About Neuralink:
We are creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain. These devices allow us to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize how humans interact with their digital world.
Team Description:
The Pathology and Digital Imaging team enables the rigorous preclinical studies our devices go through before reaching a user. Testing is precise; analyzing tissue to understand exactly what happened at the cellular level. This team is crucial for proving safety, improving our device, and pushing science forward.
Histological analysis has shown that Neuralink's threads preserve 98% of neurons at the implant interface. The Pathology and Digital Imaging Team makes these kinds of analyses possible.
This is a small, tightly knit team, and you'll work directly with pathologists, technicians, and neuroscientists. You'll watch them use your software, hear what's slow, see what's confusing, and ship fixes and features fast. The feedback loop is measured in hours, not sprints.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer on the Pathology and Digital Imaging Team, you'll own the software stack that powers Neuralink's pathology and histology operations. This spans the full lifecycle - from the moment tissue is collected at necropsy, through processing, staining, and imaging.
You’ll build the software that makes this analysis scalable: tracking thousands of tissue specimens from collection through microscopic analysis, giving scientists the tools to analyze billion-pixel images, and building AI tools to auto-analyze tissue response. Projects you will work on:
Required Qualifications:
Expected Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is expected to be within the following range. Your actual base pay will be determined by your job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We also believe in aligning our employees’ success with the company's long-term growth. As such, in addition to base salary, Neuralink offers equity compensation (in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSU)) for all full-time employees.
What We Offer:
Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits listed below.

About Neuralink:
We are creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain. These devices allow us to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize how humans interact with their digital world.
Team Description:
The Robot Manufacturing Software team allows Neuralink to build neurosurgical robots at a scale that has never been done before. Every robot that ships was tracked, assembled, calibrated, and verified through the software you'll build. This is the backbone of how we scale from early production to meeting real clinical demand.
We're a small, tightly knit team - and this role is the first dedicated owner of the robot manufacturing software stack. As the company scales, so will the complexity, and you'll be the one designing and building the systems that make all of that possible.
We operate as a tight, high-trust team. You'll have direct ownership and the autonomy to solve hard problems, but also high expectations.
We're moving fast to meet clinical demand and keep up with deployments. 60-hour weeks are not uncommon, and there are stretches where the pace is high. This isn't for everyone.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer on the Robot Manufacturing Team, you'll work directly with robot engineers and surgical engineers to understand what they need, then build it. You won't be handed a spec doc from a product manager three layers removed from the problem.
Some days you're heads-down writing code all day. On another day, you might spend a morning pairing with a robot engineer to understand a new calibration process, then spend the afternoon building the tracking system for it. The constant is that you're close to the problem and shipping solutions quickly. Projects you will work on:

About Neuralink:
We are creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain. These devices allow us to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize how humans interact with their digital world.
Team Description:
The internal apps team works closely with other teams — neuroscientists, physicists, chip designers, pathologists, and mechanical engineers — to build Neuralink's centralized data aggregation and analysis platform. This data platform collects, organizes, and visualizes a diverse set of data ranging from neural signal recordings and brain histology images to experimental and operational data. Our team owns projects that drive engineering and experimentation at Neuralink.
We operate like an internal startup — rapidly prototyping and building software that solves problems for the company. This usually takes the form of full-stack tools, but can be any tech stack.
We operate as a tight, high-trust team. You'll have direct ownership and the autonomy to solve hard problems, but also high expectations.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership internship. You will work directly alongside engineers and scientists to build software that has immediate, tangible impact on Neuralink's mission. Some days you're heads-down writing code all day. Other days you're pairing with engineers across the company to understand a new workflow and figure out how to build the right tool for it.
We are looking for versatile software engineers who are interested in architecting and implementing elegant software solutions and thrive with the autonomy to propose creative approaches to problems.
As an intern, you will work on applications to make Neuralink 100x faster, such as:
Neuralink strives to be, as much as possible, a meritocratic environment: we require honest and transparent communication to ensure the best ideas win out. Additionally, we believe the best solutions emerge and the best teams form when you assemble high-performing individuals with different skill sets and perspectives, and allow them to engage in rigorous and thoughtful inquiry. We want to work with exceptional people, and, to the extent that you excel, we want you to take on more responsibility and help all of us succeed. If this speaks to you, come join us!

About Reflex
Reflex is building the infrastructure that powers modern retail labor. By 2030, Reflex will look like the largest retail workforce in the world without owning a single store.
More than sixteen million Americans work in retail stores today, yet staffing remains reactive, inefficient, and costly for both retailers and workers. Retailers struggle with unreliable coverage and limited visibility into labor performance, while workers face unpredictable schedules and inconsistent income.
Reflex addresses this problem through a real-time, on-demand retail labor marketplace that connects national retail brands with trained, high-performing workers. The platform enables stores to flex staffing dynamically as demand changes, while creating performance-driven opportunities for workers. We’re scaling fast with some of the most notable brands in retail and are live in over 1,200+ active stores in the US.
This is a structurally complex, two-sided marketplace with real-world operational constraints. Reflex has demonstrated that the model works, with national retailers, growing marketplace liquidity, and rapid expansion. Backed by leading investors and operating at the Series A stage, the company is now focused on building durable systems that scale.
Notable Investors: Indicator Ventures, Canaan Partners, Precursor Ventures, Sugar Capital, ATX Venture Partners, Clutch VC, Active Capital, Red Swan Ventures, Gaingels, and several industry thought leaders.
The Role
Reflex is hiring a Head of Engineering to own the technical strategy, delivery execution, and operational maturity required to scale our platform for the next stage of growth.
This is a foundational builder role, not a caretaker position. You will partner directly with the Founder/CEO, and lead an existing engineering team of approximately 5-8 engineers. There is no CTO layer today, as such this is a high-visibility role, including Board/Investor exposure.
What You Will Build
Your mandate is to architect and implement a resilient foundation of systems and processes that allows Reflex to scale and carry us into our next stage of growth.
You will be responsible for:

Why This Role Matters Now
Reflex has validated its model and is scaling rapidly. At the same time, marketplace complexity is increasing.
Decisions made in the next product strategy phase will determine whether Reflex compounds its advantage or accumulates long-term friction. This role exists to take the engineering team to the next step in operational maturity and technical excellence, transforming a high-growth group of builders into a disciplined, scalable organization ready to tackle the next frontier of innovation.
