About the Role

We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to lead design outcomes and people across a complex product domain at ROLLER.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends high-quality design execution, people leadership, and strategic influence. You’ll be accountable for the impact, consistency, and quality of design work in your domain  and for growing the designers within it.

You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape vision, guide teams through ambiguity, and ensure we’re solving the right problems for our customers and our business. This role has meaningful scope, autonomy, and influence, with clear ownership and room to lead.

What You'll Do

Design Leadership & Craft

• Partner with the Director of Product Design to shape and evolve ROLLER’s design vision in a fast-moving, scaling environment.

• Set and uphold a high bar for usability, accessibility, coherence, and craft, without letting perfection block progress.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with the regional sales team to develop strategic and technical account and territory plans
• Support our customers along their sales journey by showing them the value of the Okta technology through live demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Developing confidence to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the customer's organization, including CxO, security, developers, Product Managers and IT administrators.
• Serving as the key technical advisor for our customers, leading the technical solutioning phase for our customers, partnering with the sales team and our partners.  Acting as the Technical Advocate for our customers, with Internal Okta teams.

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a pre-sales consulting role, or customer facing consulting role.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and an ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic, using various means, including in front of a whiteboard.

The Software Engineer, AI is a customer-facing, billable role responsible for implementing, configuring, and delivering AI-driven and Conversational AI solutions across the NICE CXone ecosystem.  As a hands-on technical contributor, you will build integrations, configure conversational AI platforms, and ensure high-quality execution of project deliverables.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Producer to lead the end-to-end delivery of data-driven digital marketing campaigns for Tier 1 clients.

Working within one of Australia’s leading MarTech and Digital Experience teams, you will own the planning, production and execution of multi-channel campaigns across marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze.

This is a role designed for engineers early in their careers who want to grow quickly by working on real production systems. You’ll develop strong engineering fundamentals, learn modern development practices, and gain experience across the full software development lifecycle.

• Contributing to the development of web applications using C#, .NET (Core, MVC, Web API), and SQL Server.
• Building modern, responsive user interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript, with exposure to frameworks such as React.
• Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to design, build, test, and release product features.
• Writing clean, maintainable code that meets engineering standards for performance, reliability, and security.
• Working with quality assurance teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during development and testing.
• Learning and applying engineering best practices across testing, observability, and system reliability.

What Sets You Apart  

• 1–2 years of professional software development experience, including internships, co-op placements, or relevant project work.

Your role with us

You will work closely with the Graphics and Web Design Specialist, providing support in the day-to-day management of the website. Updating and maintaining website content through the CMS, creating and updating landing pages, and ensuring that the website remains consistent with the company's brand guidelines are amongst some of the things you can expect in this position, as well as supporting the analysis of technical documentation, contributing to the integration and configuration of web components within the website.

*In line with Italian regulations, the intern must be unemployed or not currently working at the time of hiring, and they must be between 18 and 29 years old.

• Support the updating and maintenance of the company website through the CMS, assisting in the management and organization of digital content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate brand guidelines.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of web pages and landing pages to ensure visual consistency, proper functionality, and compliance with brand identity.
• Maintain and apply the visual style of the website in accordance with brand guidelines, helping to ensure a consistent user interface and user experience across the site.
• Review technical documentation related to tools and components integrated into the website in order to support the proper implementation and management of web content and functionality.
