This Senior IAM Engineer will own the Okta for Government High (FedRAMP High) tenant, which serves as the enterprise Identity Provider and Identity Governance platform for a 1,500+ user organization. The role is the primary technical resource responsible for the build, enhancement, and operation of key functions, including SSO integrations, Identity Governance (OIG), Lifecycle Management, Workflows automation, and Adaptive MFA policy.

In the first three months, you will help develop the core program documentation and workflows. You will collaborate with external teams like IT, Legal and People to integrate into company processes. You will work with our technical security experts to build Identity and Access management processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Own the Okta for Government High (FedRAMP High) tenant — configuration, health, lifecycle, and security posture
• Manage Universal Directory: on-prem AD Agent sync, HRIS attribute mastering, profile mappings, and group rules
• Build and maintain all SSO app integrations via the Okta Integration Network (OIN) using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM
• Own and maintain Okta Adaptive MFA policies: factor enrollment rules, risk-based step-up authentication, FIDO2/YubiKey/PIV/CAC configuration
• Maintain the Okta System Log to Microsoft Sentinel log streaming pipeline and retention configuration
• Own Okta Identity Governance (OIG): entitlement catalog, access certification campaign setup, SoD policy rules, and access request workflow design
• Own, Build and Maintain Okta Lifecycle Management: JML automation rules, HRIS connector configuration, and auto-provisioning and deprovisioning into all connected applications, access review triggers, and automated remediation
• Design, build, and document all Okta-side enhancements including new app onboarding, policy changes, and IGA configuration updates
• Write test cases for all Okta-side changes; execute UAT jointly with the Identity Governance & Operations Analyst before production promotion
• Support Identity Operations Specialist on Tier 2 Okta escalations and Workflow troubleshooting
• Assist Identity Governance & Operations Analyst with OIG campaign configuration and certification reporting

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on Okta administration and engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience with Okta SSO app integrations via SAML 2.0 and OIDC
• Experience with Okta Lifecycle Management and HRIS connector configuration
• Experience building Okta Workflows for provisioning automation
• Experience with Okta Adaptive MFA policy configuration including FIDO2/WebAuthn and hardware token enrollment
• Experience with Okta Universal Directory including AD Agent deployment and profile mastering

Compliance Requirements: this role will be subject to US Federal regulations, therefore:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) — U.S. Person 
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance or pass a background investigation consistent with CUI access
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Okta for Government High (FedRAMP High) or FedRAMP Moderate environments — strong preference
• Okta Identity Governance (OIG) experience — access certifications, SoD, entitlement management
• Experience federating Okta to Microsoft Entra ID / GCCH as a SAML Service Provider
• Familiarity with CMMC, ITAR, GDPR, SOX, SOC 2 compliance requirements
• Experience with SCIM 2.0 provisioning to downstream applications
• Okta Identity Governance certification (preferred)

The approximate base salary range for this position is $126,887 - $166,127. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site.

Location: This role is based out of our College Park, Boulder, CO, or Bothell, WA offices, or can be remote in the US.

Position Summary    

SRS Acquiom is currently searching for a Shareholder Representative Imports Analyst who will be responsible for interpreting complicated post-closing payments allocation spreadsheets, creating guidelines, and manipulating data for import into the system of record. This function will drive the creation of standard procedures and perform the duties outlined below. Specific functional responsibility includes interpreting complex spreadsheets and analyzing the same against merger and agreement documentation, ensuring that all data imported to the system of record matches the source documents for each deal and that VIP holders receive confirmation. 

Location: This is either a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $65k and $72k, depending on experience level.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Interpret and audit post-closing allocation spreadsheets, create guidelines for interpretation of data, and manipulate data for import to the system of record 
• Manage multiple Shareholder Representative deals and track each deal through its phases, monitor progress, and keep everything moving forward.
• Import and export files for use in the system of record (NetSuite)
• Confirming that the data is imported accurately for reporting to shareholders
• Work with other teams to ensure the data received meets all requirements for import into the system of record
• Ensure Operations manuals and guidelines are updated and stay up to date so they can be relied upon for business continuation situations
• Manage vendor relationships and respond to vendor and shareholder inquiries in accordance with our Customer Service standards
• Complete recurring daily and weekly responsibilities on a rotation basis
• Provide updates and information to clients and colleagues in writing and on calls

 Required Qualifications & Skills  

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 2-3 years financial operations analyst
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and formula writing, and interpretation required; VBA experience a plus
• Experience with sophisticated ERP systems and developing work streams and workarounds to accomplish the desired business task or requirement
• Experience working within a cross-functional and cross-geographical environment
• High awareness of operational risk, critical timelines, and of the complex nature of a financial operations environment, with an ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the M&A process a plus

We are looking for a Relationship Associate - Taxes, Mergers & Acquisitions in our Shareholder Advisory group who can help facilitate a variety of post-closing Merger and Acquisition (M&A) tax obligations and issues. As a Relationship Associate - Taxes, Mergers & Acquisitions you will be a direct liaison between key buyer and seller stakeholders regarding tax matters and obligations under merger and purchase agreements. You will be primarily responsible for facilitating corporate income tax return reviews by tax professionals and the remittance of corporate pre-closing tax refunds due to selling holders on a deal-by-deal basis. Background in M&A is preferred but not required.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Tax Advisory.

Location: This is either a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $65k and $75k, depending on experience level.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Work with various buyer and seller parties to facilitate the review of corporate pre-closing income tax returns and purchase price allocations by tax professionals
• Facilitate the remittance of corporate pre-closing tax refunds due to selling holders
• Liaison directly with buyer and seller parties, as well as outside legal counsel and tax advisors
• Client communication with securityholder advisory committees regarding merger and purchase agreement obligations and related decisions
• Track the status of 500+ simultaneous M&A transactions with respect to tax obligations
• Coordinate with teammates to approve releases of escrow funds
• Research the deal background and keep track of important milestones
• Manage dates, cases, important notes, and upload documents for each deal
• Create invoices and track monthly Tax Advisory revenue using internal systems
• Monitor the Tax Advisory team’s “Tax Review” email inbox and respond in a timely manner to varying requests

Position Summary    

The Payments Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payments and related financial activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, diligence towards risk mitigation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The purpose of this position is to evaluate fraud concerns and collect the appropriate documentation to clear false positive exceptions and mitigate risk. This position also works heavily with individual transactions and corresponds regularly with bank contacts. Aptitude for reconciliation and reporting is also crucial to be successful in this role.

Location: This is either a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Interact with security holders via email and phone to resolve user/account validation flags
• Diligently evaluate exception materials to resolve user/account validation flags and fraud concerns
• Prepare and send reports to bank partners for security holders who choose to split payments while completing Clearinghouse
• Complete daily bank reconciliation reports and identify remedies for exception items
• Prepare monthly internal account reconciliation reports and complete the fee sweeping process for wire and check fees charged during the previous month
• Act as the point of contact between internal and external customers and banking partners for questions related to delayed outgoing and incoming funds
• Work with internal teams to process transfers of interest in a timely manner
• Take ownership of individual transactions and act as the go-to for questions from security holders and co-workers alike
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience, reduce operational risk, and improve efficiency
• Maintain and support a flexible schedule based on the speed of the deal and the needs of the client, which may include evening or weekend hours where needed

 Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field, with success designing and scaling learning in complex organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to assess learning needs, set L&D strategy, and build training that accelerates time to competency and aligns with business priorities.
