Many support queries are of a technical nature and therefore as an Ozow support engineer you should have a good understanding of Ozow’s system, programming languages, techniques, and concepts used. A key part of this role would be to assist external developers in their attempts to successfully integrate their respective systems with the Ozow system.
From a support technician to engineers’ point of view, your role is to ensure that customers receive excellent and consistent service to a high standard and handle issues in an efficient and friendly manner. You need to ensure that you know the policies and SLAs that are in place and always adhere to them.
In the role of support, you are accountable for your own actions, representing the company in the best light possible by always demonstrating our core values. Ultimately, as a team we are all accountable to the customer as they use the services we offer.
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
- A proven minimum experience of 2-4 years as a Technical Support Agent
- Relevant tertiary qualification in information technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Experience in dealing with payment gateways is a nice to have (not a requirement)
- Experience troubleshooting logs and using dev tools such as Postman to identify root causes
- An ability to assist other engineering teams and merchants in their integration of our services
- The ability to work shifts and stand by as Our TSE team provides 24/7 support
- A good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products
- The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with times of high demand
- The ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

Respond to and lead resolution of infrastructure incidents, conducting post-mortems to prevent recurrence.

Ensure uptime and reliability targets are consistently met.

Champion the ongoing journey toward serverless architectures (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions).

Evaluate and recommend tooling improvements that support Ozow's evolving technical roadmap.

Collaborate with engineering to modernise legacy infrastructure components incrementally.

Maintain up-to-date documentation on infrastructure, pipelines, and runbooks.

Drive adoption of automation and AI-assisted tooling to reduce toil and increase team velocity.

Lead or contribute to the rollout of new systems, platforms, and DevOps tooling changes across the team.

An IT diploma or degree (or equivalent hands-on experience).

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a DevOps, SysOps, or Infrastructure Engineering role.

Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines - specifically TeamCity (Ozow's tool of choice).

Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and ECS.

Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration via Kubernetes or ECS.

Proficiency in both Linux and Windows server environments.

Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar).

A strong security mindset with experience implementing DevSecOps practices.

As Product Operations Manager, your job is to help Ozow run Product with more clarity, better visibility, and stronger launch discipline.
You will work with the Head of Product and Product leaders to improve how Product plans, reviews, communicates, and launches across the company. You will help establish clearer portfolio visibility, better dependency tracking, more consistent product artifacts, and a more reliable operating cadence.
You will not own product strategy or make roadmap decisions on behalf of Product Managers. Your role is to create the scaffolding that helps the right decisions happen with more clarity, consistency, and confidence. That distinction is central to the Product Ops model you have already defined.
Your role and responsibilities
Leadership & Operating Enablement
- Act as a high‑agency operating partner to the Head of Product, helping establish and maintain a strong product operating rhythm
- Enable Product Managers to focus on judgment and outcomes by reducing operational friction and ambiguity
- Influence without authority, working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Risk, Compliance, Client Success, and Operations
Planning & Portfolio Visibility
- Support quarterly and 6–8 week product planning cycles across multiple product domains
- Maintain a clear and trusted view of portfolio status, priorities, dependencies, risks, and key trade‑offs
- Improve the quality, structure, and decision‑usefulness of product reviews and operating forums
Execution & Launch Readiness
- Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Risk, Compliance, and Operations
- Ensure launches are well‑prepared, documented, and aligned with risk, regulatory, and operational requirements
- Improve dependency tracking, escalation pathways, and cross‑team communication
Systems & Standard Governance
- Improve consistency and quality of product artifacts including PRDs, strategy docs, review packs, and launch briefs
- Define, maintain, and evolve product workflows across tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, Confluence, or equivalent
- Maintain KPI definitions, reporting views, and decision logs used by Product and leadership
- Improve meeting hygiene, documentation standards, and operating discipline across the product organisation
Tool Utilisation & Change Management
- Design and implement lightweight systems, templates, and processes that improve clarity without adding bureaucracy
- Identify recurring points of friction in how Product operates and solve them through better tooling, workflows, or cadence
- Support change adoption by aligning teams around new operating standards and practices

As a Software Engineer, you will be someone whose expertise directly translates into developing robust software in the e-commerce domain. You will have the opportunity to implement best practices to improve existing software and participate in the development of new features. What you'll do
As a Project Manager, you will work with your team lead to develop, launch, and manage your events, from A to Z. Together with the other departments, you will define the way to scale this event to new and existing markets.

