The Opportunity: 

As an Air Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely air freight movements for our customers. You’ll coordinate daily with airlines, trucking partners, terminals, and internal teams to keep shipments on track.

This role combines hands-on operations, customer service, and documentation work - helping deliver seamless supply chain execution while driving efficiency, volume growth, and profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute end-to-end air shipments :
  • Receiving booking, contact with shipper/consignee and agent to arrange the shipment within SOP’s provided.
  • Input data into system to create file, completing Mawb and Hawbs, ensure correct & on time handling of files, file AMS or submit EDI (FHL/FWB) as required
  • Timely invoicing to clients/ agents as well as checking and confirming incoming invoices of sub-contractors on time & correctly.
  • Customer service by following up on customer advices/request or claim and feedback to customer and overseas and make respective shipment arrangement
  • Inform senior/manager if any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors’s standards and services.
  • Ensure all operational activities comply with international shipping regulations, company policies, and customer SOPs.
  • Handle customers statistics and reports or any special request for improving the system.
• Support data and system accuracy: Keep Flexport systems updated to meet KPIs and maintain high-quality data.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with account managers and customs teams to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience.
• Drive improvement: Identify and suggest process enhancements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Take ownership: Support teammates and take on additional tasks when needed/ required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in air operation or related roles in freight forwarding/logistics.
• IATA Certification
• Good communication of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and eager to learn global supply chain operations.
• Customer-focused mindset: respond promptly and professionally to customer needs, answering calls and dealing with customer queries, providing first-class customer service at all times.

Overview

What You'll Do

The Financial Modeling Team is a part of the Customer & Product Support (C&PS) department which sits at the intersection of sales, customer success and technical support. The Financial Modeling team is comprised of finance professionals with prior experience in investment banking, equity research, and holds at least one of the following qualifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Certified Management Accountants (CMA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM). About the Role

We are looking to hire an Analyst, Financial Modeling to join the growing Financial Modeling team at AlphaSense. This role marries the technical knowledge of our solution with a deep understanding of our users, across all of the segments and business units that we work with, to realize maximum value from the platform. The team is heavily relied upon to contribute excellent customer service by building financial models, which ultimately maximizes prospect and customer health. In order to learn our business and customer inside and out, this team helps build bespoke client model requests and maintain the template library using the excel add-ins tool. Who You Are

Basic Requirements

• Post graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or similar. Professional qualification including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), FRM.

• Have deep and proven expertise in finance and experience building financial models in excel with the ability to interpret financial data and conduct analysis.

Responsibilities

As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll lead our quality assurance efforts for our marketing process applications, from content briefing through CRM and paid media automation. Working closely with the Lead Software Application Architect and development teams, you'll establish testing frameworks, automation strategies, and quality gates to ensure our Vue 3 SPAs and .NET 9 backends deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.

More specifically, you will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and quality assurance processes across our application ecosystem
• Design, create, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and other modern testing frameworks
• Implement end-to-end testing for content workflows from the WYSIWYG editor through various marketing automation tools
• Establish quality gates within CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and prevent regression issues
• Create and maintain detailed test cases covering functional, performance, and user experience requirements
• Develop and implement API testing strategies for .NET 9 backend services
