Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role:
As an Applied AI Security Architect, you will serve as Anthropic's trusted security expert for our most demanding enterprise customers. You'll engage directly with CISOs, security architects, compliance officers, and technical leaders at the world's largest financial institutions, insurance companies, and other highly regulated enterprises to address their most critical questions about deploying Claude safely and securely.
This is a pre-sales technical role focused on security, compliance, networking, and data architecture. Your job is to walk into a room full of security professionals and demonstrate deep expertise in enterprise security, regulatory compliance, and data protection. You'll help customers understand Claude's security architecture, data handling practices, and deployment options, and partner with them to design solutions that meet their specific regulatory and organizational requirements.
You'll bring significant experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, and technical pre-sales within regulated industries. Whether you've been a Security Architect, Solutions Architect, Field CTO, or senior pre-sales engineer at a cloud or security vendor, what matters is that you understand how large institutions evaluate and adopt technology, especially in financial services, and can speak credibly to their security and compliance concerns.
We are looking for someone excited to help define how enterprises should think about security and compliance in the age of AI. How do MCP, autonomous agents, and RBAC work together? If working at the intersection of AI adoption and regulated industries excites you, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
You may be a good fit if you have:
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Our category-leading mobile app, Tile tracking devices, and Pet GPS tracker empower members to protect the people, pets, and things they care about most with a range of services, including location sharing, safe driver reports, and crash detection with emergency dispatch. Life360 serves approximately 95.8 million monthly active users (MAU), as of December 31, 2025, across more than 180 countries.
Life360 delivers peace of mind and enhances everyday family life with seamless coordination for all the moments that matter, big and small. By continuing to innovate and deliver for our customers, we have become a household name and the must-have mobile-based membership for families (and those friends who are basically family).
Life360 has more than 500 (and growing!) remote-first employees. For more information, please visit life360.com.
Life360 is a Remote-First company, which means a remote work environment will be the primary experience for all employees. All positions, unless otherwise specified, can be performed remotely (within the US) regardless of any specified location above.
We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process.
Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy.
The AI Native Platform team is a cross-functional engineering organization built to lay the infrastructure foundations for Life360's AI-native transformation. We are not exploring what might be possible, we are building the platform that makes it operational.
The team works across four interconnected areas: how Life360 safely accesses and governs the use of frontier AI models and external integrations; the agent deployment and workflow infrastructure that lets teams build, test, version, and operate autonomous agents with the same rigor applied to any production software; how we safely democratize data, information, and knowledge across the organization, making it queryable and usable by AI systems and humans reliably; and a multiplayer AI workbench that gives every employee a purpose-built environment tuned to their role, with relevant tools, knowledge, and workflows rather than a general-purpose chat interface.
The work is deliberate, high-velocity, and built to last. The bar is high: real use cases, production deployments, measurable outcomes.
Security is not a checkpoint on this team. It is part of how we build. We are looking for engineers who want to be in the room where the architecture is designed and in the codebase where it's being built.
We are hiring a Sr. Staff AI Security Engineer to secure Life360's AI infrastructure as it takes shape. You will sit within the AI Native Platform team, reporting directly to the CISO, working alongside the engineers designing and building each layer of the platform.
This role is grounded in execution with real architectural reach. You'll drive delivery across key security domains while contributing to design decisions that shape how the platform is built. The patterns we are securing are still being defined, and part of the work is building and validating those patterns under real conditions. You’ll be active in architecture reviews, own security implementation across your domains, and build the controls that make it safe to move fast with AI. In a domain where the playbooks are still being written, part of the role is writing them. You won't be doing this alone, you'll work alongside additional security engineers and the broader team building the platform, with the expectation that this function grows as the platform does.
The data at stake has real weight. Life360's systems carry real-time location data and family relationship graphs for tens of millions of people, including children. These are crown jewels in the truest sense — irreplaceable to the families who trust us with them. Securing the AI systems that interact with this data is not a compliance exercise. It is a core obligation of the product.
The US-based salary range for this position is $209,000 to $309,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary — therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
Bonus points if you have:
Our company's mission-driven culture is guided by our shared values to create a trusted work environment where you can bring your authentic self to work and make a positive difference.
We believe that different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds create a stronger and more creative work environment that delivers better results. Together, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees. It fuels our innovation and connects us closer to our customers and the communities we serve. We strive to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic best selves to work.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Life360. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or any legally protected status.
We encourage people of all backgrounds to apply. We believe that a diversity of perspectives and experiences create a foundation for the best ideas. Come join us in building something meaningful. Even if you don't meet 100% of the below qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying!