Preferred Qualifications

- You will form part of our Treasury team, supporting all cash and liquidity related needs powering Luno’s business.

- Develop and Oversee Cryptocurrency P&L Liquidation Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of strategies for liquidating cryptocurrency positions to optimise profit and mitigate risk.
- Manage foreign exchange and cryptocurrency exposure, ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives.
- Funding and Liquidity Management:
- Forecast and manage fiat and cryptocurrency liquidity needs across various platforms and venues.
- Implement strategies to optimise funding efficiency and minimise liquidity risk.
- Process Automation and Support:
- Drive automation of key treasury processes supporting our various products
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to actively support new product launches and enhancements.
- Relationship Management and Expansion:
- Liaise with existing and new bank and payment providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Support business expansion into new countries by establishing relationships with relevant financial partners.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
- Oversee annual KYC refreshers for existing banking and liquidity partners.

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline. Advanced degree in a related area preferred (CA(SA) or CIMA/CGMA preferred)
- 4-5 years of work experience within a Finance or Treasury function
- Experience with on-chain treasury operations and/or crypto custody frameworks
- Familiarity with exchange/liquidity provider liquidity and settlement flows
- Ability to interact, influence and build relationships at all levels of seniority and across all functions within an organisation.

As the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Operations, you will lead and mature 2U’s global cyber defense and security operations capabilities. This role is accountable for the effective execution of threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and operational security monitoring across a global enterprise.
You will manage and develop a team of security engineers responsible for day-to-day security operations, while also acting as the operational bridge between cybersecurity engineering, infrastructure, SRE, IT, and external partners (including managed or embedded resources). While remaining technically credible, your primary focus will be on operational excellence, incident readiness, process maturity, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of security operations at scale.
This role requires strong leadership, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to translate technical security events into clear risk-based communication for senior stakeholders. You will own operational outcomes, ensure alignment to industry frameworks, and continuously improve tools, processes, and team capability to reduce risk across 2U’s most critical systems.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Cybersecurity Operations & Execution
- Own and oversee day-to-day cybersecurity operations, ensuring effective threat detection, investigation, response, and remediation across cloud, application, and infrastructure environments.
- Ensure security monitoring, alerting, and response processes are consistently executed, well-documented, and aligned to defined SLAs and severity models.
- Provide operational oversight of security tooling (e.g., SIEM, EDR, SOAR), ensuring tools are properly configured, maintained, and delivering actionable outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational runbooks, response workflows, and automation to reduce manual effort and improve response quality.
Cybersecurity Incident Management & Operational Readiness
- Own the cybersecurity incident management program, ensuring incidents are triaged, escalated, coordinated, and resolved effectively.
- Ensure clear roles, escalation paths, and communications are in place for security incidents, including coordination with SRE, Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, Legal, Privacy, and Communications teams.
- Lead post-incident reviews for security incidents, driving root cause analysis, remediation tracking, and systemic improvements.
- Ensure incident response practices align with industry standards and internal risk management expectations.
Engineering, Cloud & Application Security Alignment
- Partner with Cloud Security, Application Security, and Engineering teams to ensure security controls, detections, and response requirements are operationalised within cybersecurity operations.
- Ensure outputs from Cloud Security and Application Security initiatives (e.g., controls, detections, alerts, runbooks) are effectively integrated into security monitoring, incident response, and operational workflows.
- Act as the primary intake point for security-relevant operational signals from engineering and platform teams, ensuring they are triaged, prioritised, and actioned appropriately by cybersecurity operations.
- Collaborate with partner teams to identify gaps in detection, response coverage, and operational readiness, and drive improvements to expand and mature cybersecurity operations coverage.
- Serve as an escalation and advisory point for security-related operational issues, ensuring coordination with the appropriate domain owners (Cloud, Application, Infrastructure, SRE) while maintaining clear accountability.
Security Operations Coverage & Readiness
- Ensure cybersecurity operations maintain effective visibility and response capability across cloud, infrastructure, and application environments, aligned to defined risk and threat models.
- Oversee the integration of logging, telemetry, alerts, and response playbooks into operational tooling (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR), without assuming ownership of underlying platform or application architectures.
- Partner with domain security teams to validate that new systems, services, and changes are adequately covered by operational security monitoring and incident response processes.
- Continuously assess and improve operational coverage to ensure cybersecurity operations can detect, respond to, and support incidents across the evolving technical environment.
Proactive Risk & Vulnerability Management
- Own the operational vulnerability management lifecycle, ensuring vulnerabilities are identified, prioritized, remediated, and tracked to closure.
- Use risk-based prioritization to balance remediation effort with business impact and operational realities.
- Ensure security findings and risk trends are translated into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Partner Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop cybersecurity operations engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Provide direction and oversight to embedded or partner resources (e.g., Sonata), ensuring clear expectations, quality delivery, and alignment to 2U standards.
- Contribute to workforce planning, skills development, and operational maturity of the cybersecurity operations function.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- 5+ years experience in cybersecurity or security operations, with progression into technical leadership or people management.
- Experience leading or supporting security operations, incident response, or threat management in complex environments.
- Working knowledge of AWS; exposure to GCP or Azure is a plus.
- Comfortable with scripting/automation (e.g., Python, Bash) to guide and review operational improvements.
- Experience partnering on CI/CD and DevSecOps initiatives to ensure security signals feed into detection and response.
- Familiarity with cloud-native and containerised environments and their operational security risks.
- Required: Hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR platforms supporting security monitoring, investigation, and incident response.
- Beneficial: Experience with SOAR workflows and WAF technologies to support security automation and application protection.
- Strong analytical judgment, able to make risk-based decisions under pressure.
- Clear communicator with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.

