Key Responsibilities

Nous fournissons une plateforme composée de multiples briques : gestion du catalogue de produits, des prix, des scénarios de livraison des commandes, du paiement, des avis clients sur nos produits... et ces briques microservices vont être combinées pour construire toutes les expériences commerce à Decathlon: sites Web e-commerce, application mobile, site des séjours sportifs Decathlon ou des activités (randonnées organisées, coach sportif...), "seconde vie" (produits d'occasion), location etc.

REJOINS L'ÉQUIPE DIGITAL PAYMENT

Au sein de cette organisation, l'équipe Digital Payment, est en charge de proposer la meilleure expérience de paiement pour nos marchands comme pour nos clients d'un point de vue performance, stabilité, cout, profitabilité et UX. Pour cela, elle a la charge de plusieurs produits digitaux utilisés sur la majorité des expériences digitale de Decathlon et contribuant fortement au chiffre d'affaire de l'entreprise :

• OnePay : l'orchestrateur de paiement (le core), qui permet à nos marchands une standardisation et une flexibilité d'accès aux moyens de paiement (plugins) en choisissant le plus pertinent par rapport au contexte grace à un moteur d'éligibilité, au panier ou au client. Onepay propose notamment un widget de paiement directement intégrés par les différents front-office web.
• OneWallet : le portefeuille numérique, qui sauvegarde de manière sécurisée les tokens des différents moyens de paiement et permet ainsi une expérience d'achat sans couture pour nos clients.
• Payment Preview : module d’éligibilité permettant d’exposer les moyens de paiement possibles au plus tôt de l’expérience d’achat.
• Third Party Checkout : un module permettant d'utilisant les partenaires de paiement pour faciliter le checkout pour les clients guest.
• Payment Manager : une API d'orchestration du core qui permet de gérer des flows complexes de paiement composés ou de remboursement.

Technical Account Managers are highly experienced Architects who bring both deep technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to support a small portfolio of strategic clients (approximately 3 per TAM). Your role :

As a Software Engineer Java in the Mirakl Labs product teams, your main mission is to design, develop and deploy new business features proposed by the Product Manager. On a daily basis, you will be implementing these new features across all layers of our applications, from interfaces (UI or REST API) through the business layer to the creation of database schemas and scripts. As part of a team with total ownership over the products it develops, you are a key player in ensuring both the business consistency of the product and its technical stability.

En tant que stagiaire Ingénieur Logiciel chez Artefact, tu seras intégré(e) au sein d'une équipe de développement et tu participeras activement à la conception et à l'implémentation de solutions techniques robustes et scalables. Notre Support Transport et Douane recherche un·e Support Engineer basé·e à Lille.

Au sein du périmètre Transport & Douane, vous serez chargé de la partie support et opérations sur l'ensemble de nos Applications (Java & SAP).

Notre sous domaine rassemble des talents de la supply chain et du Digital (Product Management, Engineering & Data). Vous interagirez avec l'ensemble des acteurs du sous domaine afin de remonter les alertes/récurrences rencontrées au quotidien par nos utilisateurs. 

Tu rejoindras une équipe de 4 ingénieur.e.s support, tous animés par l'identification des problèmes en production avant même qu’ils ne soient remontés par nos utilisateurs, grâce aux outils d’observabilité et une animation sur la résolution long terme des anomalies observées.

TA FUTURE CONTRIBUTION 

• Participer au traitement des tickets support de niveau 2 / Prioriser et suivre le support de niveau 3
• Garantir le niveau de service de l’application SLI/SLO en animant la démarche SRE au sein des équipes
• Gérer les incidents en production
• Être force de proposition afin d'améliorer la qualité opérationnelle, les performances et la disponibilité des solutions
• Mettre en place ou contribuer au développement des outils de demain qui accompagnent la transformation du métier (automatisation, industrialisation, …)
• Documenter les process du Run afin que l’ensemble des équipes produits et déploiement soient en capacité d’agir et de répondre aux utilisateurs.
• Identifier les problèmes récurrents , recherche de root cause et définition des plans d’actions avec les équipes produits et animation des applications partenaires
• Monitorer et communiquer les indicateurs de la production et du support

What we look for:

Engineering Manager - Digital for People (F/H)

Contexte de la mission

Tu rejoins l'équipe Digital for People, au cœur de la transformation digitale des ressources humaines de Décathlon. Ta mission principale concerne l'initiative stratégique Decathlon University, une plateforme dédiée à l'apprentissage et au développement des compétences de nos collaborateurs à travers le monde.

Dans un contexte de croissance internationale, tu prends la responsabilité managériale de l'équipe d'ingénierie (composée de Staff Engineers, Tech Leads et Développeurs). Ton rôle est clé pour aligner la stratégie technique avec la vision produit globale, tout en faisant grandir tes collaborateurs dans un environnement technologique riche (Cloud GCP, Microservices).

Objectifs et livrables

En tant qu'Engineering Manager, tu portes la responsabilité du "Build", du "Coach" et du "Support" de ton équipe. Tes objectifs se déclinent sur trois axes majeurs :

1. Management & Développement des Talents (People)

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer - Analytics to join the Analytics Engineering team at Doctolib.

As a Senior Data Engineer - Analytics, your mission will be to work on building data products that provide insights and support decision-making across Doctolib, helping to transform access to healthcare. You will be working in a team developing data pipelines and solutions that empower our organization with data-driven insights while supporting our AI strategy.

Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Building and maintaining data pipelines using Python (Dagster) to support Doctolib's AI strategy
• Developing and maintaining data marts in BigQuery using SQL/Jinja, DBT
• Creating dashboards for high-level reporting using Tableau
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs and define specifications
