Key Responsibilities:
In-Showroom Customer Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the showroom, guiding them from initial inquiry to sale and post-sale follow-up.
Work with customers in-store and via phone/email/text to understand their needs. As needed, facilitate Showroom visits and test drives based on preferences.
Finalize vehicle selection and support order placement from dealership inventory or online platforms.
Deliver a seamless, white-glove experience by setting up app connectivity and providing detailed warranty and maintenance information.
Customer nurture and sales support
Proactively move customers through the sales funnel, quickly responding to inbound leads and providing helpful action-oriented customer support
Act as a CDJR product specialist, remaining up-to-date with all OEM training and product updates across the CDJR lineup. Be customers’ go-to source for vehicle-related questions, ensuring customers feel confident and informed in their purchase decisions.
Guide customers through real-time in-dealership carvana.com sales using Carvana’s proprietary tools such as Carma and Cruise Control.
Guide customers through the Carvana New Car pickup and STC drop-off processes
Engage in B2B sales by building relationships with local businesses to drive fleet sales for CDJR.
Post-Sale Relationship Management
Continue customer engagement beyond the point of sale, checking in at key ownership milestones (e.g., first service, anniversaries).
Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction, answer follow-up questions, and foster long-term relationships.
Inventory & Lot Management
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales lot. Ensure vehicles are neatly parked, aligned, and merchandised with proper key tags and clean interiors/exteriors.
Regularly review and scan inventory to ensure high quality and accurate location tracking.

15+ years of experience as a leader of technology in the hosting and cloud space (preferably with a service provider and/or cloud MSP)

Highly credibility with CxO and board-level audiences as well as technology leaders, engineers and developers

Manifold Bio is seeking an exceptional Machine Learning Scientist to lead research initiatives within our AI team and drive innovation in protein design methodologies. This role will support and enrich the team’s current generative de novo protein design capabilities, as well as break ground on building foundational models on relevant protein therapeutic properties including binding affinity, developability, and in vivo biodistribution and pharmacokinetic (PK) properties. You will be expected to independently conceive, design and execute high-impact research projects that push the boundaries of AI applications in protein design, while contributing to publications and representing Manifold’s scientific contributions to the broader research community.
This is an on-site role and can be based in either Boston, Massachusetts or San Francisco, California. Please only apply if you reside in these cities or are open to relocate.

Role Overview
The Associate Director, Clinical Site Budgets & Payments will architect and lead the company’s global approach to clinical trial site budgeting, investigator grant strategy, transparency compliance, and site/vendor payment governance across our clinical trial portfolio. This leader will define Jade’s global investigator grant philosophy, including structured opening offer and negotiation parameters that ensure speed, fairness, and alignment with global FMV benchmarks. They will establish standards for invoiceables, conditional procedures, pass‑through costs, and country‑specific budgeting norms that apply across all Jade clinical studies.
This role oversees a full‑service CRO partner responsible for operational execution of budgets, payments, reconciliation, and study financial controls. It also builds and maintains global site budget forecasts, ensures just‑in‑time CRO funding, and supports accruals, reconciliation, and inspection‑readiness.
The successful candidate must be equally fluent in clinical trial protocols and financial statements, highly skilled in influencing cross‑functional and vendor partners, and able to uphold strict compliance with FMV and Sunshine/Open Payments regulations. We are hiring a Sr. Mixed-Signal Digital Architect. The selected candidate will partner with external facing teams at Lightmatter and the internal engineering team to deliver groundbreaking products to the market. As an architect, you will provide detailed technical documents that describe what needs to be built to the engineering team. This will require a solid understanding of process technology, state of the art in chip design, and clear communication skills. In this role, you will be defining the architecture of the digital circuits that enable a ground-breaking photonic-based communication fabric. Your work will not only enable the AMS/photonic devices at low-level but also enable the necessary interfaces with the firmware/software. You will interact directly with our vendors and our customers. You will also define the product and technological roadmaps along with suitable design and verification methodologies.
You will report directly to the Chief Scientist, but you will also work closely with our digital, analog, photonic, and software teams. We are particularly looking for someone with expertise in architecting digital circuits to enable high-speed AMS circuits, with a strong preference for someone with experience in photonic circuits.

As a Principal Product Line Manager, Optics/Photonics, you will be responsible for leading our product definition, rollout, and product introduction to drive design wins with the industry's top semiconductor and cloud vendors for our photonics-enabled solutions. Reporting directly to the Director, Product Line Management, you will work with engineering, sales, operations, finance, and the executive team to accelerate the adoption of Lightmatter products in segment-defining categories.