The position reports to the Logistics Product Lead.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Define and drive the roadmap for features and services that power the on-demand logistics execution platform, supporting a network of 20,000 last-mile drivers operating in the network. This includes innovating and improving the back-end systems that enable seamless and scalable delivery execution.

Your Role at impact.com:
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations Systems, the Systems Analyst is the operational backbone of our Customer Operations technology stack. You will own the day-to-day health, configuration, and continuous improvement of the systems that power how we work - most critically our FreshWorks implementation (FreshDesk for ticketing, FreshChat for chat), which supports Support, Success, Compliance, Renewals, Onboarding, and many other teams across impact.com.
This is not a "configure it and walk away" role. Our FreshDesk environment is large, complex, and deeply integrated into our business operations. It serves many teams with distinct workflows, automations, routing rules, SLA configurations, and reporting needs. You will own all of it - ensuring it runs cleanly, scales as the business evolves, and gets simpler over time, not more convoluted.
You will spend your time across three types of work:
- Systems administration and optimization. You own FreshDesk and FreshChat configuration end-to-end: workflows, automations, groups, fields, rules, integrations, and everything in between. You are constantly looking for ways to simplify, automate, and eliminate manual workarounds. You inherited complexity; your job is to leave behind clarity.
- Cross-functional process design. You are a business process partner. You work with stakeholders across the company to understand their operational needs, gather requirements, align competing priorities, and design solutions within our tooling. A significant portion of your time will be spent in conversations: understanding what teams actually need, translating that into system design, and getting stakeholder buy-in before you build.
- Data partnership. The data in our systems powers reporting, dashboards, and AI tools downstream. You play a critical role in ensuring that data is clean, well-structured, and reliable. You partner with our Data team to map and describe data, identify quality issues at the source, and make changes in FreshDesk that improve the integrity of everything built on top of it.
This role is for someone who is equal parts meticulous and practical. You are the person who notices that a workflow has five unnecessary steps, who asks "why do we have 47 ticket categories when we use 12 of them," and whom it bothers when a process doesn’t match the reality of how people actually work. You are deeply organized, allergic to unnecessary complexity, and energized by the satisfaction of a system that just works.

