• collecting and analysing data on CIS and Cybersecurity projects delivered by NCIA to support advising and (data-driven) decision making by CDT Senior Leadership;
• maintaining a prioritized project list, and contributing expertise during prioritization exercises and monitoring progress;
• actively supporting workshops and coordination meetings as part of the Enterprise Sizing effort;
• developing a database for sizing requirements, and facilitating the completion of new products and processes.

• Design, build, and evolve highly scalable, secure, and resilient Kubernetes platforms utilizing SUSE Rancher as the central management plane.
• Handle the end-to-end lifecycle of RKE/RKE2 clusters (provisioning, scaling, patching and upgrading) across hybrid, multi-cloud or bare-metal environments with minimal to zero downtime.
• Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and implement GitOps workflows (using tools like Gitlab, ArgoCD or Rancher Fleet) to streamline continuous application delivery.
• Monitor platform health using tools like Prometheus and Grafana, respond to system alerts and troubleshoot complex containerized workload issues.

• Leverage the best practices for information management on the technology to ensure User Acceptance.

• The provider shall also maintain the test and validation environment, used to validate changes before they are implemented on production.
• For coordination purposes and due to the access required, the provider of this service shall work onsite, at SHAPE, Mons, Belgium.

This Task Order requires travel, consisting of up to 3 visits to NCIA Brussels (one per quarter) for a maximum of one working day each visit. Travel dates will be planned during the Project Kick-off Meeting with NCIA Project Manager. The travel, lodging and associated expenses for travel are included in the price of the bid (NTE), such that the purchaser shall not be invoiced.

Extraordinary Travel (Purchaser Directed Travel) may be required to other NATO or non- ATO locations as necessary. In the event of such unforeseen meetings being called, the cost of all travel and subsistence will be addressed through a contract amendment.

Extraordinary Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Article 5.5 of AAS+ Framework Contract. Such costs will be set as a separate PO line with a not to exceed value to cover and reimburse of actual expenses upon submissions of all receipts and invoices in line with NCIA processes.

Relying on the Connected Forces Initiative concepts of interoperability through expanded education and training, exercises, and better use of technology, LAWFAS is establishing procedures to retain and retrieve information that has legal significance. This is particularly critical for operations and missions where the many types of legal issues faced at the different commands and regions of the theatre require extensive documentation and thoughtful evaluation. LAWFAS can be used to access key legal information whether users are at their desk in Mons, deployed, or even sitting in the white cell during NATO exercises. Relying on the NATO Special Operations Headquarters' proven information knowledge management (IKM) concepts, and applying the NATO Headquarters document management taxonomy, LAWFAS will remain constantly available despite troop rotations, staff changes, decommissioning of commands, and the opening and closing of operational theatres.
• Initially operational only on the unclassified NATO network, LAWFAS has been deployed also on the NATO classified systems. Deploying LAWFAS on the classified network has expanded its usefulness as a tool for information sharing and collaboration for theatre locations and other operational commands connected to those systems.
• LAWFAS provides NATO with a tailored capability for distributing pre-deployment legal training, retaining lessons learned, delivering continuing legal education, and providing a way for NATO to institutionalize its legal knowledge.

Role Duties and Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Own new business acquisition: drive outbound prospecting and convert opportunities into new logo wins
• Build and manage a strong, self-generated pipeline alongside SDR support