At Clover, the Business Enablement team leads our technological advancement while ensuring robust security and compliance. We deliver user-friendly corporate applications, manage complex data ecosystems, and provide efficient tech solutions across the organization. Our goal is simple: we make it easy for the business to do what’s right for Clover.
Clover Health is seeking a Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to define and execute our security governance and risk strategy in support of Clover’s growth as a public,
technology-enabled healthcare company.
This role operates at the enterprise level, shaping functional strategy while driving execution through cross-functional influence rather than direct authority. The Director of GRC is
accountable for Clover’s security risk posture, regulatory compliance readiness, and resilience capabilities, ensuring that governance, risk, and compliance activities are aligned to business
priorities and long-term company outcomes.
The role manages a third-party vendor providing GRC services and staffing, while serving as Clover Health’s internal owner for security governance, risk decision-making, and executive-level accountability.
As a Director, Governance, Risk, and Compliance you will:
Governance & Security Risk Strategy
• Define and evolve Clover Health’s security governance and risk management strategy, aligning function-level priorities with enterprise objectives and the security roadmap.
• Establish a risk-driven approach to governance aligned with:
- HIPAA Security and Privacy Rules
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) v2
- NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), where applicable
• Anticipate security and regulatory risks 12+ months out, using business, product, regulatory, and market signals to inform strategy and tradeoffs.
• Ensure security risk decisions are clearly framed, documented, and communicated in business terms for executive and board-level audiences.
• Assist the CISO in setting security risk priorities, framing tradeoffs, and communicating risk posture and progress to executive leadership and the Board.
Compliance & Regulatory Leadership
• Own Clover Health’s security compliance posture as a public healthcare company, including federal and state regulatory obligations.
• Lead security-related audits, assessments, and regulatory inquiries in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Internal Audit.
• Drive clarity, consistency, and maturity in security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance efforts are proactive, scalable, integrated into how Clover Health builds and operates products, and maintained over time to support ongoing audit readiness and regulatory expectations.
Accountability & Delivery Leadership
• Own high-stakes outcomes for the GRC function, ensuring accountability across internal partners and third-party providers.
• Set clear success metrics, decision rights, and escalation paths for risk and compliance activities.
• Make and communicate tough prioritization calls when business needs, regulatory demands, or risk profiles shift.
• Surface high-risk issues early and transparently to the CISO, peers, and senior leaders.
Third-Party Risk Management
• Lead Clover Health’s third-party security risk management program end-to-end.
• Oversee vendor due diligence, risk assessments, remediation tracking, and ongoing monitoring.
• Manage and hold accountable a third-party GRC services vendor, ensuring delivery quality, prioritization, and alignment to Clover’s risk appetite.
• Ensure third-party risks are evaluated holistically and escalated appropriately.
Incident, Crisis, and Resilience Governance
• Lead governance and coordination for:
- Security incident response (IR)
- Crisis management
- Disaster recovery (DR)
- Business continuity (BC)
• Ensure incidents are tracked, analyzed for root cause, reported appropriately, and followed through with corrective actions.
• Lead or support enterprise tabletop exercises and simulations.
• Balance immediate response needs with long-term system and process improvements.
Cross-Functional Problem Solving & Influence
• Lead multi-team, cross-functional problem solving on complex security and compliance issues.
• Connect operational issues to systemic root causes and drive sustainable fixes rather than short-term workarounds.
• Influence peers and senior leaders through credibility, data, and executive presence —not authority.
• Build durable partnerships across Engineering, IT, MA, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Finance, and Operations.
Culture, Coaching, and Enterprise Presence
• Build trust and credibility as a senior Clover leader.
• Coach people managers, high-potential ICs, and vendor staff to elevate GRC maturity across the organization.
• Model transparency, accountability, and alignment in leadership forums.
• Contribute to a culture of thoughtful risk-taking, strong execution, and shared ownership.
Success in this role looks like:
• Security risk management is clearly aligned to Clover Health’s growth strategy and enterprise priorities.
• The CISO has confidence in Clover’s security, compliance, and resilience posture.
• Security risk is managed, mapped, and reported on a regular cadence.
• Compliance activities scale with the business and avoid last-minute fire drills.
• Incidents and crises are handled with discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• GRC is viewed as a strategic enabler — not a blocker — across the organization.
You should get in touch if:
• 8+ years of experience in information security, GRC, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading security governance and compliance programs in regulated environments.
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare security requirements.
• Experience operating in a public company or similarly regulated environment.
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors providing GRC services or staff augmentation.
• Hands-on experience with incident response governance, crisis management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate security and compliance risks into business impact.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with NIST CSF v2 and NIST AI RMF.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled, data-intensive, or technology-forward healthcare platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or similar are a plus.
• Service-management and automation mindset.