What You'll Do:
- Systems Administration Expertise: Deep, hands-on administrative experience with enterprise ticketing and chat systems. You've managed a system at scale - not a simple setup, but one with multiple teams, overlapping workflows, and constant change.
- Business Process Design: Proven ability to analyze complex operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined solutions. You don't just configure what people ask for - you push back, simplify, and propose better approaches. You understand that the best system design starts with understanding the business problem, not the tool.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Strong experience gathering requirements from multiple teams with competing priorities and translating them into coherent system design. You are comfortable pushing back on senior stakeholders when a request would add unnecessary complexity, and you know how to find the solution that serves multiple teams without creating a mess.
- Data Fluency: Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of data structures. You can look at a FreshDesk data export and immediately spot quality issues. You understand how system configuration decisions affect downstream reporting and analysis, and you design with data integrity in mind.
- Technical Fluency: Strong working knowledge of APIs (REST). You should be comfortable discussing endpoint design with vendors and internal engineering teams, understanding integration architecture, and troubleshooting data flow issues between systems. Basic scripting ability (JavaScript, Python) is a plus but not required.
- Documentation & Communication: You can clearly document system configurations, process designs, and data mappings so that your work is understandable and maintainable by others. You can explain complex system behavior to non-technical stakeholders in terms they understand.
- Operational Rigor: You are relentlessly organized. You track changes, maintain configuration documentation, and don't make changes to production systems without understanding the downstream impact. You have a healthy respect for the blast radius of a misconfigured automation rule.

Your Role at impact.com:
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations Systems, the Internal Systems Engineer (Applied AI) is a specialized, high-impact builder role dedicated to supercharging our Customer Operations teams (Support, Success, Onboarding, Implementation).
This is a highly practical, application-focused engineering position instrumental to our AI transformation. You will spend your time across three types of work:
- Building AI-powered tools and agents. You will integrate applied AI into our workflows using modern frameworks. You will consult with business stakeholders to help explain the art of the possible, guide them in defining logic and prompts, and own building and maintaining agentic workflows and tools. Example projects include building an AI-powered QA and training tool with a RAG component for new support agents, architecting agentic workflows for our onboarding team, or building a FreshDesk integration that suggests draft responses to tickets.
- Building and maintaining a shared agent platform. This is what makes AI scale beyond our team. You will build and maintain the templates, approved patterns, and deployment infrastructure that enable people across Customer Operations to build their own agents without needing to figure out hosting, monitoring, or API connectivity themselves. When a Technical Services lead wants to build an agent that automates "pixel not firing" investigations, they should be able to do it on your platform without writing a deployment script. You own making self-serve actually work.
- Building robust internal software, integrations, and automations - such as developing custom FreshDesk widgets to support our agents. You will own the full lifecycle of these apps: building, hosting, monitoring, maintaining, and eventually retiring them when they're no longer needed.
Many job descriptions define themselves as "critical" or "pivotal." This role genuinely is. impact.com has thousands of clients, millions of partners, endless data, and complex multi-system processes. Your efforts as a Market Surveillance Analyst will ensure market conduct compliance is upheld by investigating, analysing and responding to surveillance alerts and suspicious trading events. The role will require agile execution on key projects and operational delivery of work within the functional team, while applying structured analysis to inform sound, evidence-based decisions.

As a Software Engineer, you will be someone whose expertise directly translates into developing robust software in the e-commerce domain. You will have the opportunity to implement best practices to improve existing software and participate in the development of new features. While we don't promote after-hours work as part of the regular workday, we run a 24/7 business with the need to keep systems up and running. Software Engineers are expected to provide after-hours support on a rotational basis to resolve critical system issues if needed.
The role is focused on maintaining our search stack. We're looking for a Product Manager to take a lead on ClearScore's Universal API platform. This is the technical foundation that will power how we share our data, capabilities and intelligence beyond our consumer apps. You’ll enable B2B distribution, agentic workflows in the credit space and entirely new ways for partners to integrate with ClearScore.
Working alongside your Head of Product and closely with Platform and Data engineering, you'll own the roadmap and execution of a unified API gateway serving both internal teams and external partners. - Define API Standards - Set standards for developing internal and external APIs for the ClearScore group as a whole.

