The Internal Supply Chain team owns the raw materials supply and its distribution to the chefs/fulfillment. It’s a high-impact role with the ability to communicate constantly between all different areas of CookUnity. Our customers use our digital experience weekly to find their favorite meals from our 300+ menu items, and the Supply Chain team is responsible for making that easy and smooth for the operation.
We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to take ownership of different analyses and projects and is looking to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup!
You are capable of managing and analyzing the supply chain to reach company goals. You’re organized, super self-driven, can deliver, and have a “get stuff done” attitude. Owns 100% of the analysis, flags insightful info, creates action plans, develops new dashboards, etc.

About the Team
The Brand Marketing team is a centralized creative team responsible for maintaining and scaling AppDirect’s brand across our company and portfolio of businesses. About You
AppDirect is looking for a talented and reliable Junior Brand Designer to support the day-to-day design needs of two business units within the AppDirect brand. You will infuse your creative spirit into our growing in-house team, under the direction of senior design leadership, on a wide range of design assignments. This position covers the gamut: concept through production supporting marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, events, sales enablement, and web design. Assignments can be complex, requiring initiative, attention to detail and a great imagination - all while balancing schedules and the tactical day to day assignments. You are humble, curious and a team player who care as much about strengthening the team about producing great work and driving business growth. You are self-motivated, proactive and able to run with ideas to move projects forward. You have a positive mindset that's open to feedback and flexible with shifting requirements.
The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work once a week onsite and four days on remote. What you'll do and how you’ll have an impact
Design and update sales presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and customer-facing materials
Create marketing assets including email graphics, social media assets, digital ads, and campaign visuals
Design landing pages and web page layouts using established design systems
Create and export web-ready assets for implementation. Update existing web pages and graphics as needed
Apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high visual quality
Prepare production-ready files and export assets for web, presentation, and print use
Act as a dedicated design resource supporting assigned business units
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brand team stakeholders
What we’re looking for
3+ years design experience in an in-house team or agency
Strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic, range of projects, and unique viewpoint towards design thinking
A strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, iconography and digital image preparation) and production processes
Work well within a highly collaborative creative team that often includes multiple project stakeholders (marketing, operations, sales, culture, leadership, etc.)
Great English verbal and written communication skills; you are refining your ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently and pitch designs to all levels of the organization
Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment, including clear written communication, strong file organization, and comfort collaborating asynchronously across time zones
Proficient with the leading industry software - especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable designing presentation slides - especially in Google Slides
Experience in AI creative production for aiding in prototyping, image creation or editing, animation, video production, design systems, etc.

Concept, shoot, edit, and produce social-first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, static, and emerging formats.
Develop content ideas that translate brand purpose and product messaging into authentic, platform-native moments that audiences relate to and want to share.
Create lo-fi, high-impact content using a mix of smartphone, DSLR, and simple lighting and production setups, prioritising authenticity over polish.
Storyboard and present content concepts, clearly articulating the creative idea and platform rationale.
Stay current with social trends, viral formats, platform features, creator culture, and emerging content styles, flagging relevant opportunities to the team and translating them into content ideas.
Produce reactive and real-time content that connects the brand to cultural moments and trending conversations while staying true to its voice and values.
Edit and adapt content across formats and platforms, reimagining a single shoot or asset in multiple ways to maximise reach and relevance (using Premiere Pro, CapCut, and native platform editing tools).
Collaborate with social media managers to align content with publishing calendars, campaign timelines, and community engagement priorities.
Support shoots and content production involving content creators, influencers, and real people, ensuring the process is inclusive, respectful, and representative.
Experiment with new formats, techniques, and creative approaches, sharing what works and what doesn't with the wider team.
Use Gen AI tools to support content creation, from ideation and visual references to editing and copy exploration.
Ensure all content meets platform specifications, brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements.
A portfolio demonstrating 2–4 years of social content creation, with examples of platform-native work that generated genuine audience engagement (shares, saves, comments, conversation).
Technical confidence across the content creation process: concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing, with comfort moving between smartphone and DSLR setups.
Solid editing skills in Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent, with the ability to adapt content across formats and platforms.
Fluency in social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels), including an understanding of what performs, why, and how content is discovered and shared.
A feel for cultural relevance, with the ability to spot trending moments, formats, and conversations and turn them into content ideas quickly.
Experience creating content for consumer brands, with an understanding of how to communicate product or brand messages in a way that feels genuine and relatable rather than forced.
The ability to work at social speed, managing your time and priorities to deliver quality content on tight turnarounds.

This role will be reporting directly to the the Head of B2B, with the opportunity in the future to hire, train and manage sales representatives in your vertical.
You will work closely with the Head of B2B, the sales, marketing and product team around strategy and execution.
We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Member Support Coordinator to oversee the CookUnity Medically Tailored Meals program ordering and support. This role is critical in ensuring that members, providers, and payers experience a seamless process from enrollment through ongoing meal delivery as well as weekly reporting.
As the primary point of contact for administrative and service support, you’ll guide members through onboarding, assist with order placement, monitor support. You will also serve as the VOC (voice of the customer) for internal CookUnity team for members, care managers.
1. Member Onboarding & Activation
Support new member enrollment, including verifying eligibility, collecting intake details, and explaining program benefits.
Build confidence by walking members (and/or their caregivers) through the ordering process.
2. Engagement & Retention
Ensure members receive meals consistently per program guidelines. (food allergy, medical condition etc.)
Conduct proactive outreach (calls, texts, or reminders) to prevent gaps in service and missed deliveries.
Act as a trusted resource for members and caregivers.
3. Order Placement & Administrative Support
Assist members who have limited digital literacy with placing or modifying meal orders.
Process special requests (allergies, medically indicated preferences, religious/cultural needs) in line with program guidelines.
Coordinate with internal operations and kitchens to ensure orders meet medical specifications.
4. Service Delivery Support
Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling, delivery, or dietary issues quickly.

Maintain accurate records of member communications, service changes, and escalations in line with payer requirements.

Fraîche is CookUnity’s premium smart fridge platform for workplaces, providing fresh, chef-crafted meals, snacks, and drinks right in the office with 24/7 availability. As part of CookUnity’s B2B division (CookUnity for Business), Fraîche extends the company’s chef-led dining experience into offices, transforming how people eat at work.
We are seeking a Senior Backend / Platform Engineer with strong backend engineering experience and the ability to contribute to our mobile app as needed (approximately 70% backend / 30% mobile). In this role, you will maintain and evolve our platform capabilities powering the Fraîche experience — including backend services built with PHP and Symfony, data systems (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch), message queues, Redis, and infrastructure operations. You will also contribute to the Fraîche mobile app (Flutter preferred, React Native acceptable) for hardware-aware and user-facing features. If you are excited about backend development, platform reliability, automation, and building products that bridge the digital and physical worlds, this role is for you!