At Clover Health, we are reinventing health insurance by combining the power of data with human empathy. We provide high-quality, affordable Medicare Advantage plans for America's seniors — prioritizing preventive care and leveraging technology to help physicians make more informed decisions. We always put our members first, and our success is measured by the quality of life of the people we serve.
We are building an Experience Center — not a call center. This is a meaningful distinction. We believe that if we create the most loyal members in Medicare Advantage, the financial outcomes will follow. The Director of Customer Experience will be the architect of that loyalty. This is a greenfield build with full operational ownership: standing up Clover's internal Experience Center in Houston, retiring existing outsourced relationships, and delivering a gold-standard Medicare Advantage member experience that scales. The role is fully onsite in North/NW Houston.
Our North Star: create members so delighted with Clover that they become our best marketers, reducing acquisition costs and driving retention through the quality of the experience alone.
Who We're Looking For:
We are deliberately casting a wider net than a traditional call center search. The right candidate may come from retail, hospitality, service operations, or healthcare — but what unites all strong profiles is a track record of creating customer loyalty, customer delight, and customer retention at scale. Call center experience is helpful, not required.
What is required:
As Director, Customer Experience, you will:
Build the Experience Center

Own the white space. Step into critical ownership gaps. Build what the company needs next.
Clover is entering a period of meaningful build. As the company pushes forward on a set of important strategic priorities, we need leaders who can help translate vision into operating reality. Some of this work will involve standing up new capabilities. Some will involve shaping and accelerating critical initiatives that cut across functions. We're hiring a Principal Technologist into the Office of the CTO. This is a hands-on problem-solver role for someone who can walk into any room in the company, listen to what's broken, and ship a working solution — not a perfect one, but a good one that gets people moving.
While the CTO and CEO are building the long-term technical and strategic vision and drive the company's most transformative initiatives, your job is to handle everything that would otherwise pull them off that focus. Business stakeholders have real problems that need real solutions now — not in six months when the grand architecture is ready. You are the person who listens, scopes the pragmatic path, and builds the thing that gets them through it. You build the bicycle, not the race car.
This is not a managerial or bureaucratic role. You ship software. You build lightweight applications, automations, integrations, and workflows that solve real operational problems. You are technical, you are pragmatic, you are allergic to red tape, and you know when good enough is exactly right.
You are also a counterweight. When leadership is tempted to overengineer a solution or boil the ocean, you're the voice that says: not yet. Let me get this to decent. You come back later and make it great. You have the judgment and discipline to build interim solutions that don't become permanent technical debt.

