About the Role:
We are seeking a Lead Technical Writer with leadership capabilities to manage documentation initiatives across product lines, drive process excellence, mentor writers, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and Release teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience in technical content development, hands-on expertise with documentation tools and automation platforms, and an ability to leverage AI-driven content acceleration to scale the documentation function.

Role We are looking for a Staff Technical Writer based in Bangalore, reporting to the Manager, Technical Publications within the Technical Publications department. You will join a team at the forefront of cloud security, delivering a portfolio of capabilities in threat prevention, security, and business enablement. In this role, you will be a champion of innovation, making your mark on the product roadmap by transforming complex architecture into clear, impactful documentation.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Create high-quality technical documentation for Zscaler products
Develop comprehensive API documentation to support developer integration
Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts from Engineering, Field Support, Sales, Training, and Product Marketing teams
Lead and mentor fellow technical writers while supporting documentation project scheduling and management
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standards, style guides, and terminology best practices

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent certifications also accepted)
8+ years of technical writing experience with demonstrated expertise in documenting REST APIs and related technologies
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Open API Specification (Swagger) and JSON
Proficiency in using collaborative tools like JIRA and Confluence
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Deep understanding of networking and cloud security concepts
Experience with threat intelligence or the application of AI in cybersecurity

THE ROLE

Role: PhonePe is hiring a Public Relations Manager to drive and shape the company’s external communications narrative. This role calls for a sharp writer and confident communicator with hands-on experience across both corporate and agency environments. Experience leading external communications for a startup will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
● Work closely with the PR head and the other business stakeholders to close PR calendar
● Independently conceptualize and plan PR campaigns, analyze results and suggest improvements
