Architect the Future of Fulfillment

• Design, standardize, and codify the processes, products, and tools that will power Flexport’s next generation fulfillment network.
• Define operating models that can scale globally, balancing efficiency, cost, speed, and customer experience.

Build, Not Just Manage

• Own initiatives end-to-end: from diagnosing the problem, designing the solution, building prototypes, and driving implementation.
• Develop tooling, dashboards, and models directly—leveraging SQL, Python, BI platforms, and workflow automation.

Leverage Data for Strategic Planning

• Use data to uncover bottlenecks, quantify opportunities, and make recommendations that drive millions in cost savings and unlock new service capabilities.
• Build forecasting and scenario planning models to guide long-term network design and capacity planning.

Be a Cross-Functional Force Multiplier

• Partner with engineering, product, operations, finance, and commercial teams to align on priorities, build solutions, and scale them across the network.
• Translate operational pain points into product requirements and ensure adoption of new tools and processes.

Standardize the Network

• Establish and roll out SOPs, reporting cadences, and KPIs that become the backbone of Fulfillment execution.
• Drive governance and accountability around execution, ensuring every site runs on the same playbook.

Drive Strategic Initiatives at Scale

• Lead high-impact, white-space projects (automation, robotics, B2B/Retail compliance, international expansion) that redefine the limits of what Flexport Fulfillment can deliver.
• Develop and execute multi-year roadmaps in partnership with senior leadership.

You Should Have

• 7–10+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations strategy—ideally with direct exposure to high-volume networks.
• Extremely strong technical skillset: SQL (expert), Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI), and preferably Python or R for modeling and automation.
• A proven record of designing and implementing scalable processes/products that delivered measurable business impact.
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to P&L drivers and long-term vision.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, comfortable building from scratch, and naturally biased toward action.
• Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Bonus: Experience working with robotics, warehouse automation, or building new fulfillment products (B2B, Prep, Returns, Retail compliance).

For example, Anduril procures autopilots from a multitude of different hardware vendors. Each autopilot has a subtly different hardware interface — some use MAVLINK, some use STANAG, others use bespoke vendor-specific serial interfaces. Despite having different interfaces, they all provide standard functionality that flies along a set of waypoints.

As an author of advanced mission behavior, I shouldn’t care whether my autopilot speaks MAVLINK or STANAG — I just want my vehicle to get flying. RAIL abstracts away these subtle hardware differences from Mission Autonomy by providing a shared, common interface as a layer between Mission Autonomy and low-level hardware integrations. RAIL also provides other valuable features such as hardware custody management and access-control semantics, shared-memory IPC approaches and flexible observability plugins, to name a few.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking to bring on a Electrical Test engineer to design and deliver test systems for Anduril’s electronic products. This person will work with the cross-functional organizations to identify gaps in test coverage and own the design and delivery of the hardware and software test solution. A strong Test Design Engineer will need to have a proven track record of delivering user-friendly test solution for validating electronic components and sub-assemblies and has a background in hardware, software, integration and production support.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and own Hardware Qualification test plan definition for new products and new features, in collaboration with firmware, software, and hardware design teams
• Determine test strategies that optimize product safety, product reliability, risk mitigation, FMEA coverage, and schedule
• Design and execution of PCBA and electrical system components with hands on testing and rework as necessary
• Data analysis and clear communication of results and collaboration with design engineers to resolve any product problems found via test
• Design and implement next generation test automation hardware systems to facilitate fast and repeatable testing of product
• Manage purchasing, build, integration and final commissioning of functional testers
• Develop test procedures and test automation from component level to system level
• Support board bring-up and bench validation as needed
• Support Design Engineer with DFT, provide feedback from test results to improve quality and test coverage
• Support manufacture test bring-up and yield
• Support quality field failure analysis
• Familiarity with measurement analysis techniques such as Gage RR and Process Capability Analysis

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience designing functional test equipment and PCBAs
• Experience in Schematic Capture and PCBA layout.
• Knowledge of a scripting language to develop automation: Python, C#, MATLAB or SHELL. Experience using NI TestStand is a plus
• Instrument control using VISA and SCPI
• Understanding of peripherals and developing test and validation strategies
• Experience with computer hardware communication bus protocols: USB, I2C, I2S, CSI, Ethernet, SPI, PCIe, HDMI, CAN, etc
• Understanding of memory hierarchy and developing test and validation strategy

