Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Sr. Sales Representative . This Sales Representative will be the primary focal point for the full breadth of Toshiba retail solutions, have a deep expertise in retail and retail technology, and provide account leadership in collaboration with pre-sales consultants and delivery personnel. The Sales Representative will reach and exceed assigned sales goals for a full suite of Point of Sales solutions including hardware, software, services or solutions. The incumbent must have a broad sales or technical background with experience in working directly with customers to consult, sell, and architect a vision that will enable the realization of business benefits with enterprise class hardware, software and Services.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE & SPECIAL SKILLS:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain a high level of positive and effective contact with customers and partners to enhance sales opportunities for new and continuing business development. Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Execute tactical and strategic consultative sales account plans for existing and new clients in order to achieve the revenue targets (quota) as directed by the Business. This includes the handling of queries effectively and dealing with various selling objections during the sales process. Proactively connect clients' business needs with TGCS’s portfolio of products and services. Cross-sell other Toshiba suite of solutions to existing clients.
Present and demonstrate Toshiba solutions in group meetings to senior executives and emphasizes salable features such as company vision, strategy, reputation, products/systems architecture, flexibility of design, process re-engineering capability, integration of client systems environment, return-on-investment (ROI) studies, etc.
Responds to customers RFP/RFI Requests in a timely and professional manner to facilitate success. Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. Effectively position and recommend the right TGCS products and solutions. Create or reviews analysis of such tasks as: sales proposals, work-order cost estimates/proposal completion; ROI Studies, RFP Responses, etc.
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Establish and maintain strong relationships, with both internal and external customers. Develop a network in person and via phone with key decision makers in an assigned/designated territory. Network and develop relationships with C-level executives.
Help to develop, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, also ensuring forecasting accuracy and timeliness. Work in tandem with the various Product and Services Sales Specialists to provide a seamless interface into the company sales efforts.
Represent TGCS in the field, at trade shows and seminars. Develop and maintain relationships with other networking and business groups in the territory. Maintain constant awareness of markets, competitor activities and problems within the marketplace, recognizing trends that develop, and making appropriate strategic and tactical sales/marketing/program recommendations to take corrective actions.
Travel as necessary to maintain a presence with customers, staff, and enhance relationship opportunities, attend trade shows, and visit client facilities on a consistent timetable or schedule.
Identify opportunities for improvement processes in general working practices and team efficiency. Will work very closely with other members of the Sales Group. Give guidance and mentorship to staff to “lead by example” and provide support to various needs of personnel.
Collaborate with implementation and service counterparts, establishing and maintaining exceptional customer relations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager, Growth to own Flexport’s website, self-serve experience, and the critical intersection between marketing and product that turns visitor traffic into a qualified pipeline. You’ll be the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales, ensuring that every touchpoint from first page view to sales handoff is optimized for conversion and user quality.
This is a high-leverage, metrics-driven role. You’ll set the strategy for how prospects discover Flexport, experience our products and technology for the first time, and convert into high-value leads that Sales can close. You’ll own the growth marketing roadmap, run rigorous experimentation, and partner deeply with Marketing on acquisition and with Product and Engineering on the self-serve experience.
The ideal candidate has a founder’s mentality, you’ve built and shipped growth products end to end, you think in funnels and feedback loops, and you’re as comfortable writing a PRD as you are digging into a conversion cohort analysis. Background in performance and digital marketing is strongly preferred. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our growing office in Los Angeles, CA.
The General Liability Litigation Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases in Los Angeles.
Our law firm's generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees / bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package. WAGI is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician’s Assistant (PA-C) to join our gastroenterology medical practice.
The Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP), as an independent healthcare provider, is responsible for delivering comprehensive treatment to both well and sick patients while working collaboratively within the gastroenterology health team. Via direct patient care, consultation, research, education, and partnership with other healthcare providers, demonstrates a high level of clinical experience in providing gastroenterology healthcare. Patients and families are educated by the APP on how to encourage wellbeing, avoid health complications, improve current health, and engage in acute and chronic illness. APPs are mentored by practice Physicians; PA-Cs practice within the WA State licensing to include practicing medicine with Physician supervision.
Responsibilities
This position will typically practice within WAGI clinics, Monday - Friday. However, there are additional requirements to also provide periodic coverage on weekends or holidays as needed for hospital coverage.

Washington Gastroenterology has an excellent compensation and benefit package that includes the following:
Employees (and their families) who work full time (defined as working 30 or more hours per week) will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and basic life insurance. In addition employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan which includes a company provided safe harbor contribution of 3% of annual earnings and the potential for a company discretionary profit sharing contribution.
All employees will be eligible to accrue PTO at a rate of .04 hours per payroll hour (1.6 hours for a 40 hour week) which can be used for and exceeds the required mandatory WA State and other local ordinances. In addition, full time employees will be eligible for a Vacation accrual with a maximum annual accrual of 77 hours as a new hire.
WAGI has 8 standard Holidays each year for which full time employees are eligible to receive paid holiday. In addition, full time employees will be given 1 Float Holiday each year that they can schedule.
WAGI provides Malpractice Insurance, a Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement budget of $5,400 per two year cycle; and 5 days of paid CME Time Off per year to complete CME.
A new hire full time employee in this role will be eligible for a Hiring Bonus in the amount of $10,000.
This is an Salary position and the anticipated Compensation range is $115,00 - $160,000. The hired applicant is also eligible for annual discretionary bonuses.

The Staff Accountant is a high-impact role within the finance organization at True Independent Holdings, serving as a key partner to the CFO and supporting Controllers across both digital and traditional media agencies.
This position provides hands-on support across accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash management. The Staff Accountant will build deep knowledge across multiple agencies and be prepared to step into support Controllers as needed, ensuring continuity and scalability of the finance function.

We're a 15-person team shipping fast with an AI-native operating model where agents are a core part of how we work.
Reporting to our CTO and Head of Product, you're the go-to-market partner to PrescriberPoint's product leadership. You own how our products reach, convert, and retain healthcare professionals — the positioning, the channels, the launch strategy, and the adoption engine. You don't manage a marketing team. You build the GTM motion yourself, leveraging agents, an existing marketing team (creative director, email, ads, social), and whatever it takes to get products into the hands of HCPs.
You complete a product leadership triad: the Technical Product CoS owns what we build, the Director of Product Management owns how it works operationally, and you own how it reaches the market. You'll partner deeply with both of them and with the CTO on product strategy.
This is not a brand marketing role. This is not a "build a marketing department" role. This is a builder role for someone who can develop GTM strategy, execute it with their own hands, and prove that HCPs want what we're building — measured in adoption, not impressions.
