How you'll help us achieve it
Our Agent Quality team plays a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a compliant and efficient agent network. Collaborating closely with our agent management and compliance teams, we develop robust internal policies, procedures, and practices to ensure agent compliance. Our goal is to ensure that every aspect of our agent network — from training initiatives to branding strategies — adheres seamlessly to both Wave’s standards and regulatory requirements.

In this role you’ll;
- Coordinate and lead the unit team to implement the strategy and achieve the planned objectives in agent quality management.
- Identify, plan, and coordinate monthly projects to improve processes and tools within the agent ops team.
- Coordinate policy reviews and process documentation, including key learnings, and help with knowledge transfer sessions with other affiliate country operations.
- Assist with ideas, special programs, project designs, and pilot implementations as may be determined by the business related to your unit.
- Help track agent quality through well-coordinated mystery shopping with your team.
- Manage a team of high-performing Mystery Shoppers, mentoring and coaching them to perform to the best of their ability.
- Devise ways to unearth and track tricks and ways by which agents do not utilize Wave’s allocated funds for the intended purpose, and suggest improvements.
- Develop and formalize control procedures to ensure the quality of agents across the network.
- Work from first principles to understand the user's biggest problems, then figure out how processes and tools should work to solve them.
- Prioritize the biggest problems blocking the unit's performance and impact.
- Support the Head of Operations in identifying and mitigating risks across the network and for our customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, business administration, finance, criminology or other relevant disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience in operations.
- Experience in managing, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing team.

How you'll help us achieve it
We’re looking for a Corporate Merchant Field Officer who will be responsible for assessing the merchant network periodically and identifying execution issues and risks in order to help improve the quality of our service and the level of reliability of our merchant network.
In this role, you'll;
- Make daily field visits to ensure that the corporate network is working properly.
- Monitor the activity of merchants and make sure they are transacting.
- Check the conformity of Wave branding, materials or operations.
- Visits and analyze corporate merchants as a Wave customer.
- Inspects the merchant environment to detect possible concerns and areas for improvement.
- Performs transactions as a regular customer and asks specific questions to assess service quality and compliance.
- Analyze and report merchants’ behavior and answers.
- Develops the report (questionnaire) with the full experience of each merchant visited.
- Follow up on field activation and promotion activities and gather data as per the provided template.
- Analyze the corporate teams' adherence to processes and policies through random calls.
- Executes other internal audit admin tasks as may be assigned.
- Training of corporate or raise their awareness of processes, business app or best practices.

Wave is now the largest financial institution in Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire, with millions of users, growing rapidly year on year. And, we’re still in the early days of our product roadmap and potential impact on people’s everyday lives.
We are looking for a Country Growth Operations Lead who will be based in one of our early-stage countries in West Africa, who will lead our efforts to expand our user base and manage user acquisition strategies in the allocated countries. This role involves leading both user growth operations and agent operations/agent liquidity to help grow a market from an early stage to 1 million monthly active users.
The Country Growth Ops Lead will report to the Head of Scaling Operations and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Country General Manager/Director of Operations.
In this role, you'll;
- Drive user growth by optimizing distribution strategies and leading user acquisition initiatives.

The Product Relations Manager (PRM) owns the product and technical dimension of our external partner integrations. You are the bridge between our partners and our product and engineering teams, responsible for evaluating, shaping, shipping, and maintaining the integrations that power our ecosystem.
In this role, you'll;
- Relentlessly build partner relationships and drive integrations end-to-end, from scoping through development, testing, and production launch to owning every blocker until it ships.
- Evaluate prospective partners' technical readiness and provide clear go/no-go recommendations before contracts are signed.
- Lead technical scoping with partners and translate requirements into specifications engineering can build against.
- Hold partners accountable for delivery and escalate firmly when things stall.
- Monitor integration health post-launch and drive resolution when performance degrades.

How you'll help us achieve it
As a Payment Sales Representative, you will be part of the Corporate team and will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new corporate businesses. You will also help create revenue-generating commercial products that corporates will appreciate to increase our non-P2P revenue.

Shipments Management
- Own end-to-end coordination of inbound shipments (air and ocean) from origin to final delivery.