Security at most companies is reactive. A checkbox for auditors. A speed bump for engineers. A department that says no. That's not what we're building.
The Company
Sendbird is the #1 CPaaS platform for in-app communications — an enterprise-grade infrastructure company that gives businesses the APIs and SDKs to embed real-time chat, voice, and video directly into their own products. Over 4,000 brands trust us. Seven billion messages flow through our platform every month. 300 million monthly active users.
We powered conversations for DoorDash, Match Group, Noom, Yahoo Sports, Rakuten, and thousands more. We were good at what we did. Really good.
So we asked what comes next. With decades of leadership in communications infrastructure, the answer was clear: AI. In February 2025, we launched our AI agent for enterprise CX. Later that year, we introduced Delight.ai — and the name says everything about what we believe. AI's real promise isn't efficiency. It isn't cost savings. It's restoring what customer experience lost somewhere along the way: the feeling of being understood, of being genuinely cared for. We don't want customers to feel satisfied. We want them to feel delighted.
The Product
Delight.ai is the AI concierge for customer experience. Most AI agents forget you the moment the conversation ends. Ours doesn't. Delight.ai builds memory over time, learns preferences, and connects context across every channel—chat, SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp—without losing the thread. We're building AI that makes customers feel understood, seen, and remembered.
Why Head of IT & Security
We're an AI company handling enterprise-grade conversations at global scale, and our customers trust us with data that matters. That trust isn't a nice-to-have. It's a competitive differentiator. It's why DoorDash and Match Group chose us. It's why we've earned certifications that our competitors are still chasing.
Security here means being a partner to the business, not a blocker. It means building systems that scale as fast as we do. It means someone who understands that being a 24/7 global platform demands proactive security thinking—not just incident response. And it means someone who recognizes that AI doesn't just change our product—it changes the threat surface too.
We're not looking for someone who manages security from a distance. We're looking for a practitioner who rolls up their sleeves, builds programs that work well, and earns trust across the engineering org by being someone people want to work with.
The Role
This reports to the CFO. You'll lead a high-functioning, mature, and global team located in the United States and South Korea, with end-to-end accountability for Security, IT, and Compliance, ensuring these functions work in harmony to support our global scale.
You'll inherit a world-class program that's already SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 compliant. Your job is to take it further. You'll own Sendbird's comprehensive information security programs, manage and evolve our compliance frameworks, partner with engineering, and continuously build a security culture that's embedded in how we work — not bolted on as an afterthought. You'll champion defense-in-depth philosophy, ensuring a multi-layered approach to security that protects our customers, our data, and our reputation.
You'll also own global IT Operations — managing our IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and data, while supporting our expanding use of AI technology across internal systems and how we work. As the primary executive responsible for safeguarding our AI-first innovation, you'll scale our global internal business systems and maintain our position as the most trusted platform for the world's most demanding enterprises.

What we offer:
We take care of the people who build the future. Here's some of what you can expect when you join Sendbird:
Pay Transparency
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $280,000 – $320,000. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.
Flexible Work Policy
We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird. We also value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require all employees to gather with their team in the office three days per week as a minimum. Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule. Please work with your manager to understand the office time requirements for your position.
What diversity and inclusion mean to us
There is no such thing as a perfect candidate and the best employees come from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets. Sendbird is a place where everyone can learn and grow. We respect, promote, and encourage diversity for equal employment opportunities and encourage you to apply if this role excites you.

