Role: YouTube Specialist

Monthly Rate: $750

Availability: Part-time 20 hours/week

Time Zone: Within 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST

This is a test of how keen you are with details and how well you follow instructions. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Important: By submitting your video, you grant Coconut permission to share it on our platforms to help increase your chances of being matched with a client. Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.

Requirements

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

- Research and create YouTube videos

- Test content ideas, hooks, and formats using A/B testing

- Support YouTube channel growth through performance-led experimentation

- Handle some engagement work on YouTube

- Spend about 20–25% of time researching creators and identifying collaboration opportunities

- Reach out to relevant creators for possible live-feed collaborations

- Report research and collaboration opportunities back to the OBM / project manager

- Use AI-enabled workflows for video editing rather than manual-only workflows

- Potentially create videos that can also be reused on other channels

Good to have:

- Strong YouTube growth experience

- Excellent video editing skills

- Understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithms

- Experience increasing engagement

- Comfortable working independently

- Experience repurposing content for social media

- Motion graphics

- Thumbnail design

- Familiarity with nonprofit organizations

-Experience using Canva- Higgsfield AI or similar platform experience

- AI clip maker experience

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Experience using video research tools like VID IQ

- AI Editing tool experience

- Youtube Studio experience
