Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Funnel Management
- Translate the Chief Marketing Officer's strategic vision into scalable marketing funnels and automation systems.
- Build, maintain and continuously optimise the company's marketing automation ecosystem.
- Ensure all marketing funnels remain fully operational, up to date and aligned with commercial objectives.
- Support the successful delivery of lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
Digital Infrastructure
- Develop and optimise the digital systems that connect the business with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure all customer touchpoints provide a seamless user experience.
- Maintain and improve content delivery platforms and digital assets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend long-term improvements.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor lead generation, conversion rates and key marketing performance indicators.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the Digital & Revenue Marketing Coordinator.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation workflows and marketing efficiency.
- Produce regular performance reports and recommendations.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Research and implement new marketing technologies and automation tools.
- Improve internal marketing processes through automation and systems optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to support campaign execution.
- Contribute ideas that improve scalability, efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluent Italian and English communication skills (written and spoken) – essential.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
- Experience building and managing marketing funnels.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience analysing campaign performance using marketing KPIs.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- High level of computer literacy and confidence learning new technologies.
