The role

Nebius is seeking a talented Senior Insurance Manager to join our Risk Management team. The role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Nebius’ global insurance strategy. The role ensures that all company assets, operations, and contractual exposures are adequately protected through effective and efficient insurance programs.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the company’s rapid international expansion, particularly in relation to large-scale AI infrastructure and data center operations.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Lead the development, placement, and ongoing management of all corporate insurance policies.
• Identify, and assess risks across Nebius’ global assets and operations, with a focus on data center infrastructure
• Ensure that insurance coverage is comprehensive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s evolving risk exposure
• Act as the primary point of contact for insurance brokers, insurers, and external advisors
• Map and manage insurance requirements across all jurisdictions in which Nebius operates
• Review and ensure compliance with insurance-related provisions in customer and key vendor contracts
• Oversee and manage insurance claims processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Provide expert guidance and act as the internal focal point for all insurance-related matters across departments
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the company’s insurance strategy in line with business expansion and industry developments

We expect you to have: 

• At least 7 year of experience as a senior/lead insurance within a multinational organization.
• Strong expertise in structuring and managing complex global insurance programs
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, technology, or data center environments is highly preferred

Job Summary:

The EU Labeling & Product Notification Submission Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product labeling compliance and regulatory notification submissions across EU member states. This highly detail-oriented role ensures that all products are accurately labeled and properly registered prior to market entry.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough label reviews across all product categories to ensure full compliance with EU labeling requirements (ingredients, allergens, nutrition declarations, claims, country of origin, etc.)
• Manage product notification submissions to EU member states across relevant portals and systems (e.g., CPNP for cosmetics, EFSA novel food notifications, national food supplement notification portals)
• Work on improving internal tools and optimize notification efficiency for existing and new products/ suppliers 
• Maintain and manage an organized internal database of label versions, submission records, and approval statuses by market and product
• Collaborate closely with the EU Compliance Specialist and Sustainability Specialist to align labeling with regulatory and sustainability requirements
• Liaise with marketing, design, and product development teams to communicate labeling requirements early in the product lifecycle
• Ensure all product documentation (COAs, safety assessments, GMP records) is accurately filed and associated with the correct product notifications
• Support fulfillment center compliance by ensuring traceability documentation and labeling are aligned
• Track regulatory deadlines and renewal requirements for product notifications across all active EU member states
• Monitor evolving EU labeling legislation and update internal templates and SOPs accordingly

Qualifications: 

• 3–5+ years of experience in EU product labeling and regulatory submissions
• Hands-on experience with EU notification portals (e.g., CPNP, eProcedure, national supplement portals)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of products and submissions simultaneously
• Familiarity with EU labeling regulations including Regulation (EU) 1169/2011, EC No 1223/2009, and relevant supplement and novel food frameworks
• Proficiency in document management systems and compliance tracking tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; English fluency required, additional EU language(s) a strong asset

About the role

As a Senior AI Engineer at OpenUp, you will own the design, build, and evolution of our AI-powered product experiences — starting with our AI Guide, which serves 600K+ users seeking mental and physical wellbeing support.

We're moving from single-prompt to multi-agent architectures that orchestrate tools, manage memory, and hold meaningful conversations at scale. You'll focus on conversational quality, evaluation infrastructure, and user trust — knowing the difference between a demo and a production system.

• Evaluation as a first-class concern. We operate in mental health, where a bad recommendation isn't just a UX issue. You'll build pipelines that measure conversational quality, safety, and clinical appropriateness — with regression detection before every deployment.
• Model-agnostic architecture. You'll design abstraction layers that allow seamless switching between Azure OpenAI, open-source models, and future providers.
• Prompt engineering at scale. You'll design, version, test, and optimise prompts across multiple agent personas — and build tooling that makes iteration fast, measurable, and safe.

You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend Engineers, and Security to translate product intent into scalable, trustworthy AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Multi-agent architecture and orchestration: Design and build agent-based systems that go beyond rigid scripts. Implement orchestration patterns including tool usage, inter-agent communication, memory management, and context handling. Own architectural decisions about when to use single-agent vs. multi-agent approaches and how agents hand off to each other.
• Evaluation and quality infrastructure: Build and maintain evaluation pipelines that catch regressions before users do. Design golden datasets, automated evaluation rubrics, and monitoring dashboards. Establish quality gates that every prompt change and model update must pass. This is the most critical part of the role in a mental health context.
• Prompt engineering and optimization at scale: Design, version, and optimize prompts across multiple agent personas and conversation types. Build the tooling and processes that make prompt iteration systematic: A/B testing frameworks, performance benchmarks, cost analysis, and safety checks. Treat prompt engineering as a proper engineering discipline with version control, testing, and rollback.
• RAG and grounding systems: Build AI systems grounded in OpenUp content using techniques such as RAG and agentic retrieval. Ensure the AI Guide draws from verified clinical content, articles, and expert knowledge rather than generating unsupported claims. Optimize retrieval quality, relevance, and latency.
• Production AI systems: Productionize AI solutions on Azure, including monitoring, observability, and continuous improvement. Own the operational health of AI features: latency, cost, error rates, and user satisfaction metrics. Work with the platform team on deployment, scaling, and reliability.
• Model-agnostic design for data sovereignty: Contribute to architecture decisions that keep the application layer decoupled from any single model provider. Design configuration-driven model selection and data isolation patterns that enable future private cloud and on-premise deployment scenarios for enterprise customers.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Design to align AI behavior with intended user experience. Work with clinical advisors on safety and appropriateness. Balance user experience with privacy, safety, and compliance requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act).