Endor Labs is redefining application security for the era of AI-driven software development. As AI coding agents transform how software is built, the $3 trillion software development stack is undergoing its biggest shift in decades, and security has never been more critical. Endor Labs is at the center of this transformation, generating a complete call graph of the software ecosystem to give teams the clarity to identify, prioritize, and remediate critical risks with speed and confidence.
Endor Labs has raised $163M from world-class investors, including DFJ Growth, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Coatue, Salesforce Ventures, Dell Technologies Capital, Section 32, and Citi Ventures. Our platform protects over 5 million applications and runs more than a million scans per week for customers including OpenAI, Cursor, Rubrik, Robinhood, Dropbox, and Snowflake.
The Role
As an AI GTM Engineer, you will be the driving force behind Endor Labs’ internal AI transformation. In close coordination with the CEO & E-Staff, you will work across every non-engineering function – Sales, Marketing, Business Development, BizOps, and G&A – to identify high-impact use cases where AI agents and automation can dramatically improve productivity, speed, and quality of execution. This is not a strategy-only role; you will get your hands dirty building and shipping AI-powered workflows, from proof of concept through production deployment.
You will partner closely with department heads to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and operational bottlenecks. From there, you’ll design, build, and deploy AI agent-based solutions – leveraging platforms like Claude, Gemini, and custom integrations – that automate repetitive work, enhance decision-making, and unlock capacity across the organization.
Equally important, you’ll own the change management process: training teams, building internal champions, measuring adoption, and iterating until AI becomes a natural part of how every team operates.
If you’re energized by the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real business impact, thrive in fast-paced startup environments, and love turning ambiguity into shipped solutions, this role is for you.

Even if you don't fit every requirement above, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives and experiences, so we encourage all talented individuals to apply—there's no one-size-fits-all here.

You will be a critical partner to GTM leadership (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing) and a navigator across the broader Product organization. We are looking for high-agency builders who thrive in ambiguity and know how to move mountains through both direct execution and cross-functional influence.

Who We Are
Addepar is a global data and AI platform empowering investment professionals to turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence. Addepar unifies portfolio, market and client data in a total portfolio view and delivers AI-powered insights within investment and client workflows. More than 1,400 firms in nearly 60 countries use Addepar to manage and advise on nearly $9 trillion in assets. Its open platform integrates with nearly 650 software, data and consulting partners to power end-to-end investment operations across firms of all sizes and complexity. Addepar supports clients worldwide with offices in New York City, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva and São Paulo.
As Addepar continues to scale globally and evolve its platform, the complexity of delivering consistent, high-quality client outcomes continues to grow.
We are hiring a Head of Client Strategy & Operations to help ensure that client strategy translates into execution across teams, systems, and operating rhythms — particularly as new capabilities, automation, and platform intelligence become more embedded in how work gets done.
This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, product, technology, and delivery. You will not own the global services organization or manage large execution teams directly. Instead, you will act as a senior partner to Client Leadership, helping shape how the client organization operates as Addepar grows. This leader will be responsible for defining and scaling the processes, systems, and teams that ensure exceptional service delivery, maximize client lifetime value, and drive efficiency in our partner programs.
Success in this role is measured by clarity, alignment, and forward momentum — not by owning every decision or process.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $171,000 - $268,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.
Our Values
In addition to our core values, Addepar is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We seek to bring together diverse ideas, experiences, skill sets, perspectives, backgrounds and identities to drive innovative solutions. We commit to promoting a welcoming environment where inclusion and belonging are held as a shared responsibility.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
PHISHING SCAM WARNING: Addepar is among several companies recently made aware of a phishing scam involving con artists posing as hiring managers recruiting via email, text and social media. The imposters are creating misleading email accounts, conducting remote “interviews,” and making fake job offers in order to collect personal and financial information from unsuspecting individuals. Please be aware that no job offers will be made from Addepar without a formal interview process. Additionally, Addepar will not ask you to purchase equipment or supplies as part of your onboarding process. If you have any questions, please reach out to ta-operations@addepar.com.

