• Collaborate with Traders to evaluate and enhance the performance of IMC’s existing proprietary trading models using advanced mathematical and analytical methods.
• Design quantitative methods to gather and analyze historical market data, trading statistics or new data sources and use the result of that research as the basis for new trading strategies.
• Translate trading strategies into mathematical models, algorithms, and other complex computational programs to realize the combined vision of the trading team.

In addition to our core direct-to-consumer business, Factor_ has more recently expanded into the retail channel, making our meals available for purchase at brick-and-mortar stores. We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly collaborative Retail Product Development Manager to own Factor_’s Retail Prepared Meals and adjacent food and beverage categories to support growth in this channel. In this pivotal role, you will champion the end-to-end retail product lifecycle—from driving overarching category strategy and formulation management to leading packaging design and continuous portfolio optimization. Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferred

• Preferred experience with: 

• Controlled Environmental Agriculture (CEA) 

• Greenhouse or indoor grow facilities 

• High-capacity HVAC and mechanical systems 

• Industrial electrical distribution systems 

• Experience managing multi-site, multi-state expansion programs 

• Strong understanding of environmental controls and agricultural infrastructure preferred 

Technical Skills 

• Proficient in construction management software such as: 

• Primavera P6 

• Procore 

• Timberline 

• PlanGrid (or similar) 

• Advanced Microsoft Project and Excel (budget tracking, forecasting, modeling) 

• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, irrigation, and environmental control drawings
