Today, our residential treatment facility provides 24-hour care and trauma-informed services for children who have experienced significant trauma and face a variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

 

We are seeking a Senior Milieu Coordinator who is passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of children and adolescents. If you are a compassionate leader with strong clinical instincts, creativity, and a commitment to helping young people succeed, we encourage you to apply.

As a Senior Milieu Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for residents and staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the designated leader during assigned shifts
  • Model and uphold high-quality therapeutic programming and unit structure
  • Mentor, coach, and develop unit staff in therapeutic intervention skills
  • Support a positive, trauma-informed treatment environment
  • Complete documentation of treatment services and required reports accurately and timely
  • Assist in maintaining consistency, accountability, and engagement among staff and residents

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  • Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children and families overcome challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, child development or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance
