The Corporate Technology (CorpTech) Services team is a strategic support partner to all Stripes, in office and remote. We ensure the successful operation of new hires, account off-boards and critical business systems with a global team.
We’re looking for a Tier 1 Support Engineer to join the AMER CorpTech Services team to provide in-person, thoughtful and individualized support for all Stripes. Stripe is looking for individuals who can work in a fast paced environment and work autonomously to deliver team oriented results.
You’ll be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. In-person support is required as well as setting up desks and managing/auditing peripherals.
You have the ability to take initiative on tickets and contribute to project design and implementation. You are skilled at writing, updating and maintaining technical documentation and sending directed communications. You are comfortable working as an individual contributor on a global team that is driving towards a common goal. You will best succeed in this role by leading on things you are passionate about while supporting others in their passion.

The Analyst will leverage data and manage database tools to help inform and support our Logistics strategy. Responsibilities include facilitating weekly business reviews and building common datasets, building and monitoring key performance indicators, and drawing impactful conclusions from supply chain performance data. This includes, but is not limited to, on-time performance, customer-reported errors, and exceptions measurements. The Analyst will analyze network and carrier performance to provide the team with insight and recommendations on continued network quality improvements. Position Summary
The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a positive and productive work environment at the Surrey IEM office. This person will be the first face visitors and employees see when they walk into IEM. They have the important job of making a great first impression and answering and directing inquiries. In addition, they will support the rollout of workplace programs and initiatives and help oversee day-to-day operations, including ad hoc administrative needs. The Workplace Coordinator partners closely with vendors and internal teams and helps maintain a space that reflects the company’s culture while supporting ongoing business growth.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Develop a full range of learning materials including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant handouts, job aids, competency assessments, and video-based learning content. Facilitate Train-the-Trainer Sessions Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs to equip TD Training Specialists and subject matter experts with the skills, materials, and confidence needed to deliver training effectively and consistently across all facilities.
Evaluate & Continuously Improve Learning Solutions Implement robust evaluation strategies — including knowledge checks, skills assessments, and performance metrics — to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness. Our Growth Marketing team is looking for a Retail & Marketplace Contractor to help maintain smooth operations across our retail and marketplace channels. What We Are Looking For

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support, in-person and remotely, for all hardware (Windows PCs, Macs, Wacom tablets, peripherals) and software (Administrative and Specialized).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in our Active Directory.
Take care of the IT side of employee onboarding and offboarding, including desktop configuration and account management.
Respond, track, and resolve all support requests through our ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
Create and maintain documentation for common problems and their solutions in our knowledge base.

Collaborate with senior IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
Experience with Windows 10-11 operating systems and applications

This lean, high-autonomy, focused team has one mandate: make every MX engineer more productive through agentic tooling across the software development lifecycle — starting with autonomous coding agents that can take a ticket, implement the change, and open a pull request with with minimal hand-holding. Who we are looking for
We are seeking a motivated Technical Project Manager to join our IT team and help coordinate the delivery of projects to our 5 000 teammates and portfolio of stores across the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading our projects throughout the project lifecycle, answering technical questions that arise within the technical project architecture, and playing a pivotal part in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects that involve the implementation of infrastructure and application components and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in-scope following the AutoCanada Project Governance structure.
