We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our Anduril Australia team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program/project control (non-EVMS), especially with manufacturing programs, financial modeling, income statement and balance sheet forecasting and analysis, and top-tier financial reporting. You will touch almost every area of the business including engineering, operations, and growth. Anduril's Detection and Response team is looking for a Security Operations Analyst to be the watchtower for Anduril's critical defence technologies. As a SecOps analyst on the detection and response team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and responding to adversarial activity while helping incorporate key detection feedback loops with the detection engineering team. When not responding to threats, you'll be asking questions of our data sets, conducting threat hunting and data normalisation operations across the organization to understand user behavior and identify anomalies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Triage and respond to alerts / incidents covering multiple disciplines including, but not limited to, phishing, endpoints, cloud infrastructure and services, and SaaS applications

Job summary

The Customer Authentication department is responsible for conducting due diligence on customers applying for SSL and Code Signing digital certificates to secure websites and applications. Due to the critical nature of the business, we provide 24x7 support in a follow the sun arrangement. The Melbourne team primarily supports Asia Pacific but assists customers from all regions. In this environment teamwork and collaboration is important to our success.

What you will do

• To work in CAS in DigiCert, you are required to pass an extended background check, which will be carried out throughout your tenure in the company, to ensure you maintain our required trusted employee status. The Customer Service Specialist has two key areas of responsibility: customer authentication and customer service. 
  Customer Authentication:
• Review applications for digital certificates and decide if an applicant is eligible to receive the certificate by evaluating information on the organization. This is achieved by following policy guidelines, and showing due diligence and care while reviewing documentation and customer information
• Determine if customer's company is a legitimate legal business entity
• Determine if customer's company has the legal right to use the internet domain name listed on the certificate signing request.
• Verify that a customer's named contacts are employed at customer's company and/or have the legal right to request and/or administer the digital certificate.
• Utilize local knowledge of your supported country to mitigate risk while evaluating enrolments.
• Flag any suspicious applications with management.
• Failure to follow policy guidelines and due care while processing may result in a breach in security, which may result in facilitating fraudulent activity on a customers’ website, and cause damage to the DigiCert brand. 

Customer Service 

• Assist customers with any queries regarding their application via chat, email and phone.
• Work with the customer to ensure their applications meets our security requirements and find solutions when problems arise that delay issuance.
• Seek assistance from management and senior team members to resolve policy, process, and system issues.
• Build relationships with our customers to ensure customer loyalty.
• To best assist customers develop a strong knowledge of DigiCert’s products and customer portals.

The Job

You 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in payments, financial crime, compliance, or a related risk function.
• Working knowledge of global Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) frameworks, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, and financial crime risk management.

Part of our Trust & Safety department, this role plays a critical part in protecting our customers from fraud and misuse while ensuring GoFundMe remains a safe and trusted platform. As an Analyst II, you will focus on reviewing fundraiser content, handling policy escalations, and helping ensure funds are safely delivered to beneficiaries. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll need strong attention to detail, consistency, and collaboration skills to find the right solutions.

You’ll be part of a team of motivated professionals who are passionate about building trust and protecting our global community. The Job

• Provide high-quality ticket and queue management support to review content against our policies, ensure fundraiser authenticity, and safe delivery of funds for beneficiaries.

• Collaborate with internal teams on sensitive or high-profile content reviews, managing time-sensitive inquiries through to resolution.

Trust & Safety is an integral part of GoFundMe's business. It drives growth, builds and nurtures our brand, and ensures that we always do the right thing by our customers. We are at the front line of GoFundMe’s efforts to protect donors, fundraiser organizers, beneficiaries, and our company from financial crimes and abuse.

As a member of the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality due diligence reviews to ensure the authenticity of fundraisers, campaign organizers, and beneficiaries. This includes verifying identities and Know Your Customer/Business (KYC/B) information, reviewing fundraisers for indicators of fraud or financial crime, and applying established risk criteria to identify and escalate high-risk cases. You will play a critical role in enforcing compliance while maintaining a safe and trusted platform for our community.

The Job

• Conduct CDD reviews in accordance with internal policies and procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements, focusing on consistent and accurate execution of standard due diligence processes. 
• Review identity verification results and supporting documentation to confirm customer identity, and authenticity of fundraisers and beneficiaries. 
• Perform sanctions and watchlist screening and identify potential Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), adverse media, or other risk indicators requiring further review.
• Review fundraiser and account attributes for indicators of fraud, abuse, or financial crime using established risk signals, and escalate cases according to defined procedures. 
• Conduct onboarding due diligence on organizations, including verification of entity information, ownership details, and supporting documentation where required.
• Document findings clearly and accurately in internal case management systems to support escalation decisions, audit readiness, and downstream investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payments Risk, Content Risk, Legal, Customer Care, and Compliance, to resolve due diligence inquiries
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone related to identity verification and due diligence requirements, balancing risk mitigation with a positive user experience.
• Build familiarity with common fraud and financial crime risks observed on the platform to support effective identification and escalation of higher-risk cases.
• Support the team during crisis situations by prioritizing reviews of crisis fundraisers, and proactively assisting affected customers and other stakeholders as needed.
