As part of a small team of technical experts on the technologies listed above, but with a large amount of autonomous work, your main duties will be to:

• Design, setup and manage a set of sharepoint environments to be tightly integrated with the other technologies already available on the network.
• Ensure the security of the environment meets NATO security requirements, and conforms to the IT Service Manegement rules regulating the network on which the environment operates.
• Leverage the best practices for information management on the technology to ensure User Acceptance.

As a Senior AI Transformation Consultant, you help organisations see their future through the lens of AI and give them the framework to work towards it. You work across strategy, organisational design and applied AI, moving fluidly between a boardroom workshop and a hands-on pilot with a product team. You are able to articulate technology and product positioning at the executive, business and technical levels. You are the primary technical support for the sales force and are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. You’re responsible for raising awareness internally on the evolution of mobile security and the needs of our customers.

Key responsibilities: 

• Assist sales with technical queries of prospects (through meetings, calls or mail). Our customers include individual developers and top brands in various industries, providing unique feedback to constantly learn and improve our software.
• Support companies that are doing a Proof of Concept with our products, and guide them throughout the whole process.
• Help our customers with onboarding. This includes kick-off calls, progress follow-ups, product training and optimizing their product setup.
• Cooperate with the support teams by handling configuration support tickets.
• Take charge of configuration reviews, ensuring customers use our products to the fullest.
• Provide timely and insightful input back to engineering, product management and marketing.
• Get the opportunity to research the latest mobile security and hacking technologies.