About You and The Role
Zipline’s long-range autonomous drone system is already delivering millions of medical products across Africa, and as we scale, we’re establishing new distribution centers – the backbone of our operation. - Lead cross-functional coordination between Nigeria teams and global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of multiple deployments that consistently meets partner expectations.
- Partner with government agencies, regulators, and local authorities in Nigeria to secure permits, approvals, and strong working relationships.
- Identify and secure sites that meet Zipline’s technical, operational, and business requirements.
- Build and manage a high-performing network of Nigerian suppliers and contractors, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality, and reliability of site works.
- Manage in-country budgets, timelines, and resources, making tradeoffs that balance speed, cost, and long-term operational excellence.
- Help hire, develop, and lead a team of deployment project managers.
- Capture and implement lessons learned to continuously refine Zipline’s global deployment playbook.
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting on progress, risks, and performance to leadership.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or program management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success delivering large-scale, technically complex projects within Nigeria, from concept to completion.
- Strong experience working with Nigerian regulatory bodies, permitting processes, and local contractor ecosystems (highly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop in-country project teams.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and make strategic tradeoffs under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – able to represent Zipline effectively with partners, contractors, and government officials.
- A systems mindset, with the ability to build scalable processes adapted to local context.
- Grit, adaptability, and resilience to thrive in uncertain, constantly changing environments.
- Willingness and ability to accommodate more than 50% travel within Nigeria.

About You and the Role
We are seeking a strategic, mission-driven Country Director to oversee and grow Zipline’s entire business in Côte d’Ivoire. This is the most senior role in-country, responsible for the P&L, commercial success, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability of our presence. This role reports directly to the CEO, Africa.
As the Country Director, Côte d’Ivoire, you will own the full performance of the business—from revenue growth and customer expansion to operational reliability and stakeholder satisfaction. You will directly manage operating units around the country, ensuring that Zipline consistently meets high standards of service quality, safety, and customer delight.
You will be the face of Zipline in Côte d’Ivoire, cultivating relationships with government partners, development organizations, funders, and key decision-makers. At the same time, you will be the internal driver of strategy, alignment, and accountability, ensuring that the business thrives by serving customers exceptionally well and building deep, lasting value for the country.
A strong candidate brings significant leadership experience, commercial instincts, operational understanding, and the ability to guide a complex business toward growth and impact.
What You’ll Do
Business Ownership & Leadership
- Own the overall health, performance, and growth of Zipline Côte d’Ivoire, including revenue, costs, service quality, and customer outcomes.
- Hold full P&L responsibility, ensuring the business is financially sustainable and primed for long-term expansion.
- Directly manage and coach Zipline Distribution Center (“Nest”) Operations Leads, ensuring operational excellence, reliability, and safety standards are consistently met at our nests across the country.
- Develop and execute annual business strategies and plans aligned with Zipline’s global priorities and the Côte d’Ivoire market, partnering closely with functional leads in Logistics, Procurement, New Deployments, Finance, Legal, HR, Recruiting, IT, Marketing, Engineering, Regulatory, and more.
- Lead cross-functional decision-making, risk assessments, and resource prioritization for the country.
Customer Experience, Partnerships & Growth
- Own the full customer lifecycle in the public and private sector—from initial engagement and contracting to implementation, scaling, and long-term partnership expansion.
- Lead impact, economic value, and solution-design conversations with clients, ensuring Zipline’s services deliver meaningful health, economic, and operational outcomes.
- Design and execute plans to integrate Zipline’s logistics and data services into government systems and partner workflows for maximum return on investment.
- Drive pipeline growth across health, agriculture, and additional sectors that can benefit from Zipline’s infrastructure.
- Strengthen relationships with government agencies, funders, development partners, and implementing organizations to support growth and national adoption.
Internal Leadership & Strategic Alignment
- Work closely with Zipline’s global and regional leadership—including the CEO, Africa—to shape the country’s long-term strategy, growth roadmap, and operational model.
- Ensure strong alignment and collaboration between commercial, operational, regulatory, and global teams.
- Serve as the key conduit of market insights, customer feedback, and operational realities to influence product, strategy, and global decision-making.
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer obsession, team development, and continuous improvement across the Côte d’Ivoire organization.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in business leadership, sales, partnerships, operations, or government affairs
- Experience managing teams and leading a business unit or P&L strongly preferred
- Proven track record of driving both revenue growth and operational performance
- Experience selling complex solutions or working with government and development partners (preferred)
- Strong strategic, analytical, and execution capabilities
- Ability to deeply understand customer needs and design solutions that deliver clear value
