About this role
As a Community Health Worker, you will be Waymark’s frontline presence in the community, connecting with patients to provide social support, advocacy and navigation. You will work to improve the health of patients from low- income communities, by connecting them with various providers and resources. You will be part of a care team that is multidisciplinary and includes licensed clinical social workers, pharmacists, and care coordinators.

The Opportunity
As a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant, internally known as a Flex One Medical Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist, at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers. Our Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist support multiple offices in a Market.

You combine excellent specimen collection technique with tactful interpersonal skills during every interaction with your patients, at both the front desk and in the lab. This is a full time role (40 hours/week) taking place Monday- Friday between 7:30am- 5:00 based in office at our Avon, OH. Flex Lab Services Specialists/Member Support Specialists support multiple One Medical locations in a market with location and schedule subject to change.

The Role
AXS actively seeking a Database Engineer to provide quality, scalable data solutions for AXS products. The candidate will be expected to collaborate to design and then develop, implement, and optimize critical databases, processes and reports to achieve business goals and support the development and data platform teams.
Design, implement, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Aurora, MongoDB, etc.).
Integrate database deployments into CI/CD pipelines to enable automated schema migrations, rollback, and testing.
Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for database provisioning (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure database performance, health, and security.
Optimize database queries, indexes, and execution plans to improve performance and reduce costs.
Manage high availability, replication, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
Collaborate with developers, SREs, and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth and secure application-to-database integration.
Enforce security best practices, including encryption, key management (AWS KMS/CMK), access control, and compliance with data regulations.
Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience as a Database Engineer / DBA with at least 3+ years in a DevOps/Cloud environment.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Aurora (at least one deeply, others working knowledge).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Liqbase, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a plus).
Solid understanding of database security, encryption, and auditing.
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

Assistant Property Managers: Leasing or property management administration experience.
Leasing Agents: Strong customer service or sales background.
General Requirements

Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and persuasive communication skills.
Location: Ability to work onsite at properties every workday, including select weekends and evening leasing hours. We serve communities across Western PA, West Virginia, Western New York, and Ohio.
Work Requirements: Must have an active driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and be able to navigate stairs and uneven terrain, transport up to 25 lbs, and work on a computer for a full day.