About the Role
We are hiring a Principal Engineer, Systems & Strategic Expansion to be the most senior IC in the engineering organization and the CTO's right hand on technology. This is a building role. At Inspiren, architecture happens by shipping systems, coaching others to make proactive technology investments, and building the tooling that makes good patterns the default. A defining responsibility of this role is making every engineer in the org faster while simultaneously raising the bar on architecture, quality, resilience, and security. We believe agentic development is how you achieve both at once. Your job is to make agentic workflows the fastest, easiest, most correct way to build — so that engineers choose them not because they are told to, but because they are better. You will build the AI platform, agents, skills, templates, and paved roads that make coding agents architecturally literate by default, and you will continuously push that frontier forward. The fast path and the correct path should be the same path, and you are the person who builds that path.

At most companies, frontend engineers are treated like decorators — taking mockups from design and wiring them into place. At Files.com, frontend engineering is core to how our platform works and scales.
The Frontend Engineer at Files.com owns the frontend layer of our platform, including interfaces built in React that interact with APIs handling hundreds of requests per second. This is not a narrow role. Engineers here work across projects that touch web, desktop, mobile, and internal tools — with the authority to shape architecture and the opportunity to dive into any layer of the stack.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy position where your work will be directly experienced by thousands of users every day, including some of the world’s biggest brands. You’ll collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to build interfaces that make complex IT workflows feel intuitive and fast.
And unlike siloed roles in big enterprises, you’ll bounce across projects, own meaningful outcomes, and contribute to open-source efforts. Files.com is a flat, engineering-first culture where initiative is rewarded and engineers have the freedom to shape their craft.
Who We Are
We’re Files.com, a profitable, founder-led SaaS company powering secure file transfer and automation for 4,000+ brands you know: Marc Jacobs, GrubHub, Michelin, Hot Topic, Stamps.com, Planet Fitness, KFC, and more.
We’ve built a $35M+ business with just 70 people by hiring smart, disciplined, high-output teammates who act fast and own outcomes. Backed by $46.5M from Riverwood Capital, we’re scaling intentionally — and this role is a critical part of that growth.
Most importantly: Files.com is an engineering-first company. Our founder and CEO is an engineer himself, still deeply engaged in the craft. That means decisions are made with technical quality in mind, engineers have a direct line to leadership, and building systems that last is the cultural default.
What Makes This Role Different
⚡ Not Just Frontend: While we need strong frontend expertise, engineers here contribute across the stack — mobile, desktop, backend, and even open-source projects.
🚀 Serious CI/CD: We use GitLab for CI/CD with a sophisticated deployment pipeline on Vercel + AWS. Engineers ship with confidence, speed, and reliability.
🧪 Testing Built for Productivity: We invest heavily in Jest and Cypress for unit and integration testing. Everything is designed to maximize your velocity, not slow you down. Testing here is an accelerant, not a drag.
📚 World-Class Training & Documentation: Our internal Engineering Training Guide is nearly a million words long, and everything we build is thoroughly documented. You’ll never be stuck without guidance.
🛡 Scale + Reliability: You’ll work on systems that handle hundreds of millions of API calls a day, moving data for thousands of enterprise customers. Testing, reliability, and maintainability aren’t afterthoughts — they’re the foundation.
🤝 Engineer-First Culture: You’ll have an entire engineering team at your back. Files.com is built for engineers, by engineers. Every tool, every system, every process is designed to make you more productive.
🌱 Proven Growth Path: Our engineering managers all grew from within. Many engineers here expand beyond frontend into mobile, backend, or platform ownership. The growth path isn’t just open — it’s expected.

Who Thrives in This Role
✅ Engineers who want to solve complex UI and scale problems — building interfaces that handle hundreds of millions of API calls daily.
✅ Builders who care about pixel-perfect detail and maintainable code, not just wiring mockups together.
✅ Polyglot thinkers who love React/TypeScript but also want to explore mobile, backend, or infrastructure projects.
✅ People who thrive in a high-trust, flat team where initiative and ownership are expected.
✅ Engineers who enjoy contributing to shared component libraries and open-source projects that raise the bar for everyone.
Your Growth Path
Frontend Engineers at Files.com don’t stagnate. Many start in React, then expand into:
Every single engineering manager at Files.com was promoted internally. Growth isn’t a promise here — it’s a proven track record.
