We're looking for a senior digital marketer who lives in the data — someone who can forecast paid media performance, read what the numbers are actually saying, and turn that into the right next move across paid media and granum.com.
You'll own the digital surface area for three brands (LMN, Greenius, and SingleOps). The work is meaningful, the budgets are real, and the impact is measurable. We need someone who's hands-on with the platforms, fluent with the reporting, and proactive enough to spot what's drifting before anyone else does.

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 - $106,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. As a Senior Marketing Engineer at DistroKid, you will build systems that drive growth. Experience working within the iGaming domain (mandatory).
2 years of experience managing organic social media channels in a professional capacity.
Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a significant plus.
Strong ability to switch between different "brand voices" and tones quickly.
Basic design or content editing skills (e.g., Canva, Buffer, CapCut, or Adobe Suite).
Excellent creative writing skills with an eye for digital storytelling.
High adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and brand focuses may change.

This individual contributor role will own the execution and optimization of high-impact web experiences that improve conversion, increase marketing throughput, and help web function as a true performance channel. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn insights into shipped improvements across CRO, UX, SEO implementation, page performance, and conversion paths.

The Job
This role owns the performance and optimization of Panther’s digital marketing engine. The focus is on driving pipeline through high-performing website experiences, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven campaign execution.
This person will lead execution across email, website, paid media, and organic growth (SEO/AEO), while partnering with Marketing Ops and external agencies to continuously improve conversion, engagement, and pipeline generation.

The Perks
Cash compensation range: $103,000 - $115,000 OTE (90/10 pay split) CAD Annually dependent on experience.
The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time Pantherinos are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO). Individual compensation packages are based on a few factors unique to each candidate, including their location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the above-mentioned range.
