The Director, Enterprise Financial Planning serves as the central financial steering and consolidation point for the company. This role brings together inputs from all business controlling teams, ensures alignment to enterprise financial targets, and supports executive decision-making through integrated planning, forecasting, reporting, and scenario analysis. This role also owns the company’s official forecasts and long-term plans submitted to our parent company, supports multi-entity planning and consolidation as the organization grows, and plays a key role in finance governance and company-wide policy review.

The Sr. Director of Treasury and Insurance will lead all Treasury activities for Scout Motors, ensuring robust liquidity management, capital structure management across different legal entities, and both front and back-office infrastructure scaling as the company approaches start of production. Summary of Role
The Treasurer is a director-level leadership role responsible for the development and leadership of the Company’s treasury function, including oversight of corporate capital raising and capital structure, and direct responsibility for cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, insurance, and financial risk management. The Sales Enablement Manager is a critical full-time role responsible for building, operationalizing, and continuously improving DebtBook's sales enablement function. This individual will own the end-to-end enablement lifecycle - from auditing and rationalizing existing assets to designing repeatable sales frameworks that drive consistent deal qualification, value articulation, and pipeline progression.

Corporate Treasury Manager
Overview
As the Corporate Treasury Manager, you will lead and oversee the company’s treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, risk management, and capital optimization. You will provide strategic guidance to the Director of Finance, CAO, CFO and executive leadership, ensuring the company’s financial resources are efficiently managed to support growth and operational needs. This role combines hands-on treasury management with team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across the business.
What you’ll do
· Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure team goals are achieved.
· Serve as a treasury and risk advisor to the Director of Finance, CAO, CFO and executive leadership, providing insight into cash, liquidity, and financial risk management.
· Develop and execute cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and support business operations.
· Manage investment strategies within regulatory and licensing guidelines to maximize returns and minimize risk.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other key external stakeholders; partner with internal business units as needed on commercial banking relationships.
· Monitor and manage the company’s financial risk exposure, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit risk.
· Partner with Product Management on planning and execution of lending products and other treasury-related initiatives.
· Evaluate and recommend changes to the company’s capital structure, including debt, equity, and alternative financing options.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
· Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure best practices, strong internal controls, and process efficiency.
· Provide timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation, technology adoption, and operational efficiency.
· Collaborate across all levels of the business to achieve financial goals, optimize decision-making, and support strategic initiatives.
What we’re looking for
· 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury management, financial services, or fintech.
· Demonstrated expertise in cash management, liquidity management, risk management, and capital structure.
· Proven experience managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial information to executives and stakeholders.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
· Experience implementing process improvements, leveraging technology, and driving operational efficiencies.

Job Overview
The Treasury Operations Associate at ATLAS SP plays an important role in helping to optimize the firm’s global operations ranging across bank account management, operational cash management, reporting and transformation.
