THE ROLE
Women's Activewear - Sourcing Manager, Bangladesh
We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sourcing Manager to build and lead our Apparel, Women's activewear function. This person will be tasked with identifying and onboarding new vendor partners from scratch. The role will focus primarily on the Women's Activewear category with potential expansion into other categories.
This is a rare opportunity to own and build a sourcing operation in a high-impact category. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of category manufacturing, strong vendor relationships (or the ability to cultivate them), and the operational rigor to scale new supply chains that deliver on cost, quality, and lead time.

This position is with Cialfo and BridgeU, one of the brands under Manifest Global, which also includes Explore and Kaaiser.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own both go-to-market strategy and pipeline generation for the Cialfo and BridgeU K12 platform. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role that combines the strategic depth of a Product Marketing Lead with the execution rigour of a Demand Generation Lead.
You will own product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and voice of the customer — while simultaneously driving pipeline across web, digital, lifecycle, events, social, and ABM. You will be the strategic link between what we build and how the market receives it, and you will own the campaign engine that converts that positioning into revenue.
You will use AI tools natively across the entire marketing lifecycle — from audience research and brief generation through to creative production, performance analysis, and reporting — and you will operate as a true partner to the K12 Sales team, owning MQL quality, the handoff process, and pipeline SLAs.
This role is based in Delhi, India and reports into the Head of Marketing, K12. This is an Individual Contributor role to begin with, with an opportunity to build and scale a team as the business grows.

You are also comfortable being hands-on. At Manifest's stage, the Head of TA is not a function that delegates everything downward. Behind each one is a family that has taken a decision — often a loan, often a home re-mortgaged, often a generational bet — to move one person across an ocean in the hope that a whole family's trajectory will shift. We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Frontend Developer with 6-10 years of hands-on experience working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud / 6.x and above). We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to help drive WIN’s next phase of aggressive growth in the U.S. residential services market and support the company’s emerging strategic initiatives in India.
This role is ideal for a top-tier or competitive MBA graduate who combines analytical rigor with creativity and is excited by the opportunity to shape cross-market growth, strengthen partnerships, and help scale technology-led innovation. You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into measurable business outcomes across strategy, operations, and new ventures.
Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in U.S. and emerging markets using data-driven insights.
Develop business cases and go-to-market frameworks for new products, services, and partnerships.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement strategic initiatives and measure impact.
Lead pilot projects, assess outcomes, and recommend scale-up strategies.
Support cross-functional alignment on key growth priorities and report progress to senior leadership.
Contribute to building scalable models that leverage WIN’s proprietary technology and AI-driven platforms.
MBA from a top tier or a competitive business school in India.
Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, including 2–3 years post-MBA in strategy, consulting, growth, or partnerships roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
Experience with or exposure to U.S. or global markets preferred.
Adept at working cross-functionally to drive clarity and execution in complex, fast-moving environments.
Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and outcome-focused.
