The Bradley Center is expanding our Outpatient Services Program, and we’re looking for passionate clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, adults, and families across our community.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed treatment across a variety of service settings, including traditional outpatient therapy, psychiatric and medication management support, and school-based mental health services, allowing for meaningful community impact and diverse clinical experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and provide effective therapeutic interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress over time
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

  • Ability to hold professional boundaries – boundaries create safety

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a recognized clinical discipline required
  • Completion of a clinical practicum required
  • Licensure in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist) preferred
  • NCC or LSW preferred
  • Experience with diagnosis and therapy preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
