Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a highly data-driven and execution-focused Commerce Manager to support the Head of Commerce in translating high-level strategic directions into actionable plans and pipelines. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our commerce product offerings, partner integrations, and campaign executions align with client growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing progress, analyzing performance data, and driving operational excellence across marketplace and digital commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Progress Management:
Translate top-line commerce strategies into detailed project pipelines, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor and report on progress against goals, ensuring initiatives stay on track and aligned with client growth targets.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to derive insights, measure performance, and optimize commerce campaigns across marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tiki) and D2C channels.
Product & Partnership Alignment:
Work closely with product, partnership, and ad-tech teams to ensure solutions are effectively integrated and deployed in line with client needs and market opportunities.
Client Growth Support:
Assist in customizing commerce strategies for key verticals (FMCG, Mom-Baby, Health & Beauty) by providing data-backed recommendations and tactical plans.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Continuously track industry trends, retail media developments, and competitor activities to inform strategy and innovation opportunities.
Internal & External Coordination:
Facilitate communication between media, commerce, affiliate, and creator teams to ensure cohesive execution. Support the Head in partner workshops, client meetings, and internal training sessions.
Reporting & Insights Generation:
Prepare regular performance dashboards, insights reports, and post-campaign analyses to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement.
