Marketing CRM Operations Specialist
VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Engagement team, we are currently looking for a Marketing CRM Operations Specialist to join the team.
The Marketing CRM Operations Specialist works closely with the Operations Manager - Customer Engagement to develop and implement solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of Marketing CRM operations. This position is responsible for building and scaling a centralized Knowledge Base, ensuring the CRM team is equipped with high-quality technical documentation and SOPs to deliver error-free campaigns across our global operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Execute optimisations of CRM tools and platforms in line with the wider Customer Engagement strategy to ensure they are continually fit to service the changing needs of the Customer Engagement team, including but not limited to rebuilding queues/views and updates to contact automations.
- Provide support with escalations from the customer facing teams.
- Follow internal procedures, guidelines and policies especially around use of language as it relates to our Sweeps Model.
- Build and maintain the CRM team Knowledge Base, ensuring process and compliance related documentation remain up to date at all times for all platform configurations and operational procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency across the team.
- Thoroughly digest and assess all product changes, releases, and compliance/business model language changes, in order to make the necessary adaptations to related processes.
- Collaborate with the CRM staff and Operations Manager - Customer Engagement to identify their needs and customer experience gaps and seek to solve them from an operational perspective. Ensure these needs and gaps are followed up on and closed out.
What you will bring to the role:
- 3+ years demonstrated success in handling marketing CRM operational needs
- Enthusiastic about technical logic, including “If-Then” automations, API triggers, and data flows within a marketing stack.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality SOPs
- Ability to communicate technical complexities clearly to non-technical stakeholders (Marketing) and vice-versa (Data/Product)
- Extensive experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar high-volume Marketing CRM platforms
- Background in high-volume, regulated sectors such as Fintech, Online Gaming, or E-commerce is highly preferred

Reporting Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pixel team in Perth and are currently looking for a Reporting Analyst to join the team.
The Reporting Analyst will help drive critical business decisions by analysing metrics, contributing to organisational improvement by gathering and analysing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing expert knowledge of drivers of business performance, profitability and growth.
- Communicating findings and performance and being able to articulate clearly and analysing, monitoring all aspects of business and product performance.
- Building and extending dashboards in Tableau, or similar products, creating views in SQL if needed and Python for advanced analytics.
- Gaining a broad understanding of all key metrics and KPI’s and understanding how key KPIs/Metrics can influence other metrics.
- Owning reporting deliverables for Management, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Customer Service, all BAU reporting and presenting this on a regular basis to stakeholders.
- Documenting changes to metrics (being the owner of definitions) and creating a documentation process that covers all reporting & metric requirements.
- Be the main point of contact for reporting requirements from Management, Product, Marketing, Compliance and work with stakeholders to identify and deliver strategically valuable insights that directly influence key metric improvement.
- Collaborate with peers on new techniques and tools, and be comfortable working in teams.

What you will bring to the role:
- BA/MSc in Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative fields.

- Strong business and financial acumen and ability to effectively balance tradeoffs between competing priorities.
- Confident at presenting and engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite level leaders across the company.
- Strong skills in communication, planning, organising, problem-solving, analysis, innovation, and attention to detail.

What you will bring to the role:
- At least 5+ years of experience managing large, remote, and culturally diverse IT teams in a global capacity.

- A deep understanding of SaaS technology and modern IT infrastructure, ideally backed by an ITIL certification.
