Position Summary:
As a member of the Enterprise Solutions team, you will play a critical role in contributing to the success of Judi Health’s customers leveraging Judi, our Enterprise Health Platform, to service their own pharmacy administrative needs. The Enterprise Solutions team seeks individuals who are passionate to change the landscape of claims processing while providing superior service. This individual will hold responsibility for the setup and ongoing maintenance of accumulator, claims and override data in Judi.

Platform Engineering is the department within SRE that is responsible for a range of critical infrastructure and operational functions that support the broader engineering organization. Among these are our multi-cloud-provider Kubernetes infrastructure, networking, load balancing (including our public-facing edge and internal service mesh), and observability and alerting systems.

We are hiring a Personalization Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation to join Contentful’s Professional Services team. This role is designed for a practitioner who has built, operated, and scaled personalization programs in production, and who also brings the hands-on technical skills required to implement those programs in modern, composable architectures.
This is not a generalist Solution Architect role with light exposure to personalization. Success in this role requires strong opinions and real-world experience across audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement—paired with the ability to design and deliver high-quality technical implementations using Contentful Personalization.

Contentful is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Ecosystem product line with a primary focus on Marketplace. In this role, you will help build, maintain, and grow the systems, apps, and workflows that expand what customers can do with Contentful.
You will work across the Marketplace surface area and adjacent ecosystem tooling, helping us deliver high-impact apps, improve the contribution and review pipeline, and scale the ways internal and external developers build on top of Contentful. While Marketplace is the primary focus, this role should also be able to contribute across adjacent Ecosystem areas, such as Extensibility and Developer Experience, when priorities call for it.
This role is ideal for an engineer who is strong in front-end product work but not limited to it: someone who is comfortable moving between React surfaces, Node.js services, APIs, developer tooling, and production operations as needed. We are looking for a product-minded full-stack engineer who enjoys strong cross-functional collaboration and taking growing ownership of software through its full lifecycle in production.
We are also evolving how we build software. We increasingly use AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery, reduce menial workload, and improve leverage across the software development lifecycle. The IT Help Desk Technician assists in managing our ticketing system, MDM software, and AWS platform while overseeing the onboarding and off boarding IT activities associated with employee profiles.
Position Responsibilities:
Research end user issues independently, when needed, and document/develop a solution per company standards
Develop additional MDM automation to facilitate user onboarding
Identify MDM related company needs and create, configure, test and deploy management of user systems via MDM Software.

Your base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000 annually.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Katalyst.