About you

• 5+ years software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years building and shipping AI or LLM-based systems in production
• Strong background in data science or machine learning. You understand statistical evaluation, experimental design, and can reason about model performance beyond accuracy scores
• Fluent in Python. Experience with .NET is a plus (our backend stack includes .NET, SQL Server, and ReactJS)
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent or agent-based architectures: orchestration, tool calling, memory, state management
• Experience designing and operating evaluation pipelines for LLMs or conversational systems. You have opinions on how to measure conversational quality and can build the infrastructure to do it
• Experience with prompt engineering at production scale: versioning, A/B testing, regression detection, cost optimization

🎯 Your Mission

As a Senior Motor Fleet Underwriter (12 months fixed-term), you will take ownership of Wakam’s European commercial motor fleet portfolio, driving underwriting performance, strengthening broker and MGA relationships, and contributing to product and market strategy across several jurisdictions.

You will act as a technical authority on fleet underwriting, combining risk selection, pricing discipline, market insight, and portfolio steering to ensure profitable and sustainable growth. This role requires both hands-on underwriting expertise and the ability to influence underwriting frameworks, appetite, and governance.

✏️ Your Responsibilities

Portfolio Underwriting & Risk Assessment

You will underwrite new business and renewals across commercial motor fleet segments, including PHV/taxi, delivery, leasing fleets, and other types of fleets. You will assess risk quality using exposure data, loss history, fleet management practices, driver profiles, and sector information, and apply technical pricing models and rating tools to determine adequate premiums.

You will negotiate terms with brokers and MGAs to achieve balanced outcomes on price, coverage, and conditions, while applying underwriting authority appropriately and escalating referrals when needed. You will also manage quotes, binders, endorsements, and monitor in-force accounts for mid-term changes, fleet movements, and deterioration in claims performance.

Portfolio Management & Performance

• You will monitor the combined operating ratio (COR) and loss ratio of the fleet portfolio on a regular basis, identifying trends and taking corrective actions where needed. You will track performance by segment, geography, broker, vehicle type, and fleet size, and contribute to quarterly portfolio reviews and management reporting.
• You will actively manage underperforming accounts through rate action, tighter coverage terms, or non-renewal decisions where appropriate. You will also produce underwriting MI and data analysis to support portfolio steering and work closely with actuarial teams on pricing adequacy, experience reviews, and reserving discussions.

Pricing & Technical Development

• You will contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of fleet pricing models, rating tools, underwriting guidelines, referral matrices, and appetite statements. You will incorporate market intelligence and claims experience into pricing assumptions, including repair cost inflation, parts trends, and frequency developments.
• You will also monitor external market conditions such as competitor pricing, capacity changes, and emerging risks including EV fleets, ADAS technology, autonomous vehicles, gig economy operators, and mobility-as-a-service platforms.

Broker & Distribution Management

• You will build and maintain strong relationships with specialist fleet brokers, Lloyd’s brokers, and MGA partners across Europe.
• You will lead broker meetings, scheme reviews, and renewal discussions, support the onboarding of new fleet schemes and delegated authority arrangements, and represent Wakam in market discussions and industry forums.

European & Cross-Border Underwriting

• You will underwrite cross-border fleet risks and multi-jurisdiction programmes, navigating local regulatory requirements, mandatory covers, and market practices across countries such as the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the Nordics.
• You will liaise with local contacts, and MGA’s where relevant, while monitoring macroeconomic and geopolitical factors that may impact portfolio performance.

Claims Collaboration, Fraud & Governance

• You will work closely with claims teams on large or complex fleet losses, support claims reviews, identify fraud indicators and leakage patterns, and contribute to wording reviews to ensure coverage remains robust and fit for purpose.
• You will operate within underwriting authorities and governance frameworks, maintain accurate records in underwriting systems, prepare submissions for internal committees, and support audit and compliance processes across relevant markets.

🧠 What You Bring

You bring significant technical underwriting experience and strong commercial judgement. In particular, you have:

• Significant motor fleet underwriting experience, ideally within an insurer, Lloyd’s syndicate, or specialist MGA
• A proven track record managing fleet portfolios across multiple European markets
• Experience underwriting large and complex fleet accounts, including structures involving deductibles, captives, or self-insured elements
• Strong technical underwriting capabilities in risk assessment, pricing, coverage structuring, and portfolio steering
