The Point72 Academy Investment Analyst Program for Upcoming Graduates is a paid ten-month training program designed to introduce you to the buy-side and prepare you for a potential career as an analyst at Point72.

We’re looking for current students graduating between December 2026 and July 2027 to join our 2027 classes.

• After successfully completing the program, you’ll have the opportunity to join a network of more than 230 Point72 Academy graduates who we have placed at our firm, as of March 2026. If you are successfully placed as an analyst, you will have access to mentorship and professional development resources that can help you progress your career for years to come.

What you’ll do

Join us to learn the fundamental research and analysis skills needed to become an investment analyst at Point72, applying your intellectual curiosity in a role that prizes creativity, autonomy, and analytical rigor. The program begins in our New York City office with eight months of formal training followed by two months of rotations with Fundamental Equities investment teams or similar roles on our platform. Upon successful completion, you may have the opportunity to join an investing team as a full-time analyst.

• Develop sophisticated company analysis and modeling skills with guidance from our Academy faculty, investment professionals, and professors from some of the world’s leading universities.
• Learn statistics, accounting, financial modeling, data analysis, coding, and more.
• Complete a compliance training curriculum designed to prepare you for an analyst role.
• Apply the skills you’ve developed to real-life situations as you rotate with up to three investing teams.
• Work closely with our investment professionals, gaining firsthand experience and mentorship throughout your rotations.

The Industry Marketing Manager works within the Industry Marketing team in crafting and communicating Conga’s unique POV for the key industries that we serve. This is a multi-faceted role interfacing with Conga’s customers, sales teams and channel partners in helping them understand Conga’s industry value. Success in the role requires a unique combination of skills and above all the ability to define Conga’s value and unique perspectives for those industries.

We’re looking for a Product Designer, AI to be the connective tissue between Product Design and Engineering. This role sits at the intersection of AI, UX, front‑end implementation, and systems thinking: you turn Figma into robust, reusable code, shape our design system in production, and lay the technical foundations that allow the Design organization to scale.

Bridge design and engineering

• Translate design specs, components, and interaction patterns into high‑quality front‑end implementations that can be adopted by engineering teams.
• Work closely with designers to refine interaction details, states, and edge cases, then express them as code, stories, and clear usage guidelines.

The Project Manager on the Risk & Insurance team is tasked with the end-to-end management of projects that impact our customers and overall team related to Risk & Insurance programs at Justworks. The annual base salary is $120,000 - $140,000 (USD) which will be prorated based on internship start and end date. SUMMARY 

The Credit Analyst will report to a West Palm based Portfolio Manager and will be focusing on fundamental bottoms up research to generate commercial trade ideas primarily across the liquid US converts universe.

JOB DESCRITPTION

• Conduct rigorous fundamental bottom up credit research to identify attractive long/short investment opportunities. This will entail credit analysis, financial modelling, documentation reviews, etc.
• Analyze businesses and capital structures (Loans, Bonds, CDS) across Distressed, High Yield, and High Grade credit markets and develop credit opinions working with the PM and other analysts in the team.
• Synthesize market information and develop thematic trade ideas across sectors.
• Develop differentiated investment views from consensus and push conviction or contrarian viewpoints.
• Monitor existing positions, including news-flow, fundamental developments, and supply.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in credit research on the buy-side or sell-side.
• Outstanding skills in conducting fundamental credit research, including financial modelling and relative value analysis.
• High degree of familiarity with different credit securities, including bonds and credit default swaps.
• Comfort dealing with uncertainty and must be able to express conviction.
• Desire to take risk and accountability of their decisions.
• Self-motivated, team orientated, and highly collaborative.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
