Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for strategic banking and financial partners.
- Coordinate documentation, compliance, and operational requirements to ensure successful partner onboarding.
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, and external stakeholders to drive onboarding projects.
- Ensure timely completion of KYC, due diligence, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, and related compliance processes.
- Track onboarding progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth partner launches.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and operational efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate small project teams while managing multiple onboarding initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, Partner Management, or Project Execution.
- Experience in the Fintech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domain is mandatory.
- Strong desire to transition into a Partner Onboarding/Partner Success role.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team (3–4 members) will be an added advantage.
