Our market-leading technology and insurance program have created a foundation for explosive growth, and insurance agency producers comprise our most critical growth channel. We’ve built the most producer-friendly quoting, binding, and policy management platform in the small commercial space specifically to serve Producer’s unique needs. But while our technology is second to none, we’ve found that Producers deeply value personal relationships, and that responsive support on active deals is imperative in maximizing our Producer experience (and revenue growth).
As an Account Executive, you will act as a Deal Champion and be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of submitted quotes and putting Honeycomb in the best position possible to win this business. Your scope starts with qualifying deals after they are submitted to understand how we can most effectively position our solution. You’ll develop quick and lasting relationships with Honeycomb’s producers, and triage a variety of action items to a passionate cross-functional team that includes Regional Sales Managers, Underwriters, and Customer Service Representatives. And when we don’t win, you will collect all-important information as to how our offering can improve moving forward. In addition to your actions accelerating deal-level success, you will also play a key role in our sales and product development feedback loop, helping us to ensure that we retain sustainable product-market fit while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Broker to join our team as part of a critical pilot to launch a P&C broker model at Gusto. You will be essential in evolving Gusto's business insurance channel by acting as a licensed agent to quote and issue business insurance policies with our NEXT Insurance carrier partner. You will use your expertise to provide direct support and an improved experience for small business customers with complex insurance needs, helping to capture meaningfully higher revenue and accelerating the development of our AI Insurance Advisor.
About the Team:
This team is crucial to solving customer experience gaps and optimizing our offline insurance channels. You will be a SME who is part of the "human-in-the-loop" workflows required to train and optimize Gus as an AI insurance advisor. Our collective vision is to be an expert advisor that supports small businesses through every stage of growth, with this pilot being key to establishing our digital insurance agency and licensed agent integration.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is $109,390 to $134,000 OTE for Denver, Atlanta, Chicago & Las Vegas. $102,855 to $126,000 OTE for Phoenix. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.

ROOM42, Real Chemistry’s in-house production company, is hiring an experienced Audio Production Lead to join our in-house production team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in sound editing and mixing. Should be familiar with audio post-production workflows - sound design and mixing for film and video, as well as podcast production. Also be comfortable leading remote recording sessions, directing talent and managing communication between team members. A requirement of this role is to have a strong interest and expertise in generative AI software and workflows related to the audio production industry.
Senior Producers are responsible for the execution of all work that flows through the agency. We are creative partners, financial leads, and chief organizers. The right person for this job will be highly organized, with great attention to detail. Able to make proactive suggestions for improvements and not be afraid to contribute.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
What you’ll do:
Craft sound production strategies in partnership with executive producer
Lead the process to select and hire and manage all vendors relevant to each project
Coordinate pre-production meetings and make any necessary presentations to client and internal agency groups with regard to artist/photographer/talent recommendations and related schedules and estimates
Manage all details of the project from production kick-off through delivery
Have a working knowledge of the copyright laws and consult legal counsel when necessary
Work with business affairs to develop contracts and releases as needed
Help drive integration with the creative and account management teams
Have a working knowledge of local and worldwide directors, photographers, illustrators, animators, and designers as well as an awareness of industry and market trends
Identify and address potential problems as early as possible in the production workflow and escalate as needed
Ensuring deadlines are achieved in the most seamless and cost-effective way.
Seek opportunities to continually improve job skills and knowledge
Communicate openly and proactively with other departments to share knowledge
Liaising with clients throughout the process, advising on timings and budgets.
Strong negotiator when dealing with vendors and usage rights
Supervise productions to ensure effective delivery
Partnering with account teams, keeping them aware of the progress of each campaign and any changes if required.

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking junior event producer who will support our Project Manager in all aspects of production ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered. The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $190,000 and $235,000 USD per Year.

New Hire Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000

New Leaf Energy compensates all employees in three ways: market-competitive base salary, plus above-market variable compensation, plus an equity-like program such that all employees experience the benefits of ownership. We use a data-driven and transparent methodology to calibrate compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable, guided by the New Leaf Energy compensation manual, which is available to all employees.
Under our compensation framework, the likely base salary range for this position in Troy is $189,416 - $218,887. The on-target annual cash bonus associated with this position is an additional 20% percent of base salary. Your actual salary may be above, in, or below this range, depending on your location and experience. Our office locations in Lowell, Boston, Oakland, and Chicago all carry geography-based upward adjustments to the base pay range.

We use a data-driven and transparent methodology to calibrate compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable, guided by the New Leaf Energy compensation manual, which is available to all employees.
Under our compensation framework, the likely base salary range for this position in Oakland is $222,753 - $257,411. The on-target annual cash bonus associated with this position is an additional 20% percent of base salary. Your actual salary may be above, in, or below this range, depending on your location and experience. Our office locations in Lowell, Boston, Oakland, and Chicago all carry geography-based upward adjustments to the base pay range.
