We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–5 years of experience who are passionate about building brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and executing high-impact digital campaigns across multiple online channels.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility, generate quality leads, and maximize return on investment. You will collaborate closely with content, design, sales, and product teams to create engaging campaigns that align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, hands-on experience in social media marketing, and expertise in running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various advertising platforms.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create, schedule, and optimize content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research to support campaign planning.
- Track website traffic, lead generation, customer engagement, and other digital marketing KPIs.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop compelling creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging advertising technologies.

Qualifications
