Summary

We are seeking a Case Operations Manager to join our team. As a Case Operations Manager you are the mini-COO of cases. You work directly with leadership to drive the effective and efficient work up of client cases from sign-up to settlement.  

This role requires operational excellence and a strategic mindset, alongside the empathy to influence and the vision to lead. This successful candidate will be highly organized, enterprising, and a fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all case operations, including developing, implementing and driving adoption of the tools and processes needed for case teams to work up clients cases
• Collaborate with Legal Leadership to manage timeline, pace, and scope of case work up against deadlines
• Own inventory reporting, providing transparency into work up status, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
• Partner with Product, Legal, Marketing, and 3^rd party vendors to troubleshoot obstacles and devise creative solutions to overcome hurdles faced by case teams
• Develop communication programs to deliver a world-class client experience, including designing tailored outreach plans as well as organizing group events in person or online
• Monitor efficacy of all inbound and outbound client communications, across Case Staff, 3^rd party vendors, email marketing, to drive client engagement
• Oversee staffing needs as well as training and onboarding of new case team members

• 3+ years of work experience in operations, general management, or litigation case management

OVERVIEW

The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.  

Key Job Responsibilities 

• Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus om maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps

The Game & Event Presentation Coordinator will support the planning, budgeting, preparation and execution of game & event presentation for Detroit Lions games and other Lions and Ford Field events to ensure the highest quality standards in support of the Detroit Lions and Ford Field Management’s business objectives.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The  Game & Event Presentation Coordinator responsibilities include, without limitation, the following:

• Support cross-departmental communication relevant to game & event presentation elements for Lions gamedays and other Lions and Ford Field events
• Manage creative request workflow for all Game & Event Presentation elements from ideation to production programming
• Support the creation of Game & Event scripts and rundowns
• Maintain extensive working knowledge of game entertainment inventory

The Director of Facilities is responsible for the management of operations for the entire Ford Field Complex, including but not limited to, all electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, the artificial turf system, and all regular and preventive facility maintenance.  This position will maintain the facility and its grounds, develop and execute capital projects and improvements, manage contractors, oversee field conversion, and ensure adequate staff are available for maintenance and coverage as needed. This position will report to the SVP Facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Director of Facilities will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, the following:

The Director of Facilities will provide leadership and supervision to the Ford Field maintenance staff in the following areas:

• Directing the Ford Field maintenance staff in the maintenance of all building systems and equipment
• Directing the staff of the field conversion program to ensure the proper field protection and seating configurations are achieved within the required time constraints
• Supervising the repair, installation and maintenance of the artificial turf and serving as the primary contact for the NFL regarding the playing field

• Setting and monitoring department work schedules and staffing

The Controller is responsible for leading all financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, period-end close activities, tax-related and audit interactions across multiple subsidiaries under the Bedrock Manufacturing platform (including Shinola and Filson).

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Collaborate with brand leadership on inventory management, cost accounting, and operational KPIs.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with Shopify, 3PL, DataLake, Azure, or Power BI a plus.
• Proven success operating in consumer products, retail, or omni-channel businesses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and partner cross-functionally.
• Integrity, honesty, and a high ethical standard are essential.
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and drive to achieve results.
