The global merchant team ensures best-in-class restaurant and store selection for consumers while building products and services that help merchants grow their businesses profitably. We collaborate closely with commercial teams in 29 countries across our five global subteams:
We are seeking a data-driven manager to optimize global account management processes and enable local teams to grow merchant businesses and reduce churn. This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing scalable strategies and programs that drive operational excellence and business growth.

As Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in improving commercial execution, operational structure, and cross-functional alignment across a fast-moving regional business. You will work closely with senior commercial leaders and partner teams to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, scalable processes, and measurable outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, creating structure, driving execution across multiple stakeholders, and improving how teams operate at scale.

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager who takes full ownership of our demand generation engine, including budget and performance, and drives it to the next level. You are not starting from scratch: there is a proven system in place. Your job is to take ownership of it, evolve it strategically, and push it significantly further.
In this role, you will own full-funnel growth across paid and organic channels, with a strong focus on performance, experimentation, and revenue impact. You will go beyond channel execution, connecting campaigns, messaging, targeting, budget allocation, and funnel performance to drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a senior role with real accountability and real ownership. It is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a direct, visible impact on growth in an enterprise B2B SaaS context. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and work alongside a Marketing Operations Associate as part of the Growth team.

OUR WORK MODEL:
Hybrid - Cologne Office:
This role is based out of our Cologne office with a flexible hybrid working model. You’ll collaborate closely with local and regional teams while maintaining the flexibility to balance in-office and remote work.
YOUR ROLE:
As an Account Manager (DACH) at Cognism, you will own and grow a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers across the full customer lifecycle. You are responsible for leading commercial onboarding, ensuring early adoption and fast time-to-value, retaining customers through continuous value delivery and proactive risk management, and driving expansion by identifying and executing growth opportunities based on demonstrated ROI.
You'll act as a trusted advisor and commercial partner, aligning stakeholders on measurable outcomes, guiding customers from onboarding through renewal, and expanding relationships over time. This role requires strong commercial ownership, customer leadership, and fluency in both German and English, as well as the ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment.
