Overview
The EE/SW Integration Manager at the OEM level owns system-level & sub-system-level electrical and software integration strategy, execution, and release readiness across multiple vehicle programs. The EE/SW Integration Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring that all electrical and software systems deliver the intended vehicle-level functional performance. This role goes beyond architecture compliance and focuses on feature behavior, timing performance, system robustness, drivability impact, and cross-domain interaction quality. The position owns system-level validation and readiness of how the vehicle behaves under real-world conditions, including transient events, edge cases, environmental stress, and feature concurrency. Work directly with MSTs, software engineers, systems engineers, validation teams, and suppliers to ensure robust delivery.

The Manager of Indirect Purchasing Services and Materials is responsible for sourcing and managing contracts with external service providers for Scout Motors' Indirect Purchasing teams. This includes information technology, marketing, engineering services, & commercial operations commodity groups with an annual procurement budget up to $1 billion. As the manager, you will oversee a team of buyers, developing strategies and policies for procurement. It is important to have a strong understanding of the business concepts, practices, procedures, and goals of each business area. Your role will involve extensive planning and goal accomplishment, requiring experience and judgment. You will lead and direct the work of others, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. Overview

As our Learning Technology Sr. Specialist, you are the strategic and operational owner of the learning technology ecosystem supporting the Commercial Organization. You’ll administer the Business Unit’s LMS end‑to‑end, and you’ll also own adjacent platforms that plug into or stand alongside the LMS—specifically our AI Role‑Playing/Simulation tool, Sales Enablement Platform (e.g., Cornerstone, Mindtickle, or a bespoke solution), our Knowledge Base, and Content Management System.
You will partner across Sales, Service, Field Ops, Marketing, HR/People, IT/SecOps, and Compliance to deliver mobile‑first, retail-ready learning that is reliable, measurable, and tied to business outcomes like time‑to-ramp, conversion rates, first-time-fix, shrink reduction, and CSAT/NPS. Scout Motors is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Specialist, Outbound Vehicle Logistics to drive the development, implementation, and execution of both rail and trucking operations for finished vehicle distribution from our production center in Blythewood, South Carolina. This role is critical in building a scalable, cost-effective, and high-performance outbound logistics network from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in finished vehicle haul-away operations, carrier and rail partner management, and operational startup. This includes establishing clear and actionable Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and building a local field team to oversee daily execution. Cross-functional coordination with internal Scout stakeholders is essential to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Senior Data Engineer – Data Architecture & Platform
CPI Security, a national leader in residential and commercial security solutions, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer transitioning into Data Architecture to join us on our data transformational journey. This unique role combines hands-on data engineering (70%) with architectural design and governance (30%), ideal for a technical expert ready to shape our enterprise data strategy while remaining deeply involved in implementation. You'll work directly with line of business leaders and technical users to architect and build our cloud data warehouse using data vault 2.0 modeling and dbt. This is a technical, hands-on role, not a pure architecture position, where you'll mentor junior engineers on a lean team while personally implementing the solutions you design.
This is an on-site position at our HQ in Charlotte, NC.
What You'll Do
This role balances architectural design with hands-on implementation. You'll spend approximately 70% of your time coding, building pipelines, and implementing solutions, while dedicating 30% to architectural design, standards definition, and technical guidance. On our lean team, everyone contributes technically, this isn't about drawing boxes, it's about designing it AND building it. You must be comfortable in the IDE daily, working alongside engineers and providing mentorship through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
Define and document reference architectures, design patterns, and standards for the enterprise data platform. Create technical design documentation, data flow diagrams, and architectural decision records (ADRs) while remaining actively involved in hands-on implementation. Establish data modeling standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the platform.
Establish and maintain data modeling standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines. Review and approve technical designs to ensure alignment with architectural principles and enterprise standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies and ensure compliance with security requirements.

This is a highly visible and critical role responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the Company’s SEC filings, technical accounting positions, and financial disclosures. The Director will serve as the Company’s primary subject matter expert on US GAAP technical accounting matters and will own all aspects of the SEC reporting process.
