EverPass is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to own the build-out of our Approved Developer ecosystem for AV control systems. This role is the primary driver for enabling AV control system partners to develop high-quality integrations with EverPass — and for getting those integrations published and available to customers through official vendor storefronts, or key product platform features. You will manage the full lifecycle from partner intake through storefront launch, coordinating across Product, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to hit hard external deadlines.

This is a senior, cross-functional ownership role. You will be the point person for relationships with enterprise AV vendors (i.e. Crestron, RTI, SAVI, and others) and their developer and partnership programs, and you will drive the legal, marketing, and technical workstreams required to place EverPass on each platform's official store, or within their platform. You will own all key partner relationships and create an EverPass developer ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Own end-to-end partner lifecycle for Approved Developers — intake and qualification, commercial paperwork (SOWs, NDAs, TPP agreements), technical onboarding, and production launch 
• Lead storefront submission for all platforms including developer program enrollment, certification coordination, and fulfillment of each platform's specific legal and asset requirements
• Drive legal workstreams in partnership with Legal — including third-party partner agreements, API terms of service, and storefront-specific paper — ensuring alignment to production API and launch deadlines
• Coordinate with Marketing on listing assets (copy, icon/logo, screenshots, demo video, keywords) to each platform's spec, and on launch sequencing and co-marketing motions
• Manage technical relationships with driver development partners and software-led API partners.
• Evaluate partner technical capabilities and integration approach; validate that partner-built drivers meet EverPass quality standards
• Provide hands-on guidance and support through sandbox, validation, and production phases
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Legal, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product.
• Surface integration patterns and partner feedback to Product to improve APIs over time
• Work with Product and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop a roadmap for key capabilities for the EverPass AV Ecosystem. 
• Solicit feedback from all consumers of the API and help to draft new requirements and key functionality to be offered to the ecosystem. 

Qualifications 

• 4–7 years in Technical Partner Management, Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, or Platform Ecosystem roles 
• Demonstrated experience owning developer or partner program submissions — app stores, vendor storefronts, or similar certification-gated ecosystems 
• Comfortable driving commercial and legal workstreams (SOWs, NDAs, partner agreements) in coordination with Legal, without needing hand-holding 
• Experience managing relationships with enterprise vendors or large technology partners at a peer level 
• Strong working knowledge of APIs (REST, auth, payload debugging) and the ability to engage credibly with engineers on both sides 
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams — Legal, Marketing, Engineering — under hard external deadlines 
• AV industry experience required or strongly preferred (Crestron, Q-SYS, RTI, and others) 
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with incomplete processes and high ownership expectations 

Nice-to-Have 

• Experience supporting or building AV control system integrations 
• Familiarity with league-calendar-driven product timelines (sports, media, or venue technology) 
• Basic scripting or API debugging skills 

Expected Compensation: The anticipated range for a new hire into this position is $115,000 - $130,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.

Job Summary

Essential Job Responsibilities

Training and Education

• Assist with safety training programs for all employees at the site, including but not limited to emergency response, hazardous material handling, and equipment safety.
• Ensure employees arriving at the site have the required industry specific training, i.e. OSHA or MSHA training.
• Assist in performing new hire orientations, hazard awareness training, and other training as required.
• Assist in coordinating and participate in and/or conduct daily safety meetings, provide educational materials, and assist with drills to enhance employee awareness of safety procedures and regulations on job sites and office facilities.
• Apply leadership skills in an engaging fashion to continually develop and improve every team member’s hazard recognition skill and hazard mitigation protocols and knowledge base.

Enforcing Safety Policies and Procedures

Incident Investigations/Record Keeping and Reporting

• Lead and/or participate in the investigation of incidents at the site, ensuring thorough documentation, identification of root causes.
• Ensure injured employees are provided appropriate care in a timely manner including but not limited to utilization of CORE Occupational Medicine.
• Ensure adequate and proper documentation and implementation of corrective actions is obtained and loaded into KPA.
• Utilize KPA reporting including but not limited to Safety Alerts, Incident Investigation reports, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
• Work with operations and safety management team to determine actionable items related to incidents and enforce completion.

Coordination with Operations

• Communication – Establish a firm communication system between site operations and H&S by being available and responsive to requests from field employees and managers.
• Works closely with the site operations team to facilitate and maintain a culture where safety “is who we are”. Enable and facilitate a setting where the entire organization is engaged to achieve behavior based safe work excellence.
• Acts to ensure safety team is a constructive partner with the operations team and is a resource to operations. Interfaces with customer’s safety team on a frequent basis. Closely align company systems with customer requirements.

Performing Site Inspections, Audits, and Monitoring

• Conduct and document daily inspections and audits to identify safety violations, potential hazards, or non-compliance with safety regulations.
• Promptly address issues, provide solutions, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Perform daily safety reports to provide important day-to-day data to site safety and project management.

Maintaining Safety Records and Documentation

• Meticulously keep accurate records and ensure timely input of records into appropriate locations such as KPA.
• Assist Safety Management (Area, Regional, Corporate, etc.) with data gathering, analytics, and creation of daily, weekly, monthly safety meeting topics and documentation.

Consulting with Regulatory Agencies

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• OSHA 30 required.
• Minimum 2 years prior experience working within the heavy industrial construction industry, including manufacturing, pipeline, mining, food and beverage, power, and refining environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, standards, and other applicable codes/regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess potential hazards and risks within operations and develop and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Understanding of and ability to learn incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Ability to understand emergency response plans and procedures and ensuring readiness for potential emergencies.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as external stakeholders such as regulatory agencies and contractors.
• MSHA Certification or background preferred.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies such as Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) to ensure comprehensive safety practices.

• Certification in First Aid/CPR, demonstrating the ability to respond effectively to safety incidents requiring immediate medical attention.

Work Schedule/ Location:

Store Manager:

The Store Manager will lead and execute all efforts required to achieve individual store goals.

Reporting to the Regional Director, essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

What You’ll Do:

• Measure and Monitor sales performance taking action to improve business performance when needed.
• Ownership of operational execution of store to achieve necessary revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses
• Use a high level of business acumen to understand the business drivers and opportunities and build solutions.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Drive the execution of an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador - embody brand values, engage customers on the brand and share the stories of Reformation with a focus on educating on sustainability.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer first mindset to build loyal client relationships
• Assist customers and monitor client interaction with the team and technology, provide in the moment coaching for continuous improvement
• To create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time through effective scheduling while achieving payroll goals
• Deliver and maintain extraordinary customer experience NPS scores.
• Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store.  Lead & train the team in store to ensure consistent deliverables.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, set expectations & own training for the store team.
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.
• Lead merchandising presentation and concept standards utilizing retail & product reporting to regularly strategize for the customer experience and productivity of the business.
• Provide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to corporate partners to influence allocations and the success of the business
• Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times, train support staff and develop talent in visual and digital merchandising
• To manage the day-to-day performance of the retail teams, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Accountable for hiring, training and development of the store team across all areas of the business.
• Provide performance feedback to ensure growth, change and results Understand current culture and areas for improvement, work with Regional Director for constant improvement through activations, recognition, and thorough communication
• Own Reviews / Development Plans / Disciplinary Action and Corrective Action for the team

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience required. 
• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required. 
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities 
• The drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for continuous personal and team development
• The ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $70,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

Please note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs. Our total rewards package also includes benefits, perks, and opportunities for growth that contribute to overall compensation.
