As an Employer Branding Intern at SITS │ Traxion, you will be part of the Recruitment team and work closely with Marketing and the Business to elevate our presence in the niche Identity & Access Management talent market. You will be the creative engine behind how we attract, engage, and connect with our future colleagues and get the freedom and space to explore and develop new ideas and initiatives.
With this internship, you will directly contribute to our reputation as an employer, helping us connect with future colleagues and anchoring our long-term talent strategy.
What You'll Do:
🚀 Employer Branding campaigns: Deliver creative content-driven campaigns that attract and engage potential candidates (e.g., “day in the life of a business consultant at SITS | Traxion”).
🤝Internal collaboration: Work with teams to explore creative ways to present their work and culture (e.g. Create a library of employer branding templates per job family)
🔍Market research: Research trends and competitor branding and identify new opportunities (e.g., How to strengthen our employer brand presence on different platforms)
📊Analytics & Insights: Track engagement and other metrics after launching new content
✨Projects: Support and contribute to additional cross-functional projects (e.g., Develop recruitment videos where hiring managers pitch their team and projects)
Together, we will make sure that your internship project meets both your interests and your school requirements.
What You’ll Gain

As a Business Advisory Intern at SITS | Traxion, you will support our Advisory team with a relevant and impactful assignment in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM). The team develops clear and feasible IAM roadmaps, guides improvement initiatives, and provides substantive support within ongoing IAM projects.
THE INTERNSHIP PROJECT: ENSURING IAM CONSULTANCY PRODUCT QUALITY
At SITS| Traxion we deliver various advisory products. To remain consistent and predictable, it is essential to keep the quality of these products.
In this project, you will investigate how we can ensure structural quality of our advisory products, what tools and processes are needed for this, and translate this into a Proof of Concept (PoC). You will assess current risks and deliver a Quality Assurance Framework (QAF), linked to relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 24760‑2) as well as provide advice for improvement implementation.
With this assignment, you will significantly impact the quality and reliability of deliverables and contribute directly to a more professional market positioning. Clearer working methods will lead to more efficient collaboration within the team.

As a Marketing Intern at SITS | Traxion you will support the Marketing team in increasing our online visibility and further strengthening our brand awareness.
During this internship, you will develop a smart content approach where different types of audience-tailored content are created and distributed to express our thought leadership in IT security and Identity & Access Management. Using AI tools and experimenting with B2C‑style formats you will create new content and repurpose what is already available.

As a Senior IAM Business Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to clients as a driver of the design and implementation of future proof IAM strategies. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- Experience: 5+ years in consultancy, experienced in translating business requirements into technical requirements and in coordinating and executing IGA tool implementations (preferably Sailpoint, Omada, Saviynt or Entra)
- Technical Skills: Good understanding of networking infrastructure & segmentations (i.e., Azure, Entra, Active Directory, SQL) and standard protocols (i.e., SCIM, REST, SOAP)
- People Skills: You are a collaborative, proactive and (creative) problem solver and independent thinker who brings high accountability, values quality and has a continuous learning mindset.
- Languages: Business proficient in English both written and verbal. Fluent in Dutch.
- Education/certifications: It's a bonus if you already have certifications (i.e. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, MS Entra, or IGA vendors) - we will also help you get more!
- Availability: You are available for at least 32 hours per week and can work from our Waardenburg office twice a week.
- Driver's License: You have a valid EU driver's license.
- Work Eligibility: You must already hold a valid working visa for and already live in the Netherlands or Belgium to qualify for this role.

Senior Technical Consultant (IGA | IAM | Security)

As a Technical Consultant at SITS | Traxion, you will play a crucial role in setting up identity management systems. You will work closely with our Business Consultants, Developers and Services team to translate client requirements into technical solutions and implement and configure IGA solutions, ensuring the security of our client's data.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
- Requirements analysis & design: lead or actively contribute towards client's requirements analysis and provide IGA solution designs best suited for their needs
- Implementation & configuration: implement IGA solutions, including integrations between different components of the solution
- Technical guidance: providing subject matter expertise on IGA-topics, including conducting training sessions and workshops for the client
- Documentation: create and maintain IGA solutions and processes documentation
- Presales: support our sales team with technical conversations and negotiations during the RFP phase
- Mentoring: coaching of less experienced colleagues, being proactive in knowledge sharing within the team
- Self-development: stay up to date with the latest developments in the field (including obtaining relevant field and vendor certifications i.e. SailPoint, Omada, Azure AD)
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
In terms of experience, we’re ideally looking for someone who meets the criteria listed below. However, if you have a gap in your knowledge but believe you’re the right person for the role, we welcome your application.
- Ample experience in: liaising with clients (preferably as consultant), translating requirements into technical solutions and designs, managing complex IT projects and working with databases (SQL), or knowledge of IAM practices and technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree IT/Security or equivalent work experience
- Critical-thinking, self-organizing, proactive, quality-driven approach
- Strong communication skills in English, as well as Dutch
- Already live in and hold a valid permit to work in Belgium
- Must have a valid EU Driver’s License
- Bonus: hands-on experience with IAM vendors (i.e. Omada, SailPoint, Azure AD)
- Bonus: Certified in CompTIA Security+, MS-Azure or an IGA vendor certification (otherwise we will get you certified!)
- Bonus: scripting / programming experience (i.e. PowerShell, Bash script, Python, C# or Java)