This position reports to the Software Engineering Manager (Logistics).
We are an energetic team that is fully responsible for all the systems required to support the Takealot Group's delivery network as well as the unique challenges that come with logistics and scale. We have adopted a microservices architecture to both isolate our logic and to enable scale. We follow the event-driven architecture as well as utilize a graph database to model our delivery network. We are currently working through unique problems in the logistics space and are actively researching the usage of the actor model design pattern and graph traversal optimization.

The role in a nutshell:
You will form part of the Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) Operations team based in South Africa, and you will report to the AML Operations Manager. Our AML Operations team looks after our global business and consists of a growing team of enthusiastic, energetic Lunauts. You will work in a fast paced environment, collaborating with other business units, including Customer Support, Onboarding, Engineering, Product and Legal teams, servicing the business on an international level together with the teams from Africa, Asia Pacific and Europe.
About the team:
The AML Operations team takes care of the operational aspects of financial crime risk identification matters for Luno's global business. Our mission is to create a world class compliance experience for Luno as well as our customers. We make sure we have the processes and information available that enable us to truly understand our customer risk, we monitor for any external red flags customers may raise when they use Luno and we deal with any questions our business or customers may have on what good looks like. We operate in regional teams around the world with our central team in South Africa.
Your mission will involve:
- Management and oversight of the Screening Team on all functional and people management aspects;
- Managing and supervising Screening Team members, including:
- providing guidance on execution of functional duties and as required, become actively involved to meet schedules and resolve problems;
- supporting personal development;
- building relationships with and between team members, set expectations, define and delegate tasks and help remove obstacles;
- Managing team member onboarding and role based training;
- Conducts regular 1-1s with team members and raise performance matters with key stakeholders;
- Maintain open lines of communication with team members, including on priorities, policy and processes;
- Managing all aspects of customer screening and the outcomes thereof in respect of:
- sanctions, adverse media and political exposure;
- private watch lists;
- geolocation and geofencing;
- perform a QA function and
- any other AML risk identifiers and typologies as appropriate;
- Management, fine tuning and reporting on screening rules, thresholds and outcomes;
- Governance and reporting in respect of team performance, progress tracking, service level agreements, key risk indicators and operational metrics;
- Oversight over the drafting and, where appropriate, filing of regulatory reports and responding to regulatory requests;
- Establishing processes for, review of and managing of quality assurance;
- Drafting and implementing standard operating procedures, including in respect of account closures, exits and the unverifying of customer accounts, and guidance to ensure compliance with regulations;
- Coordination and management of senior management approvals;
- Creating, implementing and managing role based training;
- Collaborate with AML Operations Manager in developing, planning and managing the Screening Team’s operational plans and strategic goals, including in relation to Smart Goals;
- Collaborating with the wider Anti-Financial Crime team to support ongoing investigations, queries and analytics;
- Supporting the AML Operations Manager in the planning and oversight of day to day team tasks;
- Working with the Compliance Advisory team to ensure that our operations are regulatory compliant and manage the implementation of new regulations or changes to existing regulations;
- External and internal stakeholder management in conjunction with the AML Operations Manager and Head of Anti-Financial Crime;
- Supporting external and internal compliance audits;
- Supporting Luno’s compliance efforts across multiple geographies; and
- Supporting the business with AML operations related queries, including triaging received queries and resolution of questions pertaining to Luno’s compliance procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree or diploma from a recognised tertiary institution
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in an Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Terrorist Financing related field
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and experience in process writing and documenting outcomes of reviews and investigations
- High proficiency in English (please ensure that your application is in English)
