We provide compassionate, 24-hour care in a supportive environment, led by a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of a board-certified psychiatrist. Position Overview
The Bradley Center is seeking motivated and compassionate nurses who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children. This is an opportunity for individuals who bring creativity, initiative, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

We’re looking for nurses who bring both clinical skill and genuine compassion to their work. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate, support, and collaborate effectively with patients, families, and team members

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Safely administer medications and monitor responses
  • Provide clear, supportive medical education to children, families, and staff
  • Oversee routine healthcare needs, including physicals, dental and vision care
  • Conduct in-person assessments following crises, illnesses, or injuries
  • Collaborate closely with a network of providers—including pediatricians, psychiatrists, dietitians, nurse practitioners, and dentists
  • Actively participate as a key member of the weekly treatment team

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and have a current PA nursing license or be licensure eligible
