Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Vice President of Information Technology, the Senior Analyst, Technology Governance & Controls is responsible for strengthening CGC’s enterprise technology governance framework, internal control environment, and operational risk posture. This role helps ensure that technology-related processes, system access models, vendor relationships, documentation standards, and change practices align with organizational expectations for accountability, audit readiness, and institutional durability. 

The Senior Analyst serves as a key internal resource for access governance, control evidence management, policy administration, risk tracking, vendor oversight support, continuity planning coordination, and governance reporting. This position translates governance expectations into practical, repeatable operating disciplines that support secure and efficient business execution. 

This role is well suited for a proactive professional who can operate effectively in a growing and evolving organization, bring structure where processes continue to mature, and execute with sound judgment, discretion, and a high degree of ownership. Success in this position requires collaboration, professionalism, strong written communication, and the ability to improve how work gets done through practical use of automation, AI tools, and modern workflow capabilities. This role is central to CGC's enterprise governance maturity, maintaining the frameworks, processes, and controls that allow IT systems, data, and vendors to operate with accountability and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CGC’s enterprise technology governance and control environment through disciplined administration of repeatable oversight processes. 
• Coordinate periodic user access reviews, entitlement recertifications, segregation-of-duties support reviews, and permission validation activities across enterprise systems.
• Maintain repositories of control evidence, approvals, documentation, and artifacts required for audits, internal reviews, external assessments, or regulatory inquiries.
• Administer the lifecycle of technology-related policies, standards, and procedures, including version control, review schedules, approvals, acknowledgments, and publication tracking.
• Support vendor governance and third-party risk management processes, including intake coordination, due diligence documentation, contract control support, and remediation follow-up.
• Maintain governance logs and trackers related to risks, issues, exceptions, incidents, remediation items, and management action plans.
• Administer and monitor the technology change management process including ticket completeness, approval validation, testing evidence review, and record retention within the Technology Service Desk in Jira.
• Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery governance activities, including inventories, documentation updates, exercise support, and remediation tracking.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, metrics, and presentations related to governance performance, access controls, training completion, vendor reviews, policy status, and control maturity, including PowerBI reporting where applicable.
• Assist in administration of security awareness initiatives, policy acknowledgments, phishing simulations, and workforce education programs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline governance processes through workflow automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, agentic workflows, and improved operating procedures consistent with internal control expectations.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and business stakeholders to improve enterprise accountability and governance practices.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, escalating concerns appropriately.
• Operate with a high degree of ownership, reliability, and judgment in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of CGC’s mission and operational needs.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as COSO, NIST, SOC, ISO 27001, or similar governance/control standards.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Vanta, Microsoft 365, PowerBI, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Box, NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable systems.
• Experience supporting vendor management, procurement controls, contract administration, or third-party risk processes.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools, AI productivity tools, prompt engineering, and emerging agentic workflow concepts.
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, Security+, ITIL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar credentials are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for the Senior Analyst position is between $117,715.00 – $132,549.00 annually.
• Senior Analyst will be eligible for an annual bonus based on job and organizational performance.

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven leader with a deep understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer success to join the GTM Operations team. The Director of GTM Operations is a critical, strategic partner to the SVP Commercial FP&A and Operations and the Chief Customer Officer (CCO). You will foster collaboration and alignment among the entire commercial organization including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable processes and leveraging AI to drive sustained revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy and Growth

• Partner with the CCO and Finance to develop and operationalize a commercial growth strategy, ensuring alignment between pipeline and bookings targets, capacity, headcount and budgets
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for Commercial leaders
• Develop and maintain segmentation models and sales coverage strategies that align to growth objectives, drive focus, and optimize rep productivity

Forecasting & Pipeline Management

• Own and evolve the global sales forecasting framework, implementing a disciplined, data-driven forecast cadence across all theatres and segments.
• Utilize Salesforce, GTM tools and data sets (snowflake) to drive predictability, pipeline conversion, stage hygiene, and deal inspection processes.
• Deliver consistent reporting on performance-to-plan, win/loss trends, and funnel dynamics

GTM and Sales Efficiency

• Drive operational excellence by refining core sales processes, methodologies, and business cadences (e.g., territory management, forecasting, and pipeline reviews)
• Implement a standardized sales methodology, with clear stage definitions, qualification criteria, and progression benchmarks across segments
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights into pipeline health, sales performance, and revenue forecasting

Territory Management

• Lead territory design, ensuring sales coverage aligns with market opportunities and business objectives
• Continuously optimize territory assignments and GTM approaches based on performance data and growth trends

Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Go-to-Market Operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience partnering directly with CROs, CFOs, and executive leadership to design and execute multi-year commercial plans.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other GTM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with forecasting, funnel metrics, sales velocity, and retention/expansion KPIs.

ABOUT THE JOB 

Anduril’s Talent Strategy, Experience & Enablement team is seeking a TA Onboarding Specialist to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for our Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators. This is not a generic HR onboarding role — this person will design and execute an onboarding program purpose-built for TA professionals, ensuring every new recruiter and coordinator ramps faster, builds confidence in our tools and processes, and integrates into Anduril’s recruiting culture from day one. 

The right person for this role understands that onboarding a recruiter is fundamentally different from onboarding a software engineer or a finance hire. Recruiters need to learn our ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM. They need to understand our operating principles, interview methodology, and competency framework. They need to know the business lines they support, the hiring managers they’ll partner with, and the technical domains they’ll recruit for. And they need to build credibility with their stakeholders fast — because every week a recruiter is ramping is a week they’re not filling roles. 

You will be the primary point of contact for every new TA hire from offer acceptance through their first 90 days. You’ll partner closely with the Talent Enablement Program Manager on training content, the TA Systems team on tool access and proficiency, and recruiting leadership on business line immersion. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Recruiter Ramp Program Design: Design and maintain a TA-specific onboarding curriculum that covers ATS/CRM proficiency, sourcing tool training, interview methodology, operating principles and competency framework orientation, business line immersion, and hiring manager relationship-building.
• Role-Specific Onboarding Paths: Build and maintain structured 30/60/90 day onboarding plans for each TA role (Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcer) with clear milestones, proficiency checkpoints, and success criteria.
• Pre-boarding & Day One Readiness: Coordinate pre-boarding logistics: system access, tool provisioning, team introductions, hiring manager connection, and first-week scheduling. Ensure no new hire shows up on day one without everything they need.
• TA Culture & Process Orientation: Conduct engaging TA-specific orientation sessions that go beyond generic company onboarding — instilling a deep understanding of Anduril’s recruiting culture, operating principles (Speed, Autonomy, Scale, Impact), the Behavioral Question Bank, and what “great” looks like in our hiring process.
• New Hire Liaison & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for new TA hires, providing guidance, answering questions, and proactively identifying when someone is struggling or falling behind on ramp milestones.

This role supports the procurement team through day‑to‑day administrative activities, including credit card transaction processing, procurement database maintenance, reporting, and the purchasing of approved goods and services.

The position serves as the primary coordinator for daily facilities operations at the Washington DC office, acting as the on‑site office manager. The role ensures a safe, functional, and well‑organized workplace by overseeing office/building security coordination, office events and logistics, inventory and supplies, routine maintenance, vendor coordination, and staff safety‑related needs.

Reporting to the Director of Procurement and Facilities Services, the Procurement and Facilities Coordinator works closely with internal teams and external vendors to support efficient operations, compliance with organizational procedures, and a positive work environment for staff and visitors.

Department Accountabilities

Procurement 

The procurement department leads the implementation of policies, procedures and systems that support the organization’s procurement and management of goods and services.  Procures quality goods and services, at competitive prices while ensuring that the organization has the resources needed to succeed at a cost that maximizes value and a process that minimizes risk.  The department manages the procurement process which includes identifying needs, setting terms, selecting vendors, negotiating, and purchasing, delivering, and post-purchase assessment.  The department works together to ensure the procurement process is regulated and aligned with organizational objectives, goals, and budgets.

Facilities Management 

Oversee operations of the organization’s US facilities.  Conduct regular needs assessments, coordinate and implement planned and unplanned maintenance services and projects, and Manage oversight of the programming and operation of the mechanical, security, and life-safety system. Maintain building/county and state rules and regulations and respond to FDNY and DOH inspections for the NY office. 

Budgeting and Costing

ABOUT THE JOB

As the Head of Growth for Rocket Motor Systems (RMS), you will report to the RMS General Manager and work directly with the Tactical Reconnaissance & Strike Division Senior Vice President to build Anduril’s rocket motor business business and establish RMS as the primary or secondary supplier of motors on multiple weapons/missile Programs of Record. Your role is cross-cutting. You’ll work across programs, engineering, growth, manufacturing, finance, external partners, and customers to develop and execute BL growth strategy for RMS. • Experience in working with DOW Program Executive Offices/Program Acquisition Executives, and familiarity with how they make acquisition decisions for weapons/missile programs.
• Prior acquisition or operational experience with missile systems across across surface fires, air launched effects, and the air defense domains, across a variety of roles and missions.

ABOUT THE JOB 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Provide expertise in documenting security controls to reduce the administrative cost of deploying Anduril’s products into operational environments.
• Partner with program and security teams to coordinate security artifacts in support of classified deployments.
• Apply technology standards from the commercial space in classified, air-gapped environments.
• Collaborate with Information System Owners to understand key stakeholders’ needs and provide complex technical solutions to meet contractual obligations.
• Tailor NIST 800-53 controls to determine applicability to the network environment and oversee the implementation of Continuous Monitoring for respective programs.
• Define, document, and conduct security scanning on Anduril’s products and accredited information systems.
• Scope, shape, and orchestrate the development of features to ensure products meet compliance goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Design, develop, and implement secure systems and networks per NIST RMF, JSIG, and other industry standards.
• Integrate security best practices into Anduril’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure design, collaborating with internal IT and engineering teams.
• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate threats.
• Recommend and implement security solutions, such as IDS/IPS, encryption protocols, and secure communications technologies.
• Develop and enforce access controls, encryption strategies, and other technical measures to safeguard systems.
• Maintain and update System Security Plans (SSPs), POA&Ms, and other accreditation documentation.
• Security Management (ISSM):
• Manage the organization’s security posture, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) processes to obtain/maintain system Authority to Operate (ATO).
• Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, root cause analysis, containment, and reporting.
• Conduct regular audits, continuous monitoring, and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and system resilience.
• Collaborate with government security officials, stakeholders, and teams to address security gaps and improve controls.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training and ensure adherence to security best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to security team members, fostering a culture of cybersecurity excellence.
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience with application security paradigms such as Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and Software Composition Analysis (SCA). As well as the tools needed to perform these actions.
• Proven experience in securing micro-services architecture, including implementing best practices and compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards.
• Experience with cybersecurity in unmanned and ground control system within DoD environments.
• Experience with containerization and kubernetes along with the best practices for securing them.
• Experience with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and the various tools they offer for implementing security and compliance best practices.