The TRS finance and business teams will rely on this leader to develop, grow, and sustain strong collaborate relationships with internal and external Anduril stakeholders. You will communicate your findings to senior leadership and partner with others to operationalize the hypotheses and takeaways. • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with forecasts, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
• Work with senior TRS and corporate finance leaders to identify and implement ways to improve business performance and finance systems, tools and processes.
• Lead the development of executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management.
• Get deep in the operations and support the team in creating bottoms-up, data-driven models to understand segmentation, pricing optimization, scenarios, and financial returns of our products and investments.
• Manage and scale a dedicated finance team in line with the needs of the business by developing and hiring best-in-class talent and implementing best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible finance organization.
• Own performance dashboards, alerting, and investigation into KPI health. Assess the impact of financial decisions on KPIs while developing strategies which drive demonstrable impact against these metrics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain core robotics libraries, including frame transformations, targeting, and guidance systems, that will be utilized across all Anduril robotics platforms
• Lead the development and implementation of major features for our products, such as designing and building Software-in-the-Loop simulators for advanced systems like Altius
• Lead and mentor a group software engineers to help drive team success and to successfully hit tight project deadlines
• Optimize performance of existing products, primarily focused on our Altius Drone product line
• Collaborate closely with hardware and manufacturing teams throughout the product development lifecycle, providing timely feedback to influence and enhance final hardware designs
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in deployed systems, ensuring optimal performance in the field
• Contribute to the design and implementation of multi-agent coordination systems for UAVs

The Mission Operations team is responsible for managing the execution, growth, and success of our client accounts. • Serve as a customer-facing Account Manager. This position is in-office and will be located in Atlanta, GA, but will require nationwide and international travel to service and manage forward deployed accounts (up to 75% travel). The Electrical Test Engineering team at Anduril develops test systems used to ensure the quality and reliability of our aerial and ground based systems. ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking to bring on a Senior Electrical Test Engineer to design and deliver test systems for Anduril’s electronic products. This person will work with the test of the organization to identify gaps in test coverage and own the design and delivery of the hardware and software test solution. A strong Senior Electrical Test Engineer will need to have a proven track record of delivering turn key test solution for electronic components and systems and has a background in hardware, software, integration and sustainment.

• Lead and own Hardware Qualification test plan definition for new products and new features, in collaboration with firmware, software, and hardware design teams

We are looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer to join our team in Atlanta! 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and ship production firmware for avionics, launch and ground support solutions, integrating with embedded Linux-based software and electro-mechanical end-to-end systems
• Implement and share ownership of existing CICD pipelines (evaluation hooks, performance/quality guardrails, and integration surfaces)

About The Job

As a Site Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for deploying, integrating, and managing customer and developmental cloud environments across TRS. This role requires a systems-thinking engineer who can bridge software development, platform engineering, and mission operations to ensure seamless integration of new capabilities while improving production scalability and maintaining reliability. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud-based deployments, drive continuous improvement of data pipelines and observability infrastructure for TRS’s growing drone fleets, and identify opportunities to leverage emerging platform services to enhance system performance and data quality. What You Will Do

The Tactical Recon and Strike (TRS) team at Anduril develops aerial small drones (Group 1-3) and all equipment to test, deploy and operate. As a Staff Software Engineer - Security , you will take ownership of and enhance the security roadmap for TRS products and software services, working closely with engineering teams to create solutions that not only meet but exceed industry-standard security goals. You will engage with various teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in designs, implementations, integrations, and processes, while also designing and developing security software for embedded systems. We are looking to bring on a Senior Test Automation Engineer, Hardware to design and deliver test systems for Anduril’s electronic products. This person will work to identify gaps in test coverage and own the design and delivery of the hardware and software test solution. About The Job

As a Site Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for deploying, integrating, and managing customer and developmental cloud environments across TRS. This role requires a systems-thinking engineer who can bridge software development, platform engineering, and mission operations to ensure seamless integration of new capabilities while improving production scalability and maintaining reliability. ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for Android Engineers to join our team. As an Android Engineer at Anduril you will be architecting and building out user interface applications from backend to frontend, deploying them to users, and making sure they're meeting users' requirements. About the Role:

As the Regional Construction Manager you will own and drive all aspects of project construction to establish Zipline’s ground infrastructure in the region.
