A day in the life:
As a Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Healthcare division. You will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. As a seasoned business consultant, the Senior Account Director will guide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes. The Senior Account Director will manage direct reports and lead cross-functional account teams of highly-talented marketers by working closely to optimize their efforts and provide strategic guidance. In collaboration with Account Managers, they will spearhead service expansions, manage media, craft testing roadmaps and lead tactical pivots when necessary. Additionally, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership by gaining trust and providing unmatched strategic insight to their cross-functional account teams. Within the Client Services department, the Senior Account Director will also be responsible for leading key initiatives within the team such as talent acquisition, training or product quality. This is an exciting role for a seasoned digital marketer seeking an opportunity to lead innovative, growth-oriented marketing campaigns.

Working within our established web design system, this role focuses on visual execution from conversion-focused landing pages and campaign hubs to visual assets and lightweight web animations. The Paid Advertising Senior Performance Analyst is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of their marketing service within their book of business. They service the most complex, enterprise-level accounts and are highly regarded for their mastery over paid advertising. In addition to their account responsibilities, they are actively involved in developing the paid advertising team through training, escalation support, auditing existing accounts, and upleveling the product. The Senior Performance Analyst supports leadership in owning and improving one core pillar of the department’s business. The Senior Performance Analyst is exceptional at working under pressure and navigating probing client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues. The Project Manager reports to a Program Manager. Works closely with Directors and Subject Matter Experts, designers, developers and quality to ensure flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation, project financial sanity and client satisfaction. He/She supports grows project delivery discipline and helps to develop processes, documentation, standardization and tools. He/She is a key player on building high-energy, multi-disciplinary teams. He/She is interested, invested and passionate about the industry, the clients we serve, and the work produced.

Manage end-to-end campaign delivery: concepting, development, execution, trafficking, and evaluation.
Ensure the entire team understands the project tools and workflows (Smartsheet, Figma).
Facilitate clear communication between creatives, strategists, production, and account teams.
Identify blockers early, propose solutions, and keep the project moving forward.
Maintain a big-picture view of integrated campaigns, ensuring all components align within the ecosystem.
Support teams across North America and LATAM, navigating fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
Act as internal POC for assigned projects, including set-up and running of meetings, recording and distributing actions, flagging and communicating risks
Lead small to medium-sized projects with budgets likely under $500K and with teams of 10 or fewer, with direction from Associate Program Director or above
Collaborate to ensure the work stays on brief, client needs and feedback are understood and addressed, and the work delivered is of high quality
Communicate day-to-day with clients on project intake, status, and updates and facilitate conversations for clarity of feedback/setting of expectations
Work through dependencies and decisions required with internal teams and third parties • Identify and act on organic account growth opportunities in partnership with Client Services
Perform analysis and report on project health, attend finance meetings to inform account health (Metrics include: Remaining forecast, forecast to completion, burn (actuals) to date, % project progress, % budget utilized)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to help fuel growth by designing and executing "campaign attacks" that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
In this role, you will be the primary engine of execution. You will collaborate across teams to build and optimize integrated, multi-channel programs—spanning email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, and more—to ensure we reach the right audiences and deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with the Senior Director to workshop target lists and develop the specific methods we use to "attack" each campaign.
