking systems, or advanced RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems or streaming architectures.
• Experience with model observability, performance monitoring, or proactive regression detection.
• Background in personalization, recommendations, or applied NLP.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $133,500 - $212,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
