: MondayΒ Solutions ArchitectΒ 

Monthly Rate: $1800-3000

Availability: 40 hours/week

Time Zone: 9-6 PM EST

Requirements

Experience Needed:

Workflow Design and Building:Β 

β—‹ Collaborate with Implementation Managers to help manage and build 10+ monday.com clients per week.Β 

β—‹ Identify and eliminate isolation, inefficiencies, redundancies, and work silos within client processes.Β 

β—‹ Act as the primary point of contact and build strong client relationships. β—‹ Excellent note-taking of each call, action item and follow-upΒ 

● Customer Service and Training:Β 

β—‹ Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including email, video calls, and in-person meetings.Β 

● Subject Matter ExpertΒ 

β—‹ Collaborate with Implementation Managers to design and build out clients' workflows on monday.com

β—‹ Research best practices among monday.com through apps marketplace, internal monday.com and external tools through third-party APIsΒ 

● Process Improvement:Β 

β—‹ Collaborate with clients and the internal team to implement useful integrations and automations to optimize workflows.Β 

β—‹ Assist clients in developing and refining their processes and procedures for maximum efficiency.Β 

β—‹ Be process improvement-oriented to drive client success.Β 

● Technical Proficiency:Β 

β—‹ Be technically savvy and able to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.

● Time Management:Β 

β—‹ Exhibit excellent time management skills to prioritize urgent and important tasks effectively.

Good to have:

● Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager / Solutions Architect or in a similar role.Β 

● At least 2 years of experience working in a startup environment, developing processes, and procedures, and building out teams.Β 

● Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with monday.com.Β 

● Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations (e.g., HR, recruiting, marketing, sales, customer success).Β 

● Excellent internal communication skills and a customer-oriented personality.Β 

● Proficiency in Google Suite tools, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Doc.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Prior experience in providing professional services to clients. Familiarity with customer success in a technology or software-related field.

- Prior experience with make.com or Zapier

- Prior experience with Monday.com
